      Who is Sir Mo Farah’s wife Tania and how many children do couple have?

      OLYMPIC hero Sir Mo Farah has revealed his real name is Hussein Abdi Kahin.Farah is a four-time  Olympic champion and six-time world champion wins, and he has had wife Tania by his side the whole time.

      Who is Mo Farah’s wife Tania?
      Tania met the future Olympian when they were students at a west London university.
      She keeps a low profile, but told The Telegraph she misses Mo when he’s training away from home.
      She said: “It’s hard but it’s something that we’ve had to cope with since we first got together really.
      “Mo was going away a lot from day one, so I had to get used to that pretty quickly.”

      When did they get married?
      The couple married in 2010, celebrating with a lavish wedding in Richmond.
      Paula Radcliffe, Steve Cram and Jo Pavey were just some of the big names in attendance.
      Due to Farah’s training, they used to live in their adopted home of Portland, Oregon.
      Tania opened a “royal-theme”‘ luxury spa in Portland, named the British Manor Spa in May 2017.

      Mo with daughter Rhianna, wife Tania, and twin daughters Aisha and AmaniSir Mo revealed on Monday he was brought to the UK as a nine-year-old under illegal circumstances by a woman he did not know.
      His father was killed in Civil War in Somaliland and his mother has never visited the UK.
      He told the BBC: “For years I just kept blocking it out,” the Team GB athlete says. But you can only block it out for so long.”

      How many children do they have?
      The couple have a pair of twins – Aisha and Amani – born shortly after Farah’s twin triumph at London 2012, and a boy named Hussein in 2015.
      Tania has another daughter named Rhianna, who Mo has raised since she was a toddler.
      Mo traditionally celebrates his victories trackside with daughter Rhianna and Tania.

      Mo Farah’s identical twin brother goes by the name of Hassan Farah and they were both raised in Djibouti but born in Mogadishu, Somalia.

      The Olympic legend described their bond to be extremely close and mentioned that Hassan was a part of him growing up.
      Farah revealed that they played football together, shared jokes together and even ate off the same plate – teachers in school used to confused them as they were inseparable.
      Until in 1991 when Mo, his mother and two younger brothers moved to London to join their father Muktar who was working in the UK.
      Something which Farah claimed took him a very long time to get over.

      Why were Mo and Hassan split up?
      Mo claimed that his father Muktar initially moved to London to try and make a living for the whole family but unfortunately, he had told their mother that he could only afford to support for three out of the six kids.
      This meant that Hassan had to be left behind and when the father went back for Hassan, Mo’s twin brother was nowhere to be found after two weeks of searching.
      But in Mo Farah’s documentary, the Olympian champion stated that his father was killed in a Somalian Civil war and he was trafficked here to work as a servant.
      Speaking to Vogue Mo said: There were times when I thought I was never going to see him [Hasan] again,”
      That moment I got off the plane in Djibouti and saw him, I will never forget. We had lived, and still live, two different lives. But we still have that same bond and connection.”
      When I went to the airport, I ran to Mo and we both cried uncontrollably. For the first time in my adult life, I felt at peace. This void that I carried with me for so long was finally filled. I never wanted to let him go.”
      What did Hassan say?
      Hassan has always been his brothers best friend despite having to support him from afar.
      Hassan previously mentioned:  “When Mo was sent away I was left with an empty space in my heart. That space has never been filled, but he is still somewhere in my heart and I know I am in his.

      “Like many Somali families we were torn apart by war. In my case it felt more tragic than most. I feel I lost the other half of myself, my twin brother.
      “These days we are all still close, despite the difficulties of travel and communications in this country.”

      Farah admitted that his body cannot do the things it once could, but his competitive nature has pushed him into wanting to give London a showing.

      Sir Mo Farah, 39, was born in Mogadishu, Somalia on March 23, 1983.
      He spent the early years of his childhood in neighbouring Djibouti with his twin brother.
      When Farah came to the UK, he barely spoke a word of English, and he worked as a house servant.
      “Often I would just lock myself in the bathroom and cry,” he said.
      Farah was identified for his athleticism at secondary school in Feltham and says his dream was to become either a mechanic or an Arsenal winger, but instead went on to be an Olympic hero.

      They have four children.

      What are Mo Farah’s biggest achievements?
      Farah has four Olympic gold medals.
      In Rio de Janeiro 2016, he achieved the double-double by winning the 5,000m and 10,000m races, just as he had done in London 2012.
      He has also won gold medals at the World Championships in the 5,000m in 2011, 2013 and 2015 and gold in the 10,000m, in 2013, 2015 and 2017.
      He got the silver in the 10,000 in 2011 and was runner-up in London in the 5,000 metres in 2017.
      Farah also won gold at the European Championship in both the 5,000 and 10,000 metre races in 2010 and 2014, after winning silver in the 5k in 2006.
      Farah retired from the track on August 24, 2017, and said he would focus on marathons.
      He has five consecutive half marathon wins in the Great North Run from 2014-2019.
      And he was third in the London Marathon in 2018.
      Farah won the BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year in 2017.
      In October 2018, Mo won a marathon for the first time in only his third competitive race.
      He won in Chicago in a European record of 2 hours, 5 minutes and 11 seconds.
      However in November 2019 he announced his return to the track and defend his 10k title in Tokyo.
      He is hoping to race in the rescheduled Olympics in 2021.

      Farah, 39, was born in Somalia and moved to Britain at the age of nine.
      The running superstar won gold in the 5km and 10km at both the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games.
      His personal best over 5km is 12mins 53.11secs, recorded in Monaco in 2011.
      While Sir Mo’s best 10km (6.2miles) time is 26mins 46.57secs, also recorded in 2011.
      He is the British record holder in both events as well as in the 3,000 metres, 7mins 32.62secs, and two miles, 8mins 7.85secs.
      Sir Mo is British and European record holder over 1500metres with a time of 3mins 28.81secs.
