      CHRIS EUBANK JR faces rival Liam Williams as boxing makes its BIG return this weekend.The British Boxing Board of Control suspended boxing in the UK all January to allow medics to prioritise their work with the NHS during the coronavirus pandemic. And now it’s back with a huge show in Cardiff.

      Eubank Jr and Williams were set to fight in December, before an injury to Williams forced its postponement.
      It was then set for late January before suffering a second postponement after the BBBofC’s ruling. Now they finally meet.
      Eubank Jr, 32, has branded his opponent as a “keyboard warrior” ahead of the grudge match on Saturday.
      He said: “It’s real for me. Is it real for him? He had a lot to say on social media over the last couple of years that he wasn’t able to articulate when I stood in front of him at the press conference.
      “Maybe he isn’t real, maybe he is fake. He is a keyboard warrior, just like all the other guys. He has a lot to say with his thumbs, but when the time comes and he’s in front of the man he’s supposed to say it to, he backs down and I don’t respect that.”

      A stacked bill in Cardiff sees Olympian Caroline Dubois make her pro debut, plus the GWOAT Claressa Shields in chief support.

      The big domestic dust-up was set for Saturday, January 29 – but was POSTPONED for a second time.
      Originally, the fight was scheduled for December 11, but a shoulder injury for Williams had put the fight back by six weeks.
      It will now be held this weekend on Saturday, February 5.
      It will be held at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, which will house around 7,000 fight fans.
      The evening’s entertainment will start around 6pm, with the main event around 10pm GMT.

      CHRIS EUBANK JR takes on rival Liam Williams this weekend in a huge British middleweight grudge match. The British Boxing Board of Control had to cancel the bout along with every fight in the UK throughout January, but it’s now back on and set to take place this weekend.

      Eubank Jr has fought twice so far in 2021, seeing off Marcus Morrison and Wanik Awdijan as he looks to build towards Gennady Golovkin and a world title shot.
      Williams meanwhile got his chance at the WBO middleweight crown in the summer, but fell on the wrong side of an unanimous decision against Demetrius Andrade.
      This will be the Welshman’s first bout in Cardiff since 2018, where he scored an emphatic second round KO of Craig Nicholson.
      There is no love-lost between the two fighters and this Best of British fight could be one of the highlights of 2021.

      Who are Georgina Rodriguez’s parents?
      Georgina Rodriguez’s father was Argentinian and her mother is Spanish.
      Her father Jorge Rodriguez was a cocaine and cannabis kingpin who spent ten years in jail.
      Jorge served time in Spain for two offences.
      He was sentenced to 11 years in jail in 2003 for masterminding a failed plot to smuggle more than £100,000 worth of 83 per cent pure cocaine from Spain to France.
      He was freed on licence in 2008 but was soon back inside for smuggling £1million of cannabis resin from Morocco to Spain with accomplices. He got a two-year term and was freed in 2013.
      Jorge died at 70 in 2019. He is said to have suffered from complications related to a stroke he had two-and-a-half years before.
      Her mother is Ana Maria Hernandez, who reportedly now resides in Italy.
      Georgina has a sister, named Ivana.

      Who is Georgina Rodriguez?
      Georgina Rodriguez was born in Argentina and grew up in Jaca, a city in north eastern Spain.
      Georgina learned dance before changing careers to modelling after studying English in London, and once worked as an au pair in Bristol.
      The 28-year-old was first spotted on a string of dates with then-Real Madrid superstar Ronaldo towards the end of 2016.
      Before meeting Ronaldo, Georgina worked at a Gucci store in the Spanish capital of Madrid.
      Georgina gave birth to baby daughter Alana Martina on November 12, 2017, with Ronaldo posting a picture on Instagram, writing: “Alana Martina is just born! Both Geo and Alana are doing great! We are all very happy!'”
      And just over two years later, the pair were forced to deny rumours that they had got hitched in a low-key ceremony in Morocco.
      On October 28, Ronaldo and Georgina confirmed they will be welcoming twins in 2022.

      Burkina Faso, however, have had a fruitful tournament themselves, reaching the final four of the competition, a feat not many expected.
      They beat Tunisia 1-0 in the quarter-finals but their goalscorer Dango Ouattara was sent off and will miss the semis.

      The big missing player for Burkina Faso is their quarter-final game winner Dango Ouattara, who was sent off late in the clash with Tunisia.

      Senegal are unlikely to name a different lineup to the one that started against Equatorial Guinea.
      Sadio Mane will lead the line, Edouard Mendy will be in goal and Abdou Diallo will be anchoring the midfield alongside Idrissa Gueye.
