JOHN FURY has bizarrely branded Oleksandr Usyk a “rabbit” that his son Tyson will skin and eat alive.A blockbuster undisputed heavyweight title fight between the pair is on the cards for early next year – provided Tyson gets through his Tottenham trilogy fight with Derek Chisora unscathed.

The size difference between former undisputed cruiserweight king Usyk and 6’10 man-mountain Tyson is one of the biggest talking points ahead of the showdown.
But John believes his son will walk through the Ukrainian, telling Freebets.com: “Half of Britain do not know who the Ukrainian rabbit is.
“I will call him a rabbit because that’s how small he is.
“At the end of the day Tyson will show what he does with rabbits.

“Skin them and eats them.
“You hear a lot of stuff going to and fro on social media.
“It is all rubbish and it doesn’t hold any water.”
John reckons Usyk should seriously contemplate getting in the ring with the dominant WBC heavyweight champ.

He added: “The Ukrainian rabbit will need to think long and hard about boxing Tyson.
“When you see him up close and personal, you have to have minerals.
“I don’t think he wants to jump in with Tyson, I think he wants a couple more paydays first before it is over for him.
“Big guys beat small guys that have never been disproven ever.

Tyson is confident of mopping the floor with the undefeated Usyk, should the lucrative bout – which is expected to take place in the Middle East early next year – come to fruition.
He recently told Queensberry Promotions’ YouTube channel: “I’ll tell you now what people are going to say when I splatter Usyk.
“They’re going to say, ‘He was too small! It was a mismatch! He was never any good to Tyson.

And former WBA heavyweight champ David Haye believes the Gypsy King should put himself in the “firing line” to give the paying punters their money’s worth.
He told The Metro: “The way I see it, if Fury is as confident as winning this fight as he says he is, instead of boxing long, maybe he will get up close to Derek and go toe-to-toe and give the fans a bit more entertainment.
“Because it could be a replay of the second fight where Tyson turned southpaw and just basically killed him, outmanoeuvred him.
“It was very unappealing and very uninspiring.

“So let’s hope as the WBC heavyweight champion of the world, he will give people going to the stadium value for money.
“To do that, he might have to come into the firing line a little more than he would normally do. He knows Derek.”
Haye believes fans won’t be satisfied if Fury, 34, tries to box his way to a decision victory.
The Hayemaker said: “He has done 20-odd rounds with him.

Should Fury put his rivalry with Chisora to bed, a unification fight with WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight champ Usyk could be on the cards for next year.
Usyk wants to see his potential opponent up close, and so he will be ringside on Saturday, Fury’s promoter Frank Warren has confirmed.
Warren told talkSPORT Breakfast: “Usyk will be at ringside.
“He’s flying in on Friday so he’s gonna be there.

Fury addressed rumours of Usyk’s attendance earlier this week.
The Brit has vowed to “slap him in the mouth” if he shows up.

And promoter Eddie Hearn hopes to have the Brit back in the ring in the spring.
During an appearance on the DAZN Boxing show, Hearn said: “At the moment, AJ’s plans are he is due to fight in late March, and we’re locking that in.”
Joshua has plenty of fights available to him for his return to the ring – including a long overdue grudge match with former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.
Hearn added: “Could that be Wilder? Possibly. I’m open to that conversation.

“In my head, because of the Andy Ruiz situation and everything, it was one for the summer or certainly 2023. We’re more than willing to have that conversation.
“Obviously, Dillian Whyte’s win during the weekend sort of opens up that situation for Whyte against AJ, but we also understand that AJ against Deontay Wilder is one of the biggest fights in boxing.
“So definitely, we’d be open to making that fight next or even the one after.”
Hearn, however, concedes a gunfight with Joshua may not be top of Wilder’s wish list, saying: “Maybe they’re trying to push the [Andy] Ruiz fight a little bit, or maybe they want it.

“I have to reach out to Shelly [Finkel] (Wilder’s manager) today.
“There are a lot of options for Deontay Wilder. Firstly, I have the Anthony Joshua fight, which is a massive fight for Deontay Wilder.
“I also have the Dillian Whyte fight. I’d still like to make Dillian Whyte against Deontay Wilder.
“I’d be happy to look at both of those fights.
Joshua is planning to fight before the first quarter of 2023 comes to an end but is refusing to give a specific date for his return.
He said: “I don’t know [when I’ll be back].
“I was supposed to be in the ring this year, I’m going to be in the ring next year. I’ll be in the ring when I’m in the ring.
“I don’t want to make statements today and then I’ll get held to the cross.
“Do you know what I mean? When I’m ready, I’ll be back in the ring.”

TYSON FURY is willing to bet £1MILLION on Deontay Wilder knocking Anthony Joshua “out cold.” Wilder’s manager Shelly Finkel and AJ’s promoter Eddie Hearn have both said they are willing to negotiate a super-fight for 2023.

But Fury doubts British rival Joshua will ever step foot in the ring with the Bronze Bomber.
He told Behind The Gloves: “I’d like to see that fight but I don’t think AJ has got the minerals to take that fight.
“That’s it, I just don’t think he will fight anyone that will knock him out. I just don’t, that is my personal opinion.
“Wilder will definitely knock out Joshua. I’d even have a bet on it.

“I’d have one million quid on it with anybody. £1million, even money, Wilder knocks Joshua out cold.”
Joshua, 33, has taken a break from boxing following consecutive losses to Oleksandr Usyk, 35.
Meanwhile Wilder, 37, knocked out Robert Helenius, 38, in round one of his October comeback fight.
It was his first since a KO loss to Fury, 34, in their epic October 2021 trilogy bout.

AJ is being lined up to rematch the man he beat in 2015, Dillian Whyte, 34, next year.
But Wilder’s manager Shelly Finkel called on Hearn to make a fight between Joshua and the American next.
Finkel told SunSport last week: “If Joshua is ready or willing to fight us next, that is what we want and we will give anything to fight him. 
“This has been a five-year campaign and each time they always try to say we have avoided it. 
“Right now is the 28th of November, we’re saying why not fight next? Let’s just make the fight.”

But the Gypsy King warned his Ukrainian rival not to get too close or else their fight could commence early.
Fury told iFL TV: “Usyk can go suck a d***. Excuse my french. I’m not interested in a foreign little t*****.

“How’s that? All these men I don’t care who is next. Wherever I can get the most money for my next fight, that is who I will fight.
“And if I have to fight a middleweight I will do it. Usyk called me a drunk recently but I want to see what he says about it.
“I like a drink yes I am a human but I know what he likes to do in his spare time.
“I think he is a s***house, he had an opportunity to fight for $65 million and he didn’t take it.

Usyk, 35, ruled himself out of the heavyweight division’s first four-belt undisputed bout until next year.
But the pound-for-pound star called on Fury, 34, to fight in 2023 after labelling him a borracho, which is Spanish for drunk.
Usyk told Seconds Out: “I’m appealing to Tyson Fury. Hey, Tyson, borracho, let’s make it happen.
“Hey borracho, let’s fight, let’s determine who is the best in the division, who is the best in the world.
“Borracho, Tyson Fury, you borracho. Tyson Fury is our biggest priority.”
