      The Man Utd legend passed away on Friday, October 30 following a lengthy battle with illness.

      He is survived by wife Kay and his three children.
      Who is Nobby Stiles’ wife Kay?
      Nobby Stiles married wife Kay in 1963, three years before he famously won the World Cup.
      The couple got to know each other when Stiles came through the ranks at Man Utd with Kay’s brother Johnny Giles.
      Stiles would go on to spend eleven years at Manchester United between 1960 and 1971 while Republic of Ireland international Giles was sold in 1963 and would become one of the greatest players in the history of the Red Devils’ fierce rivals Leeds.

      The two families remained close up until Stiles’ death with Johnny Giles criticising the lack of support Nobby received from the PFA in his 18-year battle with Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia.
      In 2017, Giles said: “He has suffered and Kay has suffered in the last few years.
      “In Nobby’s case there has been no approach to Kay from the Professional Footballers Association.
      “As far as I know, there is a policy that you have to approach the PFA [for help] and Kay wouldn’t do that anyway. Most people wouldn’t.

      “You are putting out the begging bowl and most people have their pride.”

      Real name Norbert, Stiles earned 28 caps for the Three Lions and played more than 300 times for Manchester United in a glittering career.
      He was on the field for every minute of England’s triumphant tournament, breaking up play and doing the dirty work while Bobby Charlton pulled the strings.
      And at United, he won two league titles at Old Trafford and an English club’s first European Cup.
      Along with Man Utd, Stiles also played for Middlesbrough and Preston before hanging his boots up in 1975.

      He enjoyed stints in management on both sides of the Atlantic and was eventually awarded with an MBE in 2000, along with five other 1966 teammates who had initially been overlooked.
      Stiles married his wife Kay in 1961 and the pair have remained together ever since.

      The England legend was born on May 18, 1942 – making him 78 years old at the time of his death.
      He had been diagnosed with prostate cancer seven years ago, while it was later revealed he was also suffering from dementia.

      THE F1 season is reaching a crescendo – and this week teams and drivers are back at one of racing’s most iconic circuits.
      Imola plays host to the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix, where Lewis Hamilton will look to tighten his grip on the Driver’s Championship.

      But you may have noticed that the race schedule is over two days than the usual three.
      Why is there no practice today at Imola?
      The coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc with the Formula One calendar and the past few weeks have been gruelling.
      As a result, a number of tracks that wouldn’t usually have been on the schedule have been added to minimise travel.
      One of these is Imola, which hasn’t seen F1 racing since 2006.

      F1 Grand Prix weekends are usually held over three days, with two practice sessions on Friday morning and afternoon.
      But at Imola this weekend, the race schedule will include NO racing on Friday and practice instead moves to Saturday morning, before qualifying in the afternoon.

      The decision to do this is purely logistical – teams are burned out from the gruelling schedule and this seemed a perfect opportunity for bosses to trial a two-day race weekend.
      After moving from Germany to Portugal, this triple-header race without a break has been seen as detrimental to the drivers ability to perform.

      As such, the decision was taken to make the Emilia-Romagna GP a two-day event and reduce the strain on the racers.
      If the calendar is expanded in the future – as expected – it could yet become the norm going forward.

      In his early years, he graduated in business administration from Boston University before completing a PHD in finance from Michigan State.
      Back in 2018 he attempted a £2billion takeover of Liverpool, which would have been a world record for the most expensive buyout in the history of football.

      Most recently, Khaled offered Mike Ashley £350million for Newcastle, but talks fell through.
      Sheikh Khaled, who is 61, is also president of the UAE Sailing and Rowing Federation.
