The fan’s favourite played over 500 times for the club.
The 59-year-old uploaded the snap to his Twitter page with the caption: “Happy Halloween Goooooooners!”
It is of course goalkeeping legend David Seaman.

Seaman won four FA Cups with Arsenal as well as a first division title in a decorated 13 year stay in North London.
The ex-Manchester City stopper ranks fourth on the all-time Premier League chart for the most clean sheets with 141.
He also had spells at Peterborough, Queen’s Park Rangers and Birmingham.
The man nicknamed ‘Safe Hands’ has been capped 75 times by England.

Putting on a costume is nothing new for Seaman after he and his wife Frankie recently appeared on ITV show The Masked Dancer.
Seaman dressed as a parcel on the show called ‘Post’ in reference to his goalkeeping career.
He is not the only footballer to make the headlines with a fantastic Halloween costume as Jack Grealish dressed up as Danny from classic movie Grease.

WAYNE ROONEY has been left in hysterics after a fan’s clever recreation of his infamous giant lollipop outfit for a Halloween costume. Back in 2003, still in his Everton days, Rooney was snapped licking a giant red lolly while on holiday, much to the enjoyment of football supporters everywhere.

Now, 19 years on, one fan Alex Williamson donned the same short shorts and tank top look, complete with the giant suckable sweet in a hilarious viral post.
And the post, captioned “Hallowooney”, managed to find its way to Rooney’s attention.
And he was evidently left in stitches with the recreation of the iconic photo.
The former Manchester United and Everton star responded: “Good effort” with laughing and thumbs-up emojis.

And the photo was clearly liked by others as well as it received more than 30,000 likes from users online.
Alex explained his inspiration behind the costume and how he has been left shocked by the reaction online.
He told LadBible: “Rooney was an icon of mine on the pitch and then off the pitch with his fashion.
“Ever since I saw the famous picture of him and the United squad out in town in their bootcut clobber, I’ve been an avid fan.

“The vest was the hardest thing to locate, until I found a T-shirt on Depop and did some DIY.
“I spent the evening watching Rooney’s first 100 PL goals before heading to my mate’s for a house party
“The reaction I got from my mates at the party was that I’d smashed it.
“I thought I’d get some replies on social media but not for it to take off like it has. I’m getting a notification per second!”
In the time since the original picture was taken, Rooney has not done too bad for himself.

Grealish perfected the look which included a slicked-back black quiff and a leather jacket slung over his shoulder.
The winger even shaved off his beard to get as close to Danny as he could.
Girlfriend Sasha pulled out all the stops too as she dressed up as Sandy, who was played by the late Olivia Newton-John.
The model wore her blonde hair in curls and paired her black outfit and leather jacket with red heels – just like Sandy.

Sasha even accessorised the look with a cigarette and in one photo she and Grealish showed off the back of their jackets, which bore the famous T-Birds symbol.
Grealish also met comedian Kevin Bridges over the weekend and shared a photo with the Scot, along with the pics with Sasha, on Instagram.
He captioned the post: “Some weekend 😍.”
Bridges replied in the comments saying: “Haha! Brilliant big man!”

Naturally, husband Pelle went dressed as Prince Charming and would have looked dashing in his royal outfit if not for the added skin lesions and cuts which made him more of a zombie prince.
The former Southampton striker, 37, shared photos and videos of Viktoria dancing and enjoying her spooky evening.

They were joined at the fairytale-themed party by friends, two of whom were dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf.
Viktoria also shared some photos on Instagram along with a caption that reads: “Naughty Cinderella and her fairytale friends had some fun in the woods🕷✨.”
The pair married in July having dated since 2012, with Viktoria working as a fashion model.
The Hungarian has more than 600,000 Instagram followers and often trick or treats her fans to stunning bikini snaps.
