Interception master Antonee Robinson emerges as smart option for Dream Team bosses ahead of Gameweek 29

ALL 20 Premier League teams are set to fulfil two fixtures in Gameweek 29.This tantalising double header arguably means more players are viable options now than at any other stage this season. One such asset who has emerged as a potentially smart option is Antonee Robinson (£3.1m).PLAY SCORE PREDICTOR AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND’S ACTION – SOMEBODY MUST WIN £500 AMAZON GIFT CARD!Robinson appears in just 1.9% of teamsCredit: Dream TeamFulham’s left-back played superbly against Tottenham before the international break in what turned out to be a surprise 3-0 win for the hosts at Craven Cottage.Robinson assisted the first goal, earned three bonus points, and contributed to his side’s clean sheet for a 14-point haul when all was said and done.In fact, the USA international finished as the top-scoring defender of Gameweek 28.As a result, Robinson leapt up to joint-seventh in the defensive rankings for the season as a whole. He’s currently level with the hugely popular William Saliba (£3.4m) on 171 points – just eight points shy of Virgil van Dijk (£4.2m) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (£5.1m) in joint-fourth.King of interceptionsCredit: ReutersThe 26-year-old is a particularly enticing option ahead of Gameweek 29 because he’s due to face Sheffield United and Nottingham Forest, two teams currently in the relegation zone. Most read in Dream TeamNuno Espirito Santo’s side are only among the bottom three because of a points deduction but the point stands that Marco Silva’s side have a favourable pair of fixtures this coming Gameweek, at least on paper.Robinson’s tally of seven assists is only bettered by four defenders at the time of writing but his total of seven clean sheets is merely respectable. However, what sets him apart from most other assets in his position is his ability to bank bonus points. After three against Spurs last time out, he’s now earned 37 in 2023/24 – only Ezri Konsa (£3m) and Kieran Trippier (£4.3m) have more bonus points to their name among defenders.Fulham have relatively friendly fixtures this coming GameweekCredit: ReutersRobinson ranks highly in his position for accurate crosses and successful dribbles but it’s his unmatched ability to intercept the ball that is the primary reason for his success. He’s registered 79 interceptions this campaign, comfortably the most among all assets – only one other player, James Tarkowski (£3.1m), has notched more than 50.A quick, nimble player with excellent anticipation, Robinson recovers the ball a lot. He’s also earned more than his fair share of points through tackles.Only West Ham’s Emerson (£3.3m) has made more tackles (96) among defenders than Robinson’s 93 to date.READ MORE SUN STORIESLong story short, he’s a 1.9%-owned defender with several routes to points with two favourable fixtures this coming Gameweek. What’s not to like?talkSPORT BET Welcome offer

England’s best XI by Dream Team points – including Ben White, Chelsea star Cole Palmer and Newcastle pair

GARETH SOUTHGATE, if you’re reading this – we know you probably are – you need not worry.Dream Team have saved you a monumental selection headache by selecting the best starting XI based entirely on this season’s Dream Team points.Disclaimer: The England captain Harry Kane and Golden Boy odds-on favourite Jude Bellingham won’t be involved for obvious reasons. Joe Gomez has been a regular for LiverpoolGOALKEEPER: Jordan Pickford (£2.7m)No doubt he’s Southgate’s number one preference and he’ll be between the sticks regardless.Having Sam Johnstone and Aaron Ramsdale – who seems to make a costly error in the rare occasions he does play – aren’t exactly biting at Pickford’s heels to be picked ahead of him.Nick Pope would likely to be pushing him had his early season form continued and not stopped due to injury, while there was an argument Jack Butland’s form at Rangers could have seen him picked.Again for obvious reasons, he doesn’t have any Dream Team points so Pickford – who ranks above Ederson and Allison in the rankings, sitting fourth in the keeper’s list – keeps goal here.DEFENDERS: Trent Alexander-Arnold (£5.1m), Ben White (£3.9m), Joe Gomez (3.6m), Kieran Trippier (£4.3m)A flat back four with Trent Alexander Arnold moved back to his right back spot for this one.Has experimented further up for the Three Lions but for these purposes he comes in at one of the top defenders so will be used there. That means a switch to left back for Kieran Trippier, who has played there for both club and country and is Dream Team’s top scoring defender. That despite suffering with injury in recent weeks, preventing him from moving over the 200-point mark – keeping him a point shy of it.Bit of an awkward pick at centre back with Ben White – who has played there plenty of times in his career – but has asked NOT to be included in the latest international squad.Unfortunately for him, he has no option but to be involved here and lines up at the heart of the defence alongside Joe Gomez. He’s proved key to Liverpool in recent months filling in across the back four during their injury struggles and more than merits an inclusion here.Special shout-out to James Tarkowski who was ranked as the fifth placed defender and acts as standby here.Ben White is in our XI – despite not wanting to be selected for EnglandMIDFIELDERS: Phil Foden (£5.8m) Bukayo Saka (£5.8m), Jarrod Bowen (£5m), Cole Palmer (£4.5m), Anthony Gordon (£3.9m)We’ve done it. We’ve officially pulled the handbrake off and gone all-out attack with the England midfield. It’s what Dream Team is telling us to do, particularly as the top FOUR midfielders across the game are all English!Phil Foden (294pts) leads the way across the whole league’s midfield with his starring role in a star-studded Manchester City team, putting him as clear frontrunner to sweep up the end of season awards.Bukayo Saka is only six points behind him and is already amongst one of the first names on the teamsheet with his 13 goals and eight assists in the Premier League.Jarrod Bowen continues to punch above his weight at West Ham and is included in this line-up with 17 goal involvements in the league this term. Our England XI based on Dream Team’s top scorersGranted, he’s occupying a space in our XI where the likes of Bellingham, James Maddison etc would be pushing for in reality but he’s absolutely in here on merit. As is Dream Team’s fourth highest scoring midfielder Cole Palmer, who we’re squeezing in in a deeper role, with his playmaking ability to work as a bridge between defence and attack.Anthony Gordon’s form this season has earned him a first call-up by Southgate and it’s more than deserved. He has nine goals and five assists in a Newcastle side operating well below par and he’s been played all across the front three and often through injury too. STRIKER: Ollie Watkins (£4.9m)Only Erling Haaland and Mo Salah have scored more points than Ollie Watkins this season. The Aston Villa forward now seems to be battling with Ivan Toney for that first reserve spot behind Harry Kane, who hasn’t recorded a single Dream Team point this season for the first time in his career. But Watkins – owned by 30.5% of Dream Team bosses – has averaged 6.3pts per game week and leads the line.Admit it – it’s not bad, is it?talkSPORT BET Welcome offer

Could Dominik Szoboszlai be the biggest differential of the season?

OK, recommending Liverpool players isn’t a particularly awe-inspiring suggestion. It’s a bit like a friend asking what box set they should invest in next and you suggest Breaking Bad or The Sopranos.Yes, we and everyone with WiFi connection knows they are good…But it’s not too often that a Liverpool asset is flying under the radar, and perhaps representing a massive differential for Dream Team bosses.PLAY SCORE PREDICTOR AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND’S ACTION – SOMEBODY MUST WIN £500 AMAZON GIFT CARD!Dominik Szoboszlai is back with a bangCredit: GETTYThe man in question is Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai. The Hungarian powerhouse is enjoying a terrific debut campaign for Jurgen Klopp’s side since arriving from RB Leipzig in July 2023.The 23-year-old has registered seven goals and five assists in 33 appearances in all competitions. He’s accumulated a whopping 168 points in Dream Team this year, but still finds himself with just a 4.8% ownership. There’s a variety of reasons why he’s being overlooked, not least the fact that he’s missed a total of 12 games since January with a hamstring issue.Szoboszlai revealed that he came back from his initial injury too soon, but he’s now “ready to go” ahead of Liverpool’s marathon end to the season. Is Dominik Szoboszlai ready to answer the call from Dream Team gaffers?Credit: GETTYAnd his performances reflect just that. The all-action midfielder has scored 31 points in five appearances since returning from injury.Szoboszlai has registered eight shots on target, two bonus points, two goals and the same number of assists in just 276 minutes since the beginning of March. He’s Liverpool’s seventh most profitable player in Dream Team this season, averaging 5.1 points per match – which can only be significantly bettered by Mohamed Salah (£6.6m) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (£5.1m).The Hungry international has also racked up 24 bonus points – that’s just five behind the Egyptian superstar and three adrift of Alexis Mac Allister.Szoboszlai’s influence isn’t lost on Jurgen KloppCredit: GETTYHe’s created 38 chances for his teammates in the Premier League this season – creating an opportunity every 46 minutes. He’s also fired off 45 league attempts with 11 of those on target, giving him an average of a shot every 38 minutes. And no wonder… he’s had 587 touches in the opposition’s final third in 23 appearances – a record bettered by only Salah and Luis Diaz.Of Szoboszlai’s seven goals, five have come at Anfield. And that’s even better news for Dream Team gaffers given FOUR of Liverpool’s next FIVE fixtures are on Merseyside against Brighton, Sheffield United, Atalanta and Crystal Palace. At £4.2m with form, fitness and fixtures on his side, Liverpool’s Dominik Szoboszlai is more than just a punt.talkSPORT BET Welcome offer

Injuries & suspensions update ahead of Gameweek 28 – latest on Ollie Watkins, Kevin De Bruyne and others

DREAM TEAM brings you all the latest injury, suspension and availability news ahead of Gameweek 28 in one easily digestible dose.A groin injury rules Kevin De Bruyne out of Manchester City’s FA Cup quarter-final against Newcastle this weekend. The popular playmaker has also withdrawn from the Belgium squad ahead of the upcoming international friendlies.Ederson remains sidelined for Pep Guardiola’s side but Jack Grealish has a good chance of making the squad after positive progression this week.As for the Magpies, Anthony Gordon is seemingly only a minor doubt having avoided serious injury.”He [Gordon] partly trained yesterday,” Eddie Howe told reporters. “He joined in and seemed okay. We’ll train again today and we’ll make a decision after that.”Harvey Barnes won’t travel to the Etihad with a view to a return after the international break.PLAY SCORE PREDICTOR AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND’S ACTION – SOMEBODY MUST WIN £500 AMAZON GIFT CARD!De Bruyne won’t feature against Newcastle this weekendCredit: RexMicky van de Ven won’t be among Tottenham’s squad to face Fulham on Saturday following his premature substitution against Aston Villa last time out.The Dutch defender may return immediately after the internationals but it’s too early to say for sure.In more positive news for Spurs fans, Richarlison is expected to be available so long as he comes through the week’s final training session without a setback.David Moyes will once again make a late call on Emerson who has a “little bit of a groin strain” ahead of West Ham v Aston Villa on Sunday. As for the Villains, it remains to be seen whether Ollie Watkins will recover in time having suffered a bad cut against Ajax in the Europa Conference League. The 37.2%-owned striker played on through the pain for a while, during which time he scored, but was replaced in the 33rd minute. After the game, Unai Emery told Villa TV: “Of course he [Watkins] was asking us to change him but it was because he has a cut. Hopefully for Sunday, he is going to be available.”John McGinn starts his three-game domestic ban following his straight red card against Spurs.Watkins is a doubt but Emery remains hopefulCredit: Dream TeamMauricio Pochettino confirmed that Ben Chilwell is fit again after the left-back was included in Gareth Southgate’s England squad.Benoit Badiashile has also returned to training and is likely to feature in some capacity against Leicester.Sergio Reguilon should be “fit and available” according to Thomas Frank with Bryan Mbeumo also in with a chance of making Brentford’s squad after a lengthy absence.Manchester United may be boosted by several returns ahead of the FA Cup quarter-final against Liverpool.Harry Maguire, Mason Mount, Rasmus Hojlund and Aaron Wan-Bissaka all returned to training this week and are therefore in contention to feature on Sunday.Erik ten Hag said of the group: “We have, tomorrow, one session. We have to see how they recover from this tomorrow. But it looks good.”Jonny Evans will not play, however, having been dogged by a niggle this week.Van de Ven will spend the international break recoveringCredit: AlamyAs for Jurgen Kloop’s troops, Ibrahima Konate hasn’t trained and so isn’t expected back until after the break, as is the case with Curtis Jones.Mohamed Salah wasn’t supposed to play 90 minutes against Sparta Prague on Thursday night but other issues meant he finished the game without complaint.Trent Alexander-Arnold and Diogo Jota may need another three or four weeks before they’re considered for selection but Ryan Gravenberch is set to return this weekend.ARSENALInjuries: Jurrien Timber (doubt)Suspensions: NoneASTON VILLAInjuries: Tyrone Mings, Emi Buendia, Boubacar Kamara, Jacob Ramsey, Ollie Watkins (doubt), Diego CarlosSuspensions: John McGinnBOURNEMOUTHInjuries: Ryan Fredericks, James Hill, Max Aarons, Lloyd Kelly, Marcos SenesiSuspensions: NoneBRENTFORDInjuries: Aaron Hickey, Rico Henry, Kevin Schade, Bryan Mbeumo (doubt), Josh Dasilva, Ethan Pinnock, Ben Mee, Christian NorgaardSuspensions: NoneBRIGHTONInjuries: Solly March, Joao Pedro, James Milner, Jack Hinshelwood, Kaoru MitomaSuspensions: Billy GilmourBURNLEYInjuries: Luka Koleosho, Nathan Redmond, Lyle Foster, Aaron Ramsey, Jordan Beyer (doubt), Ameen Al-DakhilSuspensions: NoneCHELSEAInjuries: Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia, Lesley Ugochukwo, Reece James, Christopher Nkunku, Levi ColwillSuspensions: NoneCRYSTAL PALACEInjuries: Cheick Doucoure, Rob Holding, Michael Olise, Marc Guehi, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, Matheus Franca, Jeffrey SchluppSuspensions: NoneEVERTONInjuries: Dele Alli, Arnaut Danjuma, Idrissa Gueye (doubt)Suspensions: NoneFULHAMInjuries: NoneSuspensions: NoneLIVERPOOLInjuries: Thiago Alcantara, Stefan Bajcetic, Joel Matip, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson, Diogo Jota, Ibrahima Konate, Bobby Clark (doubt)Suspensions: NoneLUTONInjuries: Tom Lockyer, Marvelous Nakamba, Mads Andersen, Elijah Adebayo (doubt), Jacob Brown, Gabriel Osho, Amari’i Bell, Dan Potts, Joseph Johnson, Albert-Mboyo Sambi Lokonga, Tahith ChongSuspensions: NoneMANCHESTER CITYInjuries: Jack Grealish (doubt), Alisson, Kevin De BruyneSuspensions: NoneMANCHESTER UNITEDInjuries: Tyrell Malacia, Mason Mount (doubt), Anthony Martial, , Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Rasmus Hojlund (doubt), Jonny Evans Suspensions: NoneNEWCASTLEInjuries: Matt Targett, Nick Pope, Joelinton, Callum Wilson, Kieran Trippier, Harvey Barnes, Anthony Gordon (doubt), Dan Burn (doubt)Suspensions: Sandro TonaliNOTTINGHAM FORESTInjuries: Ola Aina (doubt), Nuno Tavares, Gio Reyna (doubt), Gonzalo MontielSuspensions: NoneSHEFFIELD UNITEDInjuries: Daniel Jebbison, John Egan, Chris Basham, Rhys Norrington-Davies, Max Lowe, Cameron Archer, Anis Ben Slimane, Rhian BrewsterSuspensions: Mason HolgateTOTTENHAMInjuries: Ryan Sessegnon, Manor Solomon, Fraser Forster, Micky Van de VenSuspensions: NoneWEST HAMInjuries: Maxwel Cornet, Emerson (doubt)Suspensions: NoneWOLVESInjuries: Matheus Cunha, Hwang Hee-chan, Craig Dawson (doubt), Jean-Ricner Bellegarde, Pedro NetoSuspensions: NonetalkSPORT BET Welcome offer

Captaincy & Booster options for Gameweek 28: 12th Man could cover absentees

DREAM TEAM managers should be aware that Gameweek 28 features just four Premier League fixtures.Six top-flight sides are set to participate in the FA Cup quarter-finals this weekend, however, during which players will score points as normal. That leaves six teams without a single fixture this coming Gameweek: Arsenal, Bournemouth, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Everton and Sheffield United. With this in mind, let’s mull over potential Booster strategies and captaincy options.PLAY SCORE PREDICTOR AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND’S ACTION – SOMEBODY MUST WIN £500 AMAZON GIFT CARD!Saka and his team-mates will BLANK in Gameweek 28Credit: REUTERSIt’s probably wise to keep Park the Bus and Max Captain holstered as both Boosters are best deployed in a double Gameweek – like Gameweek 29 for example. The same is true of 12th Man although this Booster could serve another function for gaffers caught short by this weekend’s blanks.Several of Mikel Arteta’s favourites are among the most-popular players in the game and so it’s likely that many bosses will not be able to field a full XI in Gameweek 28, even after their transfers. The likes of Pervis Estupinan (£2.7m), Lewis Dunk (£3.1m), Jordan Pickford (£2.7m), Dominic Solanke (£3.8m) and Eberechi Eze (£4m) will also be twiddling their thumbs this weekend. Most gaffers should be able to stomach one or two inactive players but those missing half their line-up may feel they need to activate their 12th Man Booster to bolster their ranks. Most read in FootballErling Haaland (£7.9m), Mohamed Salah (£6.5m), Darwin Nunez (£4.8m) and Son Heung-min (£4.6m) are all exceptional candidates. Both excellent captains this weekendCredit: Dream TeamAnd it’s the very same names leading the captaincy conversation. It’s been months since a classic toss-up between Haaland and Salah but that’s exactly how many gaffers will see it this week.Manchester City host Newcastle while Liverpool travel to Manchester United for their respective FA Cup quarter-finals.Neither seem like especially favourable match-ups initially but the Magpies have conceded 16 goals in their last seven outings amid their slump to tenth in the Premier League table.Current form suggests Eddie Howe’s side are not adequately prepared to withstand an Etihad onslaught.Similarly, Erik ten Hag will be privately fearful of a shellacking on Sunday given the nature of his injury-hit defence. The Red Devils beat Everton last weekend but they gave up plenty of chances and with Liverpool having scored 25 goals in their last eight outings, it could get messy for the hosts at Old Trafford.Only Mohammed Kudus earned more points than Salah in Gameweek 27Credit: GettyOf course, there’s always a chance key players will be rested in the FA Cup but with a place in the semi-finals at stake and an international break to follow, it would be a surprise if Pep Guardiola or Jurgen Klopp fielded a weakened line-up.Salah had his wicked way with Sparta Prague on Thursday night to finish Gameweek 27 having added 22 points to his tally but Haaland boasts the best points-per-game average (9.5) among all assets this season. Both are fantastic options but perhaps home advantage edges it to the Norwegian poacher?Son’s Premier League record is immense this seasonCredit: APElsewhere, Son is probably the most-appealing alternative.Tottenham’s captain played superbly against Aston Villa for his 16 points last weekend in what was a statement victory at a difficult stadium to visit. The South Korean superstar averages a goal or assist every 90.8 minutes in the league this term and he’ll fancy his chances of improving his figures away to Fulham on Saturday.READ MORE SUN STORIESThose uncertain about FA Cup line-ups should note that Spurs’ trip to Craven Cottage is a Premier League fixture. The deadline for Gameweek 28 is 11:15am on Saturday – good luck!talkSPORT BET Welcome offer

Score Predictor tips for Matchweek 31: £500 Amazon voucher up for grabs amid FA Cup and Premier League action

MATCHWEEK 31 challenges Score Predictor users to guesstimate a mixture of Premier League and FA Cup fixtures. This slight tweak makes things interesting but the format remains the same.Whomever gets closest to correctly predicting the five outcomes will win a £500 Amazon gift card by Sunday night – the top prize must be won be somebody.PLAY SCORE PREDICTOR AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND’S ACTION – SOMEBODY MUST WIN £500 AMAZON GIFT CARD!Spurs swaggered to an impressive win last weekendCredit: GettyScore Predictor is completely free to play and it takes just seconds to enter five predictions.Fulham v TottenhamSpurs produced a statement performance at Villa Park last weekend and if Son Heung-min and company are able to replicate the same free-flowing attacking football at Craven Cottage then the hosts will find their opponents difficult to resist.Arsenal are the only team to have scored more league goals away from home than Ange Postecoglou’s outfit this season. The Cottagers are a well-coached side sitting comfortably in mid-table but defeat to Wolves last time out makes them underdogs for Saturday’s London derby.Spurs have won eight of the last nine league meetings with Fulham. Our Prediction: 2-1 to TottenhamManchester City v NewcastleAnother FA Cup for the collection?Credit: GettyWith an international break to follow, both sides are expected to name strong starting line-ups in this FA Cup quarter-final.Newcastle have slipped to tenth in the league and the fact they’ve conceded 16 goals in their last seven games suggests their defence is not suitably prepared for an Etihad onslaught.Pep Guardiola’s side are undefeated on home soil in 2023/24 and with the league far from a certainty, the decorated tactician will surely be keen to retain the FA Cup.The Magpies have had their moments against City in recent meetings but this one feels like an ill-timed match-up for them. Our Prediction: 3-1 to Manchester CityChelsea v LeicesterA man in formCredit: PALeicester are about as strong as second-tier teams comes but they’ve wobbled in the last month and suddenly their return to the top flight no longer seems a forgone conclusion. The King Power faithful probably wouldn’t be all that heartbroken if their side were eliminated from the FA Cup, allowing sole focus on their quest for promotion.Conversely, Chelsea should prioritise the competition as their league ambitions are severely limited at this stage. The hosts’ only defeat in their last seven games came against Liverpool (in extra time) in the Carabao Cup final. The Blues’ defence remains vulnerable but they have looked more potent in attack lately, led by the excellent Cole Palmer. Our Prediction: 2-1 to ChelseaWest Ham v Aston VillaThe Hammers only mustered a draw at home to BurnleyCredit: GettyTwo teams coming off the back of disappointing results last time out – the Hammers only drew at home to Burnley while the Villains were thoroughly outplayed by Spurs. Both sides will also have played in Europe on Thursday night so it’s not all that easy to get a read on this match-up at the time of writing. That being said, Villa’s away form has improved steadily as the season has progressed – only the three title contenders have earned more points on the road – while West Ham’s home record is merely average.David Moyes’ side have looked much better since Lucas Paqueta was reunited with Mohammed Kudus and Jarrod Bowen in the front three but it’s hard to ignore the cracks in their midfield and defence. Both teams to score feels like a good starting point. Our Prediction: 3-2 to Aston VillaManchester United v LiverpoolWill Mohamed Salah be unleashed from the get-go at Old Trafford?Credit: AlamyA classic fixture to complete the weekend.Jurgen Klopp may choose to rest key players against Sparta Prague this evening having won the first leg 5-1 and so the Red Devils should expect a strong line-up from their rivals at Old Trafford.Erik ten Hag’s side beat Everton last time out but they conceded plenty of shots once again; a similarly porous defensive display this weekend would surely be punished by Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez and friends.Man United held firm at Anfield for a 0-0 back in October but the previous meeting between these two sides ended 7-0 to the Merseysiders. The hosts are missing important players in defence and it’s hard to envisage them resisting Liverpool’s relentless “heavy metal football” if the visitors are able to build momentum. Our Prediction: 3-1 to LiverpoolShow us how it’s done by submitting your own predictions before Saturday’s deadline!talkSPORT BET Welcome offer

Transfer recommendations ahead of Gameweek 28 – Mohamed Salah, Spurs stars and other options

GAMEWEEK 28 marks an intriguing juncture in the Dream Team calendar.A mix of FA Cup games, Premier League fixtures and a handful of blanks means gaffers will have to think carefully about their transfers.Dream Team bosses should also have one eye on Gameweek 29 with every team set to play twice in quick succession after the international break.Enough preamble, let’s run through some transfer recommendations.PLAY SCORE PREDICTOR AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND’S ACTION – SOMEBODY MUST WIN £500 AMAZON GIFT CARD!A must-have asset when fit?Credit: Dream TeamMohamed Salah (£6.5m)The Egyptian superstar has been eased back in since recovering from injury and he may not play the full 90 minutes against Manchester United in the FA Cup this weekend but he’s likely to feature in some capacity. The Red Devils beat Everton last time out but they once again allowed their opponents plenty of chances and a similar performance against Jurgen Klopp’s free-wheeling attack could get messy.Salah is essentially a must-have asset when fit and gaffers who resist recruiting him this week will sure have to give into temptation ahead of Liverpool’s double header against Brighton and Sheffield United (both at home) in Gameweek 29.The 31-year-old has registered 29 goal involvements in 30 games this season – enough said. Most read in Dream TeamSimilarly, Darwin Nunez (£4.8m) owners will be hopeful of bumper returns in the coming weeks.Son Heung-min (£4.6m)Spurs stars should be popular ahead of Gameweek 28Credit: GettyTottenham haven’t played all that many fixtures recently but the schedule has now turned in their favour. They travel to Fulham this weekend having beaten Aston Villa 4-0 on the road last time out before a a relatively favourable double header of Luton and West Ham in Gameweek 29.A home fixture against 17th-placed Nottingham Forest in Gameweek 30 means the next month looks rather appealing for Ange Postecoglou’s troops.Spurs’ skipper is therefore ultra viable, not least because he bagged 16 points against the Villains via two assists and a goal.Few players are able to keep pace with Son in the league this season – he’s scored 14 goals and provided eight assists. That boils down further to a goal involvement every 90.8 minutes in the top flight! While we’re on the subject of Spurs stars, Pedro Porro (£3.6m) is worthy of a mention ahead of Gameweek 28.The Spanish right-back is one of the most attack-minded defenders in the game, as evidenced by his tally of eight assists, and he also gets through plenty of tackles. The most eye-catching stat relating to Porro is his mighty average of 6.4 points-per-game – the highest rate among assets in his position at the time of writing. We might as well shout out James Maddison (£4m) while we’re at it.The creative playmaker averages 7.2 points-per-game this season and is therefore a decent option for a friendly run of fixtures.Cole Palmer (£4.4m)13 goals and 13 assists in 2023/24Credit: GettyChelsea’s golden boy is the most-popular recruit ahead of Saturday’s deadline as it stands and it’s easy to see why.His latest impressive showing featured a goal and an assist as he took Newcastle for 12 points on Monday night.Palmer now has 26 goal involvements to his name since his transfer to Stamford Bridge – undoubtedly one of the best signings this season.Maurico Pochettino’s side have the luxury of three consecutive home games up next, starting with an FA Cup meeting with Leicester.Championship sides don’t come much stronger than the Foxes but their form has fallen away of late and one suspects they wouldn’t be all that heartbroken to be eliminated from the cup as they’re primarily focused on automatic promotion back to the Premier League.Chelsea will then ease back into the swing of things after the international break with a game against relegation-bound Burnley.Palmer will be licking his lips on current form.Rayan Ait-Nouri (£2.6m)An outside-the-box optionCredit: GettyA differential wildcard to finish. Many gaffers won’t be aware that the Wolves defender is now operating in a hybrid role, as is the fashion these days.As a result, he spends a lot of time in midfield areas and his chance creation numbers have steadily increased. He scored against Fulham in his most recent outing to register 31 points across the last three Gameweeks – he’s among the most in-form defenders in the game right now.READ MORE SUN STORIESAit-Nouri currently features in 0.3% of teams and he’s arguably got the most-favourable fixture in Gameweek 29 with Gary O’Neil’s side set to host Coventry in the FA Cup.Lock in your transfers before Saturday’s 11:15am deadline!talkSPORT BET Welcome offer
