Fury then finished the video by saying: “Good, that’s what we like to hear, positivity. Tommy what you saying, Monday morning blues for you? Joe, what you saying?”

The internet personality – who is in line for a mega-money fight against Mike Tyson – bought the five-bedroom gaff in 2017 for £4.8m.
It’s nicknamed Maverick House, which is the name of the 26-year-old’s merchandise brand – that also features a clothing label.
Sidenote, Maverick is also the name of his pet parrot.
Built in the 70s, it sits in the heart of Encino, California.
And the 9,000 square foot home makes up part of the sought-after San Fernando Valley neighbourhood.
As well as the five bedrooms, the mansion boasts seven bathrooms.

The stylish kitchen has a marble island situated in the middle – perfect for hosting guests for breakfast.
And there are several wine cellars – which is hardly a surprise given it is in the same state as the world famous Napa Valley wine producing region.
It has a modern farmhouse design with vaulted ceilings and four fireplaces.
And the exterior is painted a bold gunmetal grey.
The home is believed to have been previously owned by Whose Line Is It Anyway? comedian Ryan Stiles.
Paul recently announced his desire to leave LA as state taxes are ‘f****** insane’ and he wants to ‘start a new chapter’.
In an odd twist, the for-sale photos are the same ones used last time it was available to buy in 2017.
That means the current condition and any upgrades made remain unknown.
Shortly after moving in, he bolstered the security system and replaced the front fence after several trespassers broke in to the property.

Watch Mike Tyson, 55, train in his pants as he shows off blistering speed and explosive power ahead of Logan Paul fight

MIKE TYSON’S fight with Logan Paul may not be official yet but the legendary boxer is already hard at work in the gym. Tyson has taken to social media to share an intimidating workout video of the 55-year-old exercising in his PANTS.

The boxing legend put on a mean face as he worked out
And showed he can still pack a punch
In the latest training video he has shared with his army of fans
And the boxing legend looked as sharp as ever in his red briefs ahead of a rumoured February fight with YouTube star Logan Paul.
Iron Mike posted a video to TikTok in which he can be seen throwing meaty hooks into the pads of his trainer, showing he hasn’t lost any of his legendary power.
It’s the second time Tyson has treated fans to a sneak peek of his gruelling training sessions.
The former world champ came out of retirement in November after 15 years outside the ring – drawing with Roy Jones Jr, 52, in an eight-round exhibition.
He has stated that he will be back fighting in February but the opponent remains unconfirmed.
Fans though are hoping a sensational bout with Paul, 26, is on the cards.
The YouTuber turned boxer recently confirmed he was in talks to fight Tyson.
And the Ohio-born social media star even claimed he found it ‘absurd’ that people believe he would lose to the ferocious Iron Mike.

Paul said: “It’s been pinned. Then there’s rumours started circling, whatever we didn’t say anything and then it got confirmed that it wasn’t happening.
“I was like reading the tweets and the social commentary and everyone was saying, ‘Tyson would f***ing kill Logan’.
“So a fight that I initially hadn’t even considered, is now like people actually don’t think that I would win, this is actually offensive.
“And I started getting upset and now I’m kind of considering it just to shut people the f*** up.
“I find it absurd that people don’t think I can beat Mike Tyson.”

But the presence of The Gypsy King in Tommy’s camp has been welcomed by Paul, who reckons he’ll help them sell more pay-per-views.
When asked if he was worried about Tommy being trained by Tyson, Paul told TMZ: “Not at all, not at all. I have coach Druski.
“Floyd Mayweather was in camp with Tyron Woodley to try to get Tyron Woodley to beat me. And Nate Robinson.
“I’m not worried about it all. I think it makes the fight better. It just promotes the fight more.
“And Tyson can teach Tommy and he can tell him what things are like.

Paul, 24, is looking forward to seeing if Tommy can prove he’s worthy of the Fury name, which he’ll have to change if he loses their showdown.
He said: “The beautiful thing about this fight is the unknown. Is he actually a Fury, or will we find out that he’s just a half Fury?
“Does he have the heart like his brother, or is he just living in the shadow of his brother.
“The beautiful thing about this fight is stepping into the unknown, because this is also my first time fighting a real boxer, whatever that means?
“He’s undefeated, he’s young, same age, same weight, same height, so it’s really a perfect match-up.
“We’re just going to see who worked harder, who wants it more and who has that dog inside of them.”
Tommy, 7-0, has been engaged in a back and forth with Paul for several months and is planning to close the book on their rivalry in emphatic fashion.
But has Paul has vowed to take the 22-year-old into deep waters, saying: “I will TKO him in the later rounds.

“He hasn’t had a fight past four rounds so I think he’ll be gassed.
“I think this will be the first time he’s getting punched in the face by someone who can actually hit and is the same weight as him.
“He’s always fought smaller guys with losing records. So I think he’s going to fade. I know he’s going to fade.”

Fury’s stunning stoppage of the Bronze Bomber saw him register his first-ever title defence, which dad John wanted the former unified champion to go out on.
The 57-year-old told BT Sport: “He’ll have a good hard-earned rest now and what he wants to do is up to him.
“I said, ‘Retire, you’ve done enough.’ He’s won everything, he’s got no more to prove. He’s got millions in the bank, he’s secure for life.
“There’s more to life than getting your brains rattled to please the public.
“He’s his own man, he’ll do what he wants to do. But for me, I’d like to call it a draw now.”
Fury, 33, had to deal with crippling elbow pain before his third showdown with Wilder and was forced to have numbing injections in both arms.
John revealed: “He said, ‘I couldn’t box, I couldn’t work my jab.’ He said, ‘If I missed with the jab the pain, it would’ve put me in limp mode. I wouldn’t be able to fight.’

“He said, ‘The pain when I was throwing the jab, it was unbearable. So I was fighting two people in there. I was fighting the pain in my own body and him.’
“So he said, ‘The only thing I can do is get close and make a war of it.’ He said, ‘I know I wanted to win more than him.’
“And that was it, he said, ‘Seek and destroy or be destroyed.’ That was me motto, he said. He either gets me or I get him.
“He said, ‘It all went out of the window in the fifth round when I got the knockdown.’
“He said, ‘I looked up and thought, ‘Here we are again. Dog fight mode. This is where I gotta go. Trench warfare.’
“And he was in there. And he was prepared to do that for as long as it took. And thank God that he was the winner.”
Fury’s second defence of the WBC heavyweight strap is expected to be a Battle of Britain against Dillian Whyte.
But John doesn’t believe the Brixton Body Snatcher won’t give his son too many problems.

He said: “Tyson is in a different league to these heavyweights. Different. But if you want to get a payday, be nice to him.
“Say nice things about him and he might just give you a payday.
“But if you keen being horrible to him, and trying to big yourself up to be this that and the other to make a fight, Tyson will go the other way and give someone else the opportunity.
