Many gathered at the birthday girl’s house before hitting the town and Woods brought along specially made cakes with a huge butterfly on them as decoration.
Partington uploaded a snap of it to her Instagram story but admitted they could not compete with a cupcake they had in the past.
She wrote: “They are cute but… these will always be top tier.”
A picture was then added showing the hilarious cakes made in Woods’ honour.

The 36-year-old is a huge Arsenal fan so an icing cartoon of her in a red kit went on the sponge and above it read “Woodsy’s”.
There were also cakes with the Gunners badge on them with “a***” naughtily written on top.
It is not the first time Woods has celebrated a birthday with a throwback image.
When she turned 36 she re-posted an old photo of her stripped down to a bikini with Sky Sports producer Hayley Sloane.

Ivanna recently showed off her skills on the decks as by posting a video of herself on her Instagram story.
In the clip, the focused Ivana could be seen mixing a track together, bobbing her head to the beat before breaking out into a small dance.
She was also donning a racy orange outfit to give her fans a glimpse as to what her performances would look like.

Ivana uploaded the post from the Bvlgari resort in Dubai.
The model is currently in the United Arab Emirates enjoying some time on the beach during a holiday.
Back in September, Ivana was soaking up the sun in Marbella.
A couple of weeks later she was left covered in cream as she celebrated her 31st birthday.

The wind-up worked as several Chelsea fans hit back at the model-turned-boxer, with one commenting: “I’m twerking over my two European cups.”

The couple were joined on the flight by their kids, who were seen in cute snaps added by Georgina.
