WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO has teased a sensational return to boxing by sharing some sparring footage online.The former unified heavyweight champion of the world retired in 2017 after being knocked out by Anthony Joshua.

It brought to an end a stellar 21-year career in which he became one of the most feared boxers around the world.
But he was undone by a certain Tyson Fury in 2015 – the Gypsy King shocking the world by easing to a unanimous points decision in Germany to dethrone Klitschko.
The Ukrainian had a rematch clause in his contract with Joshua, but decided against pursuing this and hung up his gloves.
But now, at the age of 45, Klitschko looks to be in terrific shape as he shared a sparring clip on his Instagram Stories.
Looking nimble on his feet with bulging biceps, ‘Dr Steelhammer’ danced around the ring – although the sparring partner was hardly going hell-for-leather.
Ever since his defeat to AJ in 2017, Klitschko has remained good friends with the Brit.

And despite Joshua’s emphatic defeat to Oleksandr Usyk in October – the pair have agreed to rematch – Klitschko believes his old foe can regain all his belts.
He told Sky Sports: “We have seen AJ challenged.
“I remember my time. I lost two fights within [13 months in 2003 and 2004].
“To bounce back? To eventually become one of the longest-reigning champions?
“AJ can still have his time, absolutely. It is all about how to overcome the challenge.”

Coach told The Wade Concept YouTube channel: “Jake’s got a big chip on his shoulder from the last Tyron fight. He really does.
“He’s been working very hard and instead of going out and celebrating the money or whatever else he made on the last fight, he got right back in the gym.
“He started working hard, we’ve switched a couple of things up, he’ll come in lighter for this fight, he’ll be quicker, more aggressive.
“His output is going to be faster paced and we can still box and move the whole fight but it’s going to be a much different version of Jake Paul.
“So I’m really excited about it and Jake just can’t wait to get in there, doesn’t matter against who.”

Paul’s trimmer frame is the result of him switching up his strength and conditioning coach.
Flores revealed: “We brought in a new strength and conditioning coach and we’re rolling, this is great.
“We’re still working with the other coach as well and he still helps out but we’ve got a new guy that’s increasing our level of fitness and our strength and power even more.
“We’ve got a dietician for Jake as well to make sure his eating is perfect and make sure there’s nothing extra in his diet that will take away from his performance.
“We really dialled that in this camp, got his blood levels tested and everything to make sure of the foods that respond well with his blood type.
“We did it all to make sure that we lined everything up perfectly to make sure that he’s ready to go out there and perform.
“We’ve got it dialled in – he could go 10 rounds right now!”
Paul, 24, registered a split decision victory over Woodley in their August showdown in Flores, but Flores is confident the fight won’t go the distance second time around.
He told SunSport: “Jake’s a lot better now than he was on August 29th, he’s a lot better.”

“And you’ve got to remember, he just started boxing, so in a short period he gets a lot better very quickly.
“He’s only been boxing two years, so four months is 15 per cent of his entire career, so he’s getting a lot better.”
“I know it will be a tough fight, Tyron will be tough in the beginning, but we expect Tyron won’t go the distance this time.”

“Rumours of a step aside offer for Joshua are exaggerated. His focus has always been on rematching Usyk.
“If there was a conversation to be had we’d have it, but the announcement from the WBC makes that virtually impossible.
“Dillian is now Fury’s mandatory, it’s been a long time coming.”
Negotiations over the long-awaited showdown of former sparring partners Fury and Whyte – which was mandated earlier this month – are currently ongoing.

But both parties are going back and forth over the pair’s respective splits of the lucrative purse.
Hearn said: “We await official confirmation of the split for that fight, but it’s almost nailed on we will see Fury v Whyte in the spring of 2022.”
AJ suffered a lopsided points defeat to Usyk in their September showdown at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and is hellbent on exacting revenge on the slick southpaw.
He told iFL TV: “I have one thing in my mind, that’s war, that’s murder, that’s war, let’s go out there and hurt the guy.

“Take his soul to the point where he wants to give up. That’s what boxing’s about, I’ve learned that.
“You hit people constantly, keep on applying a certain amount of pressure, before they know it they’ll realise you aren’t going anywhere, you’re here to stay.

Fury then spun round and clocked Anthony Joshua’s conquerer.
The duo shared a high-five before embracing and exchanging a few words.
Fury, having knocked out Deontay Wilder in October, previously revealed he wanted to fight Usyk for the undisputed crown.
But with Joshua already contracted to a rematch with the Ukrainian, he would have needed a fee to step aside.

Tentative talks to do so had started, until the WBC officially ordered Fury to defend his title against mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte.
Fury’s promoters Arum and Frank Warren have now started negotiations with Whyte, which will end any hope of a unification bout next.
Arum had previously revealed that a fight between Fury and Usyk could take place in Saudi Arabia in March.
Those plans have now been shelved though with Fury instructed to fight Whyte next.
A bout between the British pair is expected for February or March 2022.
It gives the Gypsy King the perfect chance to fight in the UK for the first time since 2018, having boxed his last five fights in America.

JOSEPH PARKER hopes he has the ultimate weapon in his corner for the Derek Chisora rematch in Tyson Fury.The New Zealand heavyweight has been training with the WBC king ahead of his December 18 clash in Manchester.

Parker won their first fight in May on a split decision – a result that left Chisora feeling he had been robbed.
The Brixton banger had floored Parker after just SEVEN SECONDS of the first round, and stood toe-to-toe with the former WBA champ.
But it was Parker who came out victorious on the scorecards.
But this time out the 29-year-old is aiming to take the decision out of the judges’ hands and secure a stoppage win.
And gruelling sessions with the Gypsy King seem to have given Parker renewed hunger heading into the scrap.
Speaking to Sporting News, the Auckland-born banger said: “We are having fun everyday but, in the sessions, I’m telling you, they’re the hardest sessions I’ve ever done in my whole life. It’s no joke.

Tentative talks to do so had started, until the WBC officially ordered Fury to defend his title against mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte.
Fury’s promoters Arum and Frank Warren have now started negotiations with Whyte, which will end any hope of a unification bout next.
Arum had previously revealed that a fight between Fury and Usyk could take place in Saudi Arabia in March.
Those plans have now been shelved though with Fury instructed to fight Whyte next.
A bout between the British pair is expected for February or March 2022.
