HAFTHOR BJORNSSON wants to watch ringside as Tyson Fury makes a comeback to fight Anthony Joshua or Oleksandr Usyk. Fury has maintained ever since knocking out Dillian Whyte in April that he is retired from boxing.

But the chance to fight either AJ or Usyk for the undisputed title could become a reality after the heavyweight pair rematch.

Joshua, 32, was beaten by Usyk, 35, last September which leads to their rematch on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.
Fury, 33, has backed long-time rival AJ to win so that he can make a comeback and commence the Battle of Britain.
But Thor – who is in talks to fight the Gypsy King in an exhibition – cannot split Joshua and Usyk.

And although Fury has taken power from Wilder – credited as the hardest hitter of all time – Bjornsson packs a different kind of punch.
He said: “He has never fought a man my size, he’s never fought a viking. He’s never fought a man with the strength that I have.
“I think I will surprise him with my strength, power. I think it can definitely surprise him.
“But with that being said, he’s the best heavyweight boxer of all time, if the fight goes about I might eat my words quite fast.”
Fury announced his retirement from professional boxing one month after Bjornsson toppled Hall in their mammoth match-up in Dubai.

TYSON FURY has spoken with his promoter Frank Warren about fighting the winner of Anthony Joshua versus Oleksandr Usyk. Fury has maintained ever since knocking out Dillian Whyte in April that he is retired.

But rumours persist that the WBC champion will consider a comeback to fight the winner of AJ’s rematch with Usyk.
Now Warren has spoken out to confirm talks with Fury over a potential undisputed title decider.
He told talkSPORT: “I think whoever wins it, in my heart but I might be wrong, but I think he will come back to fight the winner.

ANTHONY JOSHUA will not be staring at retirement if he loses again to Oleksandr Usyk. The British heavyweight was beaten over 12 rounds last September, but rematches Usyk on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.

A win for AJ catapults him back as a three-belt unified champion and primed for an undisputed decider against Tyson Fury, 33.
Although defeat to pound-for-pound star Usyk, 35, in the red-hot Saudi heat could leave Joshua, 32, out cold in the heavyweight picture.
But promoter Eddie Hearn is adamant even in the worst case scenario, it will not spell the end of the road for AJ.

“When he lost to Usyk, the amount of people in the industry messaged me, saying, ‘I think he should retire now.’
“I said, ‘He just lost to the pound-for-pound No 1 or 2. He’s not had that many fights.’
“He loves the sport, and I’m sure he’ll be around for a long time, but obviously we’d much rather win.”
The reassurance comes after ex-heavyweight champ David Haye, 41, claimed Joshua could RETIRE in defeat to Usyk again.
