It was the 28th time that Ramos has been sent off in his fiery career – and he may not have heard the end of it.
The official referee’s report stated that the 36-year-old was sent off for “aggressive” behaviour – without citing specific insulting or abusive language.
RMC claim, however, that Canal Plus footage appeared to show Ramos swearing in Spanish at Gaillouste – an offence that would land the former Real Madrid star in hot water.
Should he be found guilty of such a misdemeanour, Ramos could be banned for anything between two and SEVEN games.

The report does add that he is unlikely to receive the heaviest possible punishment.
Ramos’ red came in the 41st minute with the score level at 0-0.
And while Christophe Galtier’s side didn’t go on to lose the match, Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi and Co were unable to find a winner.
Having hardly featured at all last season after being ravaged by injuries, Ramos has become a regular at Parc des Princes this season.

The veteran defender has featured in all 14 of their matches in all competitions to date – and even scored in the Trophee des Champions victory over Nantes.
He is set to be back in action tonight as PSG take on Benfica – with his suspension not applying in Europe.
After Saturday’s match, Galtier came out to defend Ramos.
He said: “I don’t know if he is at fault or not. He first takes a yellow card. I experienced this situation a few years back during Nimes-Lille.
“It is a problem, not cultural, but of football language. I’m sure Sergio didn’t mean to insult the referee but just used an expression that I hear hundreds of times throughout the week.
“It also exists on the ground without it being addressed to a particular person.

“It’s an expression. I think that at the time, the referee may have lacked discernment and took it for himself when I had already had this concern with Jose [Fonte].
“The referee had taken the expression as an insult to him when it was only a thing that is often said on the field.”

PSG boss Galtier has typically played Mbappe through the middle, spearheading an attack that also includes Lionel Messi and Neymar.
But the 23-year-old forward appears to have hit out at his role.
After the 0-0 draw at Reims on Saturday, Mbappe wrote on Instagram: “Match drawn, back on Tuesday. #icicestparis #pivotgang.”
And it’s the last hashtag that has caused the controversy.

The “#pivotgang” suggests Mbappe is unhappy at leading the line on his own, and would rather play alongside another striker.
The World Cup winner has previously admitted he has “more freedom” when playing for France as he plays with Olivier Giroud up front.
Just last month Mbappe vented his frustration at having to play in a “pivot” at PSG.
He said on national duty: “I play differently, they ask me other things here than they ask me at the club. I have a lot more freedom here (with the national side).

“The coach knows that there is a number 9 like Olivier (Giroud) who occupies the defences. Me, I can walk around, go into space, ask for the balls.
“In Paris, it’s different there isn’t that, I’m asked to do the pivot, it’s different.”
Mbappe quickly deleted the post after uploading it to his Insta story following the match.
In the same game, Sergio Ramos was sent off for the 28th time in his career after being booked twice in the space of TEN SECONDS.

But according to L’Equipe, he has failed to impress in France so far.
And now the club could try and ship him out when the transfer market reopens in January.
Despite signing a three-year deal at the Allianz Riviera, he was dumped to the bench for Thursday’s Europa Conference League win over Slovacko.
It appears Schmeichel has some way to winning over Lucien Favre and his new supporters.
    READ MORE ON NICE
The Premier League winner, who was beaten by a superb Lionel Messi free-kick last weekend, has had question marks over his physique and mentality since he arrived at Nice.
Reports suggested he turned up to pre-season overweight with a very high body fat percentage.
He has also reportedly wound up his team-mates by breaking club rules including turning up to meetings late and not sticking to mandated rest days.
To make matters worse, he angered some by allegedly going over Favre’s head to speak to owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe about being in the team.

Schmeichel was brought in to be a leader in the dressing room but has so far not taken on that role.
And his unsettled start could even get Leicester fans excited about an unlikely return.

But his influence on and off the pitch has been felt strongly by Brendan Rodgers’ side, with replacement Danny Ward conceding 24 goals in nine matches already. More

But as the referee brandished the yellow card in Ramos’ direction, the 36-year-old didn’t take the hint.
He continued his dissent, and 10 seconds later the red card was out and Ramos sent on his way for an early shower.
It’s the 28th time in his career that Ramos has been given his marching orders.
But the defender was left in disbelief at ref Pierre Gaillouste’s decision, despite him being booked for dissent just seconds earlier.

Initially Ramos refused to leave the pitch as he continued to remonstrate with the official.
He was captured repeatedly saying “Why?” to the referee after being sent off.
Eventually he trudged towards the tunnel, shaking his head as he left the pitch.
In the end, his dismissal just before the break proved to be costly.

The 10-man visitors couldn’t break down Reims, who have won just once this season, and could only draw the game 0-0.
Lionel Messi missed the match through injury, but Les Parisiens will still be frustrated by the result.
Especially considering Neymar should have won the game for the Ligue 1 leaders.
