Tyson Fury reveals his five-fight plan before retiring including Anthony Joshua twice.. and hints at comeback aged 37

TYSON FURY has laid out a sensational five-fight ‘bucket list’ that includes THREE Brit opponents and at least TWO UK fights. The 33-year-old WBC champ lost his planned summer undisputed decider showdown with Anthony Joshua after a US judge forced into a trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder.

But the 6ft 9in Gypsy King claims once he batters the Bronze Bomber on October 9 he will rapidly skittle through Dillian Whyte, AJ twice and Derek Chisora.
The undefeated ace wants to hand long-time WBC mandatory challenger Whyte his overdue shot in March and then do the AJ double header in Saudi Arabia and Wembley.
Fury then wants to sign off with a third clash with close friend Chisora – and he even threatens another comeback after that.
He roared: “I have a bucket list and my next five fights in mind.
“I am going to have a December fight after this, because Joshua won’t happen then, it’ll happen in March.
“It’s Wilder on October 9 – Dillian Whyte in December in a UK stadium where I will shut him up once and for all.

“Then Joshua in March in Saudi Arabia and then a rematch back here in Wembley.
“Then I will fight Chisora in my fifth and final fight.”
Body Snatcher Whyte, 33, has been ranked as the WBC’s No1 challenger since the 2018.
But the Fury vs Wilder rivalry, and the covid-19 pandemic that delayed this upcoming third instalment, have robbed him of his shot.
Despite simmering bad blood between the pair, Fury insists he will face the Brixton ace but warns him not to try to be greedy at the negotiation table.
“It’s been a long time since I boxed here and I want to do a stadium fight,” Fury said.
“Let’s hope Whyte does not start asking for silly money that doesn’t exist because he will lose the fight.

“But the plan is Wilder on October 9, Whyte in December, AJ in March in Saudi, the bodybuilder rematch in September and then good old Del Boy to finish it off.
“Then I might take two years off and go nuts again and then come back at 37 and do it all again because I cannot be written off.”

He faces his friend Fournier, 38, who is unbeaten in his ten outings in the paid ranks, on Saturday, with Triller charging UK fans £9.99 to watch the pay-per-view dust-up.
The fight was due to take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, with the California State Athletic Commission ruling the contest as an exhibition.
But the bout has since been moved to Florida’s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, with the new commission approving the fight.
As a result, the eight-round affair will now appear on both Haye and Fournier’s records.
Triller promoter Ryan Kavanaugh has already teased a huge fight for Haye following his clash against Fournier.
He told Sky Sports: “All I can say without giving too much away is that you should expect a very big fight.

“I couldn’t tell you who it is.”
Kavanaugh insisted the mystery opponent is not Wladimir Klitschko but described them as the ‘highest of the high’.
Despite Haye not having fought for over three years, he believes he will outclass Fournier, who most recently beat reggaeton star Reykon on the undercard of Jake Paul’s victory against Ben Askren in April.
The two-weight world champ said: “There shouldn’t be any version of reality that sees me losing this fight.
“With two Achilles tendons snapped, I should be able to find a way to win this fight.
How David Haye and Joe Fournier stack up ahead of their clash

“He just doesn’t see my body holding up for eight rounds, he doesn’t see it. The quicker I get it over and done with the better for everybody.
“The power is always there. The power has never gone anywhere. The power has never been my issue. I’ve just got to focus on the timing and rhythm.
“Once I get my timing there, it should be pretty brutal, pretty fast.”

Watch Deontay Wilder smash pads for 12 rounds at Alabama training camp as Tyson Fury trilogy fight approaches

DEONTAY WILDER has showcased his speed and power in an Instagram video showing him smashing the pads for 12 rounds. The 35-year-old is preparing to face Tyson Fury for a third time at the T-Mobile Arena on October 9 where he is looking to win back the WBC heavyweight title.
Deontay Wilder has shared a training video on Instagram of him doing 12 rounds on the pads
Wilder is looking to reclaim the WBC heavyweight title when he faces Tyson Fury next month
Neither man has fought since February 2020 where the Gyspy King inflicted the Bronze Bomber’s first professional loss.
Following that clash, the second between the pair, Wilder has appointed former opponent Malik Scott as his head trainer.
Scott believes that the 2008 Olympic bronze medallist will knock Fury out within FIVE rounds, claiming his American compatriot’s mentality is ‘very violent’.
And Wilder has taken to social media to share footage of him inside the ring training, as he hammered away at the pads for 12 rounds.
In the six-minute Instagram clip shared to his 2.7 million followers, the Alabama native can be seen targeting Scott’s body.
This could indicate that Wilder is looking for a body shot KO having primarily focused his power punches on the head of an opponent during his career so far.

Commenting on the clip, one user said: “Bruh I just wish you put your damn hands up. Good training and you look in great shape but those hands down is what got you caught vs Ortiz 1st fight and Fury.”
Another messaged: “Still moves like a rookie.”
A third added: “No chance whatsoever against Fury.”
Meanwhile one simply stated: “Fury kills him again.”
One then remarked: “No footwork still going to lose.”
However Wilder is confident of becoming a two-time world champion as he claimed that he is a ‘dangerous’ man.

Speaking on the PBC Podcast, he said: “I’m a dangerous man at this point in time.
“Malik [Scott] and my team have brought the best out of me, and I’m just ready.
“But it don’t mean nothing if you can’t show it to the rest of the world, and I know that. I’m ready to do so. Don’t blink, baby. Don’t blink.”

David Haye to have ‘very big fight’ with mystery opponent next year after Joe Fournier clash, according to Triller chief

A HUGE match-up for David Haye has been teased, should the British heavyweight down Joe Fournier in Florida on Saturday. The 40-year-old will fight the businessman-turned-boxer in his first contest for over three years.

A pair of defeats to British rival Tony Bellew led to the former heavyweight champion retiring.
But he has been tempted back into the ring for an eight-round showcase with Fournier, 38, that will count on their pro records.
Haye is yet to fully commit to another fight after Saturday but Sky Sports have reported of secret talks being held with a future opponent.
And Triller promoter Ryan Kavanaugh has promised a ‘very big’ match-up.
He revealed: “All I can say without giving too much away is that you should expect a very big fight.

Kavanaugh insisted the mystery opponent is not Wladimir Klitschko but described them as the ‘highest of the high’.
Haye lost to the Ukrainian legend in 2011, in his one shot at unifying the heavyweight division having previously downed Russian giant Nikolai Valuev to claim the WBA title.
A showdown with Lennox Lewis is of interest to the fighter, who described the former champ as his idol.
He told the Mail: “I wouldn’t be able to resist the honour of sharing a ring with this giant of the game who is not only one of the best heavyweights of all time but in my opinion arguably the greatest British boxer ever.”
Saturday’s meeting with Fournier takes place on the undercard of Evander Holyfield’s fight with Vitor Belfort, after the American stepped in to replace the Covid-stricken Oscar De La Hoya on the comeback bout.
Haye’s fee for the occasion is higher than his hotly-anticipated meetings with Bellew, he has admitted.
How David Haye and Joe Fournier stack up ahead of their clash
The veteran told iFL TV: “It’s more than the pay [for the Bellew fight]. It’s crazy.
“So what am I going to say to that? ‘No, I’m not going to fight Joe Fournier for that?’.
“What would people think if I didn’t fight him for that?

Tyson Fury brands Eddie Hearn ‘Southern w*****’ and claims promoter tried to sign him in chat with Man Utd icon Neville

TYSON FURY jokingly called Eddie Hearn a ‘southern w*****’ during a chat with Manchester United legend Gary Neville. The Gypsy King also claimed Hearn tried to sign him and his failure to do so is the promoter’s ‘biggest regret of his life’.

When speaking to The Overlap YouTube channel, Fury, 33, was asked by Neville: “Has Eddie Hearn ever tried to sign you?”
To which Fury replied: “He has. He had the opportunity to do it.
“I believe he said in one of his interviews it was the biggest regret of his life that he didn’t sign the Gypsy King up.”
Rumours suggest Hearn rejected the chance to sign Fury in 2017 – at the beginning of the boxer’s comeback trail – because he was overweight.
The fighter subsequently signed with Frank Warren and achieved significant success, becoming world heavyweight champ again and one of boxing’s most popular stars.
Neville then asked Fury if he liked Hearn, to which he responded: “Eddie Hearn, he is a proper southern w*****.

“I don’t know if you can say that on your show?
“I love to terrorise Eddie because he loves to talk s**t about people that he’s got nothing to do with.
“All Eddie has ever done is talk rubbish about me because he knows it gets him hits and viewing figures on interviews.
“At the end of the day, what’s he ever achieved in his life? He’s never been a boxer.
“He goes around like he’s world heavyweight champion, but he isn’t. He’s just a businessman.
“There’s plenty of them out there but there’s only one, real, heavyweight world champion – and that’s me.”

Fury’s comments come after Hearn claimed the Gypsy King’s trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder will be postponed AGAIN due to a lack of interest.
The two boxers are due to meet on October 9 in Las Vegas but the promoter reckons they’re struggling for ticket sales and there’s a lack of hype.
Speaking to the press, Hearn asked: “Is that fight even happening?
“We are about to announce our next America show for October 16th and that’s only six weeks away and it’s tight but it’s not as big a card as Fury vs Wilder 3 should be.
“They have sold no tickets and there is absolutely zero hype around the fight.
“I am sure, if it happens, that people will turn on and watch it but no one is flying to Vegas.
AJ couldn’t smoke a cigarette, never mind smoke the Gypsy King. He hasn’t got the minerals to fight a man like me.Tyson Fury on Anthony Joshua
“I reckon 75 per cent of the people that went to the second fight were Brits who had flown over and normal fans cannot do that now.”
But Hearn wants the fight to proceed to allow his client Anthony Joshua to fight Fury in a huge British clash next year.
He added: “I want it to happen 100 per cent. I want a winner of that fight finally sorted so we can try again to make AJ’s undisputed fight.
“But if it doesn’t happen then the WBC have to finally put Fury into recess.
“Fury has not boxed since February 2020 and if he doesn’t box in October then it will be almost two years since that title was defended.
“I think he needs to fight because otherwise he needs to be stripped of the title or made champion-in-recess.
“Because Dillian Whyte has been sitting there as interim champion desperate and deserving of a shot.”

Eddie Hearn fears Fury vs Wilder could be postponed AGAIN with ‘no tickets sold’ and ‘zero hype’

EDDIE HEARN fears Tyson Fury’s third fight with Deontay Wilder is on the verge of being postponed again. The trilogy bout is scheduled for October 9 in Las Vegas but Brit fans are still not free to fly to the US and there has been hardly any hype whipped up by the promotional teams or TV channels.
Eddie Hearn thinks Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder III could be postponed AGAINCredit: PA

It’s almost two years since Fury produced a career-best performance to batter the American and be crowned the WBC heavyweight king, with the pandemic since kyboshing a couple of third-fight plans.
And Hearn believes another ditched date should mean Fury is stripped of the title, leaving Anthony Joshua or Dillian Whyte free to finally fight for it.
“Is that fight even happening?” AJ’s promoter wondered.
“We are about to announce our next America show for October 16th and that’s only six weeks away and it’s tight but it’s not as big a card as Fury vs Wilder 3 should be.

“I reckon 75 per cent of the people that went to the second fight were Brits who had flown over and normal fans cannot do that now.”
The WBC has form for putting their belt holders in recess or granting them franchise or emeritus status, while they are sidelined with injury or moving between weight classes.
So Hearn wants them to act if the rapidly approaching date is missed and both of his stars put in the frame for a shot at the green and gold belt.
“I want it to happen 100 per cent,” the Matchroom boss said. “I want a winner of that fight finally sorted so we can try again to make AJ’s undisputed fight.
Fury vs Wilder 3 was previously planned for July 24 only for an alleged case of covid-19 for the Gypsy King to cause that show to be ditched.
How Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder stack up ahead of the trilogy fight
The 6ft 9in Brit has never confirmed the diagnosis and confusion and contradictions around the situation left people, including Hearn, wondering if dwindling interest was behind the cancellation.
He said: “If you are guaranteeing people money, or have told them roughly what their purse is expected to be, and then suddenly you are looking at the numbers and realising you are taking four million dollars on the gate instead of eighteen million, then you have a problem.
“I appreciate the two-year absence is down to the pandemic and the problems it brought but, when it gets to two years and everyone else has managed to fight, something has got to happen.”

Tyson Fury tells Gary Neville Anthony Joshua ‘couldn’t smoke a cigarette, let alone the Gypsy King’

The Gypsy King was responding to AJ’s claim that he would ‘smoke’ Fury in an interview with Manchester United legend Neville
Joshua and Fury were due to meet in the ring in August but the bout collapsed before contracts were finalised.
Discussing the proposed fight with Neville on The Overlap YouTube channel, AJ said: “It’s not me, it’s the other side that are letting this down.
“We had the deal in place. We were the ones who found the venue and they bailed out on not only me but the boxing world.
“I’ll smoke that guy! I will, it’s annoying.”
Fury has since followed Joshua as a guest on The Overlap and was asked to respond to his comments when questioned by Neville.

And the 33-year-old said: “AJ couldn’t smoke a cigarette, never mind smoke the Gypsy King. He hasn’t got the minerals to fight a man like me.
“I said to Eddie Hearn [AJ’s promoter] straight, ‘The difference in me and him is he’s a businessman and I’m a f***ing Spartan.’
“And I’ll show him that when I get in the ring. I will absolutely annihilate that bodybuilder, he won’t go past six rounds. It will be over quickly.
“He knows that and his full team know it. And that’s why Eddie Hearn has been steering around me for the last ten years.”
Neville then queried: “Has Eddie Hearn ever tried to sign you?”
To which Fury responded: “He has. He had the opportunity to do it.
I respect him because he’s come from a very rough council estate – he was a drug dealer and all that sort of stuff in his early life – and he’s changed it all around to become a champion.Fury on Joshua
“I believe he said in one of his interviews it was the biggest regret of his life that he didn’t sign the Gypsy King up.”

Fury later admitted that he respects Joshua, telling Neville: “I respect any boxer that gets in the ring.
“And I respect him not only because of a boxing side of things, I respect him because he’s come from a very rough council estate – he was a drug dealer and all that sort of stuff in his early life – and he’s changed it all around to become a champion.
“He’s earned tonnes of money, become an ambassador for the game, changed his family’s life and the way they were going to go.”
Fury then claimed AJ would love him if the unified world champ got to know the Gypsy King outside of the sport.
He couldn’t come out with me, could he? He’d be in my shadow because of the personality. He wouldn’t say two words – acting like the tough guy and tensing his muscles in the corner drinking an orange juice – and I’ve had six pints of beer and I’m breakdancing on the dancefloor.Fury on the prospect of going on a night out with AJ
He added: “I see interviews where he says I’m his worst enemy and that he hates me but I’ve never met the guy.
“I’ve met him a couple of times but never had no personal stuff [interactions], so he doesn’t know if he hates me or not.
“I think he loves me really but pretends he hates me. He used to be a fan boy of mine years ago when I was a champion and he was a nobody.
“He used to follow me on Instagram and Twitter and all that.

While another wrote: “As if you have had six babies, your figure is unreal.”

Paris and Tyson were finally able to bring their sixth child home on August 20 and the family of eight were reunited after a stressful ordeal.
The heavyweight champ was full of praise for the staff at the Alder Hey Family House Trust in Liverpool, the hospital that looked after Athena.
Speaking on August 18, Tyson said: “I’m just here feeding my little girl. Off the ICU, on the mend, should be going home soon.
“Thank you to God and thank you to all the doctors and nurses who have helped her.”
