      The star was then frozen out of the squad and missed the weekend draw at Stamford Bridge.
      But things are looking up for the star after crunch talks with his manager and he could be in line for a start in Thursday’s game against Sheriff Tiraspol.
      And Ronaldo has sent a determined message ahead of the game as he looks to convince fans he is up for the fight.
      Alongside a picture of him in training, he wrote on Instagram: “Back on track, with the same commitment and dedication as always!”

      He added a muscle emoji to his post.
      In a positive response, his partner Georgina Rodriquez wrote: “With the same light, the one that no one will be able to turn off. Let’s continue!”
      Ten Hag reinstated Ronaldo back into the squad after he missed the trip to Chelsea and wants to move on from the controversy.
      Ten Hag said: “It’s not difficult. But we said everything and we answered all the questions, he was out for one game and is back in the squad as usual.

      And following the news, Joshua posted his fresh look to his Instagram page.
      His crisp look saw him wearing a navy jacket and trousers with a pair of white, blue and black shoes, along with a pair of black sunglasses.
      His post – which received more than 30,000 likes in just over an hour – was captioned: “Casually casual.”
      And in the image, he appeared to have trimmed down his physique somewhat since his championship fight against Oleksandr Usyk.

      And in summer 2021, the 25-year-old doubled down on his desire to box McGregor in a foul-mouthed tirade on Instagram, in which he claimed his team have sent the UFC’s poster boy a whopping £37million ($50million) offer.
      McGregor refrained from responding to the x-rated call-out, in which Paul made derogatory comments about the Irishman’s fiancee, Dee Devlin.
      And in another attempt to get the former two-division UFC champion’s attention Paul – whose older brother Logan stepped in the ring with Floyd Mayweather – sent a short and sweet direct message to The Notorious on Instagram.

      Paul’s rant at White came shortly after he ambushed McGregor’s team-mate Dillon Danis and pelted him with water balloons.

      Ten Hag has been unwavering in his treatment of Ronaldo since succeeding Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as United boss last summer.
