But will they be allowed to join the team in Rome for the quarter-final?
Can England fans travel to Rome for the quarter-final?
England fans are allowed to enter Italy, but they won’t be able to watch the game.
That’s because anybody who arrives from the UK to the country, or has been in the UK for the past 14 days, will be ordered to self-isolate for five days.
To get into Italy, you need to take a rapid test in the 48 hours before travelling and a further rapid test after five days to end your self-isolation.

Can any England fans go to Rome for the game?
England fans in Italy will be able to attend the match, as well as those travelling from the EU or Schengen area.
The England Supporters Travel Club have confirmed that tickets WON’T be sold by the FA.
But there is work going on behind the scenes for English nationals living in Italy to attend.
Fans travelling from Canada, Japan or the United States are not bound by the same rules as the UK and will be allowed to enter Italy.

Do England fans have to quarantine on return?
Yes. Italy is on the UK amber list, so if you do manage to get to Rome and see the game you will still be required to quarantine at home on arrival back in the UK.
This quarantine lasts ten days (your arrival date is Day Zero) and you must also travel back to the UK with a negative rapid test and book PCR tests on Day 2 and Day 8 in advance of travel.
Your quarantine can be reduced to seven days by taking an additional test on Day 5 using the Test to Release scheme.
That would allow you to attend the Euro 2020 final if England get there and you test negative.
Will England play any other games abroad?
The quarter-final in Rome is the only game England will play abroad.
Should England reach the semi-final and final, both games will be played at Wembley.

Orsato was at the centre of controversy after using VAR to reverse a decisionCredit: REUTERS
Has he officiated at a World Cup or Euros before?
The Italian made his first World Cup appearance in 2018 but has never been involved with a European Championship before.
However, Orsato has officiated a series of international friendlies and World Cup qualifying fixtures, including the first leg of the World Cup play-off between Honduras and Australia.
He’s also been a senior referee in Serie A for the past three years.
What has he done so far?
Orsato made his Serie C debut in 2002, moving to the premier Serie A division for the 2006-07 season. He has gone on to make nearly 200 appearances in the division.
Since 2012, the Italian has been involved in Champions League fixtures.
Orsato went on to referee last year’s Champions League final between PSG and Bayern Munich before reffing this year’s semi-final second leg between Real Madrid and Chelsea.

    Has he used VAR before?
Orsato reversed a decision in a Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Juventus after using VAR to view the incident.
The Italian correctly decided to send off Inter’s Matias Vecino instead of sticking with the yellow card he had already given.
But in the same game he controversially refused to use VAR after failing to give Miralem Pjanic a card for a high tackle on Rafinha, with the Bosnian already on a yellow.
The decision would prove crucial as Juve went on to secure a late 3-2 win.
VAR has been used in Italian’s Serie A since the start of the 2017/18 season. Orsato is a regular official in the series.
Which Euro 2020 games has he refereed?
Daniele Orsato made his Euro 2020 bow in England’s 1-0 win over Croatia.
And following that game he refereed Spain vs Poland, awarding a penalty to the Spaniards after a VAR review. More

Ukraine, meanwhile, limped through to the last 16 as the lowest ranked third placed team after losing to Netherlands and Austria in Group C.
However, in an unprecedented situation at a major tournament, England will have NO fans supporting them if they get to Rome after the Italian government introduced quarantine measures.

He was also the ref for Finland’s defeat to Russia in the group stages.Has he officiated at the Euros before?
A former police inspector, Makkelie will accept no messing about in the Wembley clash.
He was first listed as a FIFA referee in 2011 and at 38 years old, still has plenty of seasons under his belt.
Before this tournament, Makkelie was the referee for the 2020 Europa League final between Sevilla and Inter Milan, but this is his first major international tournament in the middle.
What else has he done so far?
Makkelie made his Eredivise debut in 2009 and has gone on to make over 180 appearances across nine seasons.
He took charge of five Champions League fixtures in 2019, including the quarter-final first leg when Barcelona beat AS Roma 4-1.
The Dutchman was blasted by the Italians’ boss Eusebio di Francesco for denying them a penalty in that game, but it proved irrelevant as Roma heroically won the second leg 3-0 to progress on away goals.
Makkelie has also been involved in the Europe League, officiating 11 matches from 2012 to 2017.

    Has he used VAR before?
The Dutchman has been involved in two major controversies with the VAR system.
Makkelie became the first referee to send-off a player using the technology after he changed his yellow-card decision to a sending off against Willem II’s Anouar Kalu in a KNVB Cup game in 2016.
He was also involved in one of the most famous and controversial usages of VAR when he took charge of the Dutch Super Cup final between Feyenoord and Vitesse.
During that match, Feyenoord saw a goal disallowed and a penalty awarded to Vitesse instead after a VAR review showed Makkelie should have given the spot kick before the goal was scored. More

Why are Harry Kane and Manuel Neuer wearing rainbow armbands?
Kane and Neuer are wearing rainbow armbands to celebrate Pride Month, which comes to an end on Wednesday.
Neuer has worn the armband throughout June to support the LGBT community.
And the England account tweeted: “@HKane will join @DFB_Team’s Manuel Neuer in wearing a rainbow captain’s armband for tomorrow’s game at @wembleystadium to mark the end of Pride month, as the #ThreeLions stand in allyship with LGBTQ+ communities around the world.”
While England have been taking the knee against racism at Euro 2020, the players have not yet made a gesture celebrating Pride month, which happens every June.

Germany however, along with some other participating teams, have been very active in support of the LGBT movement.
Before their match against Hungary, the Mayor of Munich had a request to light up the Allianz Arena in rainbow colours turned down by Uefa.
This was due to “politicisation” of football, with the gesture intended to protest a new law proposed by the Hungarian government designed to ban the promotion of homosexuality to under-18s.
However, large numbers of Germany fans brought rainbow flags to the game in protest at Uefa’s decision.
And midfielder Leon Goretzka made his view on the issue clear when he celebrated his equalising goal by forming a heart shape with his hands in front of the Hungarian supporters.
Holland captain Georginio Wijnaldum also wore a pro-LGBT armband with the words ‘One Love’ during his country’s defeat to the Czech Republic in Budapest. More
