Montpellier 1 PSG 3: Kylian Mbappe scores 100th goal for French champions as they move four points clear in Ligue 1

KYLIAN MBAPPE bagged his 100th PSG goal to fire them four points clear in Ligue 1.
The 21-year-old became just the fifth player in club history to reach the landmark in Saturday’s 3-1 win at Montpellier.

Only Edinson Cavani (200), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (156), Pauleta (109) and Dominique Rocheteau (100) had previously reached the landmark.
Moise Kean scored his fifth goal in seven Ligue 1 appearances for the French champions.
Italy striker Kean struck in the second half after Stephy Mavididi had cancelled out Colin Dagba’s opener ahead of the break, before Mbappe wrapped up the game in stoppage time.
PSG have 28 points from 13 games but second-placed Marseille have two games in hand.

Third-placed Lille have an opportunity to narrow the gap to two points when they host Monaco on Sunday.
Montpellier are sixth on 23 points, two ahead of seventh-placed RC Lens who beat Stade Rennais 2-0 away earlier on Saturday.
Thomas Tuchel fielded a surprising 5-3-2 formation with Angel Di Maria and Kean up front.
Mbappe started on the bench and Neymar was rested ahead of Tuesday’s key Champions League game against Istanbul Basaksehir.

Dagba put the visitors ahead in the 33rd minute, scoring from inside the box from Di Maria’s cutback.
Montpellier hit back four minutes before the interval when Mavididi beat Keylor Navas at the far post after Dagba had saved the Englishman’s first attempt on his goal line.
PSG had three chances early in the second half but Idrissa Gueye and Kean, twice, lacked accuracy.

Di Maria came closer in the 69th minute with a low shot but Jonas Omlin fully stretched to deny the Argentine as PSG struggled to make their domination count.
Kean, however, restored the capital side’s advantage on 77 minutes with a powerful cross-shot at the end of a counter attack before being substituted for Mbappe, who tapped in from Layvin Kurzawa’s cross to put the result beyond doubt.
The home side pushed harder in the finale but PSG remained compact at the back to claim their first league victory in three games.

Jese Rodriguez ‘faces sack at PSG’ over sex scandal amid claims he cheated on reality TV partner with her model pal

JESE RODRIGUEZ could face the sack at Paris Saint-Germain after landing himself in hot water.
Amid claims that he cheated on his partner, the former Stoke striker now finds himself in trouble again after being pictured at a party in Gran Canaria.

The bash, thrown for partner Aurah Ruiz, featured no masks and no social distancing.
Jese, 27, has featured for just 22 minutes this season, with PSG chiefs reportedly growing ‘fed up’ of his behaviour.
And his latest misdemeanour could spell the end of his time at Parc des Princes.
According to Footmercato, sources close to PSG management told Iberian media that they: “Will not allow Jese to soil the name of the club, even if he is a secondary player for the team.”

The sack threat comes as Jese’s personal life has taken another dramatic turn.
Jese and Aurah, the mother of his child, previously split in January 2018 over the care of their premature baby.
But, having reconciled, they could be on the rocks again after Jese’s latest cheat claims.
The Spaniard has been accused of infidelity with Aurah’s pal Rocio Amar, who has posted audio clips to Instagram that include Jese calling his partner ‘crazy’ and ‘boring’.

Rocio has recounted ‘sexual encounters’ that she had with the footballer in a Madrid nightclub.
PSG chief Nasser Al-Khelaifi is claimed to be tired of the ‘stain’ that Jese’s personal affairs are projecting on to the club.
As if matters weren’t dramatic enough, Jese has publicly spoken to Aurah while she appears on the ‘Big Brother’ style Spanish reality TV show, ‘La Casa Fuerte’ – despite the perception being that they had broken up again over the affair claims.
He’s quoted as denying their break-up, and told her: “Good night, baby. I want to tell you something. If you are happy continue, if you are not happy you are not obliged to be there.
“I love to see you happy, and I see that you are not happy. If you want to continue you have to win.”

    Shocked, Aurah, 31, responded: “Really?
“I can’t believe it, is it you? I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t believe it.”
To this, Jese responded by offering assurances over their son, Nyan: “I have been with baby Nyan and he is super good.
    “Everything is fine.”
Jese has failed to deliver the goods at Paris Saint-Germain since joining from Real Madrid in 2016.
In the four years since, he has appeared for the French champions just 18 times, scoring twice, in between unsuccessful loan spells at Las Palmas, Stoke City, Real Betis and Sporting Lisbon.

How PSG could line up with Lionel Messi and Neymar but no Mbappe next season as club face transfer dilemma

NEYMAR has admitted that he is ‘sure’ that he will play with Lionel Messi again next season.
But Paris Saint-Germain may have to make a hefty sacrifice in order to make the Brazilian’s wish come true.

Neymar and Messi could be reunited in Paris next seasonCredit: AFP or licensors

How PSG could look next season

In order to squeak through Financial Fair Play rules, the French champions would have to sell superstar Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid in order to fund the deal.
With the 21-year-old showing no indications of extending his current contract, which expires in 2022, however, it may be a necessary evil for PSG chiefs.
But how could Thomas Tuchel, or whoever may be in charge by then at Parc des Princes, line up his side of stars?
    SunSport takes a look.

For years PSG messed around with the likes of Salvatore Sirigu, Kevin Trapp and even an ageing Gianluigi Buffon as their No1 goalkeeper.
But in Keylor Navas, they have finally found the perfect man for the job.
The Costa Rican brings the perfect blend of experience and ability to the PSG backline, and is to be a pillar of any success they achieve in the next few years, at least.
Alessandro Florenzi arrived from Roma on loan back in September, and with his good form, appears to be a good bet to extend his stay in the city of love to next season and beyond.

Gone are the days of Thiago Silva and David Luiz, with PSG having their next generation of central defenders at the back.
Marquinhos, at 26, is now at the peak of his powers, and offers excellent leadership reminiscent of his Chelsea-starring former team-mate, while Presnel Kimpembe is a World Cup winner entering his prime years.
PSG may be on the prowl for a new left-back, with soon to be out-of-contract Bayern Munich superstar David Alaba on their radar.
Danilo Pereira arrived from Porto in the summer and is making the holding midfield position his own, as PSG hope to have finally found a proper replacement for former stalwart Thiago Motta.
One of the best, most technically proficient midfielders in the world, Marco Verratti is still a key man in Tuchel’s midfield at 28.
And he could be joined by out-of-favour Tottenham star Dele Alli, with PSG set to try again for the Englishman after three failed approaches last summer.
Messi can then slot on to the right of a star-studded front-three featuring his pals, compatriot Mauro Icardi, and former Barcelona team-mate Neymar.

Wanda Nara uploaded this snap of her using the device to her 7.2 million Instagram followers

Argentine beauty Nara regularly treats her fans to sauce snaps of herself

Nara – who is married to Paris Saint-Germain striker Mauro Icardi – uploaded a snap of herself in a white T-shirt and black thong.
Captioning the snap, she said: “Strengthening @bossrecovery.arg.”
Argentine footballers Lucas Pratto and Guillermo Fernandez are two other notable users of the device.
As listed on the company’s website, the device – that can be used to burn fat and treat cellulite – will set you back £230.

Nice fans demand Patrick Vieira is sacked as they BLOCK team bus before Leverkusen clash following horror run of form

PATRICK VIEIRA faced calls to be SACKED by angry Nice ultras before his side crashed out of the Europa League with defeat to Bayer Leverkusen.
A video emerged which showed fans temporarily blocking the team bus as they tried to leave for the game from the club’s training ground.

    — Get French Football News (@GFFN) December 3, 2020

The bus eventually made its way to the stadium but the pre-match protests were the latest humiliation for the under-fire boss of the Ligue 1 side.
French reports say Nice’s hardcore fans want Vieira out following a dismal run of results and poor performances this season.
Nice are currently 11th in the French top-flight and almost certain to miss out on the Europa League knock-out stages.
Arsenal legend Vieira, 44, has a contract with Nice until June 2021.

The stunt received a mixed reaction on social media with one supporter commenting: “Vieira is bigger than your club, have shame.”
    Another joked: “Not very Nice.”
The pressure looked unlikely to ease on the former Gunners skipper as his side made a slow start as Leverkusen visited the Allianz Riviera.
Vieira’s side conceded just 22 minutes in when Moussa Diaby broke the deadlock.

But Nice rallied immediately with Hassane Kamara levelling the game just four minutes later.
Aleksandr Dragovic’s 32nd-minute effort gave the German side a half-time lead but it was shortlived.
Dan Ndoye’s goal just one minute into the second-half made it 2-2 but Nice were level for just five minutes before Julian Baumgartlinger restored the away side’s lead.
And that’s the way it stayed, the 3-2 defeat – which saw Nice crash out of the Europa League – putting yet more pressure on the World Cup winner.
Vieira took the reins at Nice in 2018 and it his second managerial role.
The former midfielder finished his career at Manchester City and was appointed boss of the Citizens’ sister club New York City in 2016.
He had been linked with the Arsenal job before Mikel Arteta was appointed to replace Unai Emery.

Lionel Messi ‘will play for PSG next year’ in stunning free transfer from Barcelona, according to reports in France

LIONEL MESSI will reportedly join Paris Saint-Germain next year when his Barcelona contract expires.
Journalist Daniel Riolo claims the legendary forward, 33, will be reunited with ex-Nou Camp team-mate Neymar, 28, at the Parc des Princes once his deal ends in 2021.

Messi looked to leave Barcelona in the last window by handing in a shock transfer request.
Manchester City were strong suitors for the Argentine, who believed he was able to leave for nothing.
But Barcelona resisted and Messi agreed to stay for one more campaign.
He is now expected to depart when his contract runs out next year.

And PSG has now been touted as a possible destination, with the French side already boasting Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in attack.
However, despite City’s reported continued interest, Riolo is adamant Messi WILL wind up playing alongside Neymar in the French capital.
He told RMC Sport: “Lionel Messi will be at PSG next year.
“I am being very serious. Messi will be at PSG next year.”

Riolo’s claims come on the back of comments from Neymar made after PSG’s 3-1 win over Manchester United last night.
The Brazilian scored twice to blow the Champions League group wide open with just one game remaining.
And Neymar made it very clear he wants to line up alongside Messi next term.
He told ESPN: “I want to play with Messi again.
“What I want most of all is to play with Messi again, to be able to enjoy him once again on the pitch.
“I’m sure that next year, we have to do it again.”

Neymar admits ‘I am very annoying on the pitch’ and claims ‘I did not come to PSG to play in the Europa League’

NEYMAR has admitted that he is ‘very annoying on the pitch’ in the wake of his spat with Scott McTominay.
The pair clashed during Paris Saint-Germain’s 3-1 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford last night.

Neymar, 28, angrily confronted the Scottish ace at half-time after McTominay had inadvertently trodden on his ankle.
Nonplussed, the United midfielder smirked as Neymar angrily remonstrated with him.
And the former Barcelona star admitted that he is just trying to be a ‘leader’ on the pitch.
He told Eleven Sports: “I have always felt like a leader, since I was 17, I have never needed to have to armband to feel that way.

“Today, I am a figure at PSG.
“Everything that I can do on the pitch has an impact on my teammates and what I want, is to help them, to give the best of myself.
“I am a very annoying guy on the pitch, I follow up a lot with my teammates, but I am also ready to accept criticism, about myself too.
“I am not untouchable. Everyone is fighting for the same thing. I am very happy to be able to help my team-mates.”

The Brazilian netted twice at Old TraffordCredit: AFP or licensors

With PSG having desperately needed last night’s result to wrestle control of Group H, Neymar also reiterated that he did not join PSG to ‘play in the Europa League’.
He added: “That is why I said that we needed to change attitude or else we could forget about our Champions’ League dream.
“But we have changed. And today our dream has more life in it.
“Of course, I have never been eliminated in the Champions’ League (group stage) or played in the Europa League.
“That never crossed my mind and it never well. When these difficult moments come, I am able to evolve and take my responsibilities.

I want to play with Messi again
    Neymar

“I did not come here to play in the Europa League.”
Speaking to ESPN, Neymar then stirred a transfer frenzy after the match, admitting that he wants to play with Lionel Messi again next season.
He said: “I want to play with Messi again.
“What I want most of all is to play with Messi again, to be able to enjoy him once again on the pitch.
“I’m sure that next year, we have to do it again.”

PSG will be forced to sell Kylian Mbappe if they sign Lionel Messi after Neymar transfer plea

PARIS-SAINT GERMAIN will have to sell Kylian Mbappe if they bow to Neymar’s pleas and sign Lionel Messi.
PSG’s Brazilian was in high spirits after he scored twice in his side’s 3-1 win away at Manchester United in the Champions League on Wednesday.

And speaking post-match presser, the 28-year-old admitted he wants to play in the same team as Messi again.
That sparked rumours of a reunion in the French capital after the pair spent a trophy-laden four-year spell together at the Nou Camp, forming two-thirds of the famous ‘MSN’ trio alongside Luis Suarez.
Neymar said: “I want to play with Messi again.
“What I want most of all is to play with Messi again, to be able to enjoy him once again on the pitch.

“I’m sure that next year, we have to do it again.”
But that statement has seemingly pushed Mbappe close to Real Madrid, according to AS.
PSG would be forced to cash in on the French forward should they sign Messi due to financial fair play rules.
The Argentinian is out of contract at Neymar’s old club Barcelona at the end of the season, with Manchester City and PSG believed to be frontrunners.

Madrid have been desperate to sign Mbappe for years, but have so far been priced out of a deal.
Liverpool are also keen, but Mbappe has already spoken of his admiration for Zinedine Zidane and is believed to have his heart set on the Bernabeu.
The PSG ace grew up with posters of Galacticos such as Cristiano Ronaldo on his wall.
Mbappe once admitted: “If you’re a boy and you’re French, your idol is Zidane.”
Zidane reciprocated, himself saying: “You know that I have known [Mbappe] for a long time.
“I am already in love with him, firstly as a person, because he came to do a trial here a long time ago.”
The striker’s contract at the Parc des Princes expires at the end of the 2021-22 season.
And there is no indication as yet that the 21-year-old is close to agreeing a new deal.
