‘I don’t know who the f*** you are’ – Watch Jake Paul fume after being asked what he would do if Tommy Fury wins fight

JAKE PAUL was left fuming after being asked what he would do if Tommy Fury was to beat him in their fight. The celebrity boxing rivals are finally due to settle their score on February 26 in Saudi Arabia.
HBO’s Bomani Jones clashing in an interview with Jake Paul
Paul comes into the box office bout at 6-0, but faces his first opponent with a recognised boxing record in Fury.
And the YouTuber-turned prizefighter did not take it well when probed on the prospect of losing the grudge match.
HBO’s Bomani Jones asks: “After Tommy Fury, where do you go from there? Like, what happens if you lose one of these fights?”
Paul responds: “I don’t plan on losing, I don’t train to lose. I feel like that’s probably like your mindset.

“A lot of people try to project their mindsets on me.”
Jones hit back: “There ain’t no projecting of a mindset, my question is, this is work because we’re all surprised you keep on winning these fights.
“But if someones does beat you, how much interest stays in this?”
Paul, evidently annoyed, replied: “They won’t and I’m going to be honest bro, I don’t know who the f*** you are.

“My PR team set up this interview…”
Cutting Paul off, Jones said: “Dude, all I know about you is that people don’t like you.”
Paul, 26, is finally set to get his hands on Fury, 23, after a pair of cancelled fights in the past.
Fury suffered a rib injury in December 2021 and then US visa issues last August, which has taken the two to the Middle East.
The pair officially came face to face at Wembley Arena last weekend, staring each other down for the first time.
And Paul posted online: “I saw the fear and insecurity in this boy’s eyes. The truth awaits. Sunday February 26th.”

Problem Child Paul has played plenty of mind games with the youngest Fury brother – including revealing the birth of his child.
Fury cut a frustrated and angry figure when the pair faced off in London last week, so much so that Hearn reckons Paul may strike a telling blow before they trade heavy leather.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour, the Matchroom Boxing chief said: “The way that Jake talks about, personally, about stuff like the Tommy Fury fight, you’ve got to be careful.
“Not necessarily with Tommy Fury, but there’s a fine line in that world between something going badly wrong.

“But I think he’ll mess with Tommy mentally.
“And I just think by the time they get in the ring — if they do get in the ring — I think Tommy will be defeated.”
Fury – the 23-year-old brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson – is a perfect 8-0 in his professional career but has, so far, failed to impress boxing purists.
Hearn said of the Love Island star: “Tommy Fury’s unbelievably limited, but he is a fighter, he is a boxer.

“All the criticism about Jake is ‘you’ve never fought a boxer’ — he’s about to.
“Not a very good one, but still a boxer.
“For Tommy Fury, it’s just a bit embarrassing if he was to lose.
“It’s embarrassing full-stop to lose to Jake, that’s the reality — for a boxer.

“I mean, I’d be embarrassed to lose to Jake Paul, and I would.

Paul has vowed to end Fury’s career with a viral knockout, something Hearn believes will come to fruition.
He said: “I think Jake Paul will win by knockout.” More

Tyson Fury fight with Oleksandr Usyk new target date revealed with two venues in running to host unification title bout

TYSON FURY and Oleksandr Usyk are “100 per cent” set to fight on a new target date – with two venues in the running to host. The pair of unbeaten champions have been negotiating the heavyweight division’s first four-belt undisputed decider since the new year.

Saudi Arabia are frontrunners to host on April 29 with the UK a back-up alternative.
Frank Warren told talkSPORT: “The fight will take place 100 per cent the last Saturday in April.
“Where it takes place I genuinely think will be determined within the next six or seven days maximum.
“If we can’t do what we’re being asked to do with Tyson and Usyk [in Saudi Arabia], then the fight will take place in the UK.”
    READ MORE IN BOXING
Usyk, 36, is believed to have already come to financial terms with the Saudis.
Fury, 34, is now left to do the same and his Hall of Fame promoter Warren claimed they are getting close.
He said: “I don’t think we’re that far apart from where we need to get to.”
Wembley is another avenue promoters can explore if a deal in the Middle East cannot be agreed.

But Fury admitted he will follow the cash – even if that means heading to Derek Chisora’s back yard.
He said: “I’m a prizefighter. I go where the money is. If it’s in Saudi Arabia, if it’s in Hong Kong, or if it’s in Derek’s back garden.
“I go for the money. That’s what I do. I go in, get my brains beat out of me for a few quid.
“And it becomes obsessive, the old prize fighting game, and that’s why it’s difficult to walk away.”

The pay-per-view bout will come just a month after the 2019 Love Islander welcomed his baby daughter Bambi into the world with Molly-Mae.
And in an interview with Rob Moore, before his baby’s birth, Fury admitted the mega-money fight with Paul was too good to turn down.
He said: “I was earning my stripes. But if you want to slap millions of pounds in front of my face to fight Jake Paul, why am I not going to do that?
“I’ve got a family to feed now any day – the reason I’ve taken the Jake Paul fight is it’s financially good.”

Fury, 23, is finally set to get his hands on Paul, 26, after twice being forced to pull out against the American before.
He suffered a rib injury in December 2021 and then US visa issues last August, which has taken the two to the Middle East.
Both are set to pick up life-changing cheques for their duel in the desert, but Fury recognises there is more than just money on the line.
Fury added: “He can’t get underneath my skin because I know what he’s doing.

“He’s a whizz on social media, he’s made a living off being an idiot, arrogant and calling people out. It is what it is, but he can’t get underneath my skin.
“All I see with Jake Paul is a business and if you want me to beat a man who can’t fight and throw millions of pounds in my face, not a problem, sign me up and that’s purely what this is.
“I’ve described it all the time as being on Route 66 and I need to stop off in my campervan, fill it up and get back on the road.
“I am on a straight and narrow road to world titles. But you want me to take a slight detour for an awful lot of fuel, pick that up and then jump back on the road?
“That’s exactly what I’m doing here at the end of the day. This is a business; you’ve got to use your head and every fighter in my position would take that fight if it got offered to them.”

AJ got his revenge in a 2015 British title barnburner after Whyte’s amateur victory six years before.
So, when Whyte beat Franklin with new trainer Buddy McGirt, the trilogy fight was expected  to be signed and sealed.
But Joshua is now set to face Franklin on April 1 — on a pricey DAZN pay-per-view — and Whyte believes fans deserve better.
Whyte told SunSport: “I am all right but facing the usual b******s, I just want to make some fights but it’s f***ing frustrating.

“Everyone was told, all the boxing fans, the winner of me and Franklin fights AJ, so this is a f***ed up thing.

“It’s no surprise to me that they have chosen April 1 for this battle of the fools.

All that remains is for the venue for the mouthwatering clash to be finalised, although that hasn’t stopped Usyk from repeatedly trolling Fury on social media.
The former undisputed cruiserweight champion posted a video of himself running in a pool and tapping his belly as he said: “Hey, belly, I’m coming for you.”
Pound-for-pound king Usyk has repeatedly mocked Fury over his midsection since their heated face-off last December.

But Fury claims to be in the dark over the location of the potentially career-defining fight.
The Gypsy King told Sky Sports: “We are just waiting on an announcement really.
“I’m in limbo like the rest of the world, I just want to fight.
“I’m not interested in who, what, where or when, I just want to fight.
“That’s it. If I’m not going to fight, then tell me, so I can just walk away and do something else.”
Usyk recently slammed Fury over his financial demands for the unification bout, writing on social media: “Fury, you talk about greatness in boxing.
“But, at the same time, you say, ‘Give me a lot of money’.
“Greatness in boxing is not determined by money. Greatness comes from a victorious path.
