    Who owns Misfits boxing?
Misfits boxing was set up by Kalle and Nisse Sauerland, KSI and Mams Taylor.
Kalle and Nisse Sauerland also run their own promotion company Wasserman Boxing and were born into the industry with their father also being a promoter.
KSI, a popular YouTuber and singer, was a big part of the idea to create the platform and what it should promote.
Mams Taylor is a singer/songwriter who also owns the organisation that manages KSI.
    READ MORE ON MISFITS
Misfits boxing signed a deal with DAZN to broadcast their live events.
    What is Misfits boxing?
Misfits boxing is a crossover sport that allows people from varying disciplines to battle it out in the ring.
The invention of the sport was spurred by events such as when Conor McGregor fought Floyd Mayweather in 2017.
The popularity of both celebrities in their own sports spurred huge interest in the much-anticipated bout.
    Most read in Boxing
It ended up being one of the most lucrative sports events in history.
When Misfits was created it was underlined that this platform was not to arrange fights between non-boxers and ex-champions, such as Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather, as it was felt that these exhibition events were so obviously fake.
Kalle Sauerland told TalkSport “The idea is not to make KSI, or whoever is in this stable, fight against Floyd Mayweather or [former world champion] Carl Froch or all these fights which are so clearly fakes.
“They’re fakes. I haven’t even watched the [Mayweather vs Logan] fight – not interested.
“But if a young man or woman is prepared to go through the grit and mill to become a professional boxer – and at the same time that brings eyeballs to our sport because they happen to have a profile – it doesn’t matter to me if he’s a milkman or a YouTuber with 30 million subscribers, that is something that we do.”
Who are Co-founders of Misfits boxing, Kalle and Nisse Sauerland?
    Kalle Sauerland
The son of a champion boxer, Wilfried Sauerland, Kalle was born in Germany and then moved to North London.
Kalle Sauerland is the founder of Sauerland Events and is one of the most successful promoters in world boxing, now splitting his time between Hamburg and London.
He has tried to create the World Boxing Super Series that is to the sport what the World Cup is to football.
The $50million event sees sixteen boxers from two weight divisions compete for the Muhammad Ali Trophy and a share of the purse.
Some of the fighters he has promoted are names such as George Groves, Dereck Chisora, Anthony Agogo and David Price.
    Nisse Sauerland
Nisse Sauerland is the more reserved of the two brothers, compared to his more outspoken brother.
He has quite a varied career to date ranging from working at Babestation to his current boxing promotion.
To date, he has been promoted in excess of sixty events in the sport.

They are both trained by their father.
As a youngster he struggled with his dieting and discipline which almost affected his boxing career before he managed to get everything under control.
After managing to get his training regime under control, his unbeaten amateur career led to him making his professional boxing debut at the age of 16.
What is David Benavidez’s boxing record?
Benavidez has the envious record as the youngest super-middleweight title holder in history after winning his first belt at the age of 21.

At this stage it must have seemed that the boxer really had the world at his feet in terms of his professional career.
However, he was to later lose his world title due to a failed drugs test and then also was stripped of it once again for coming in way over the weight for the fight.
This aside, David Benavidez has a boxing record that any professional fighter would be jealous of, having never been defeated in the ring.
He has 26 wins, with 23 of these victories coming by knockout.
Having had an enforced time away from the sport, he seems more focussed and now wants to achieve all he can, with his ultimate goal being unifying the division.
This was something he was striving towards before his ban from boxing.
Why was David Benavidez banned from boxing?
David Benavidez had everything going for him in his professional boxing career and had just managed to put a promotional dispute to bed.
He had signed a contract with Top Rank but it was disputed that he had already signed a contract extension with Sampson Boxing before this.
The dispute was resolved when he paid back the the signing bonus he had received from Top Rank and remains under the guidance of Sampson Lewkowicz.
Soon after this, a random drug test carried out by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) as part of the WBC’s Clean Boxing programme.
The test showed traces of benzoylecgonine, the central compound found in cocaine, and was subsequently banned from the sport.
Due to the way the testing works, it is believed that he must have used the substance a day or two before the test took place.
Benavidez was immediately stripped of his title and banned from boxing for four months.
Since his return to the ring, he has continued his impressive form and protecting his unbeaten record.

Shaw was shown his first yellow card by referee Srdjan Jovanovic for time wasting.

Gareth Southgates’ side went on to beat Italy 2-1 on the night, with goals from Declan Rice and Harry Kane.

England vs Ukraine: Three Lions look to build on gruelling Italy win in tasty Euro 2024 qualifier – stream FREE, TV

IT was the perfect night for England as they opened their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign with a monumental win over Italy – and captain Harry Kane wrote his name in the history books.Kane’s calmness from the penalty spot earned England all three points against the Italians.

And it also saw the skipper become the Three Lions’ all-time top goal scorer having leapfrogged Wayne Rooney in the charts.
However, Luke Shaw’s two yellow cards in 54 seconds was a slight blemish on an iconic win in Naples
Gareth Southgate will be confident that his side is still more than capable of beating upcoming opponents, Ukraine.
However Ruslan Rotan’s side are on a good run of form having lost just one of their last six matches.
    Read more on England
They have players with a lot of Premier League know-how too, including £97million Chelsea star Mykhalo Mudyrk.
Ukraine are captained by Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko, who may be one of the few players in world football capable of keeping his team-mate Bukayo Saka quiet.
Everton left-back Vitalii Mykolenko provides Prem experience on Ukraine’s other flank, and he will need to be at his best to stop the likes of Kane, Jack Grealish and Phil Foden.
This will be their first match in England since the Russian invasion last year and 1,000 refugees have been given free tickets.
    Most read in Football
An estimated 3,000 more Ukrainians will pack out the away end at Wembley and Rotan is keen for his players’ performance to offer hope to those suffering back home.
    How are Ukraine getting on?
Ukraine have lost just one match since their World Cup play-off defeat to Wales last June.
However that came against Scotland in a 3-0 scoreline, while Ukraine have beat Armenia twice and the Republic of Ireland since missing out on Qatar.
They have not played since September when they drew 0-0 with Scotland so there could be some rustiness to shake off.

    What is the team news?
Gareth Southgate will be without Luke Shaw as the full-back is set to serve a suspension following his red card against Italy.
And the England manager could be forced to give young talisman Jude Bellingham a rest after he limped off the field late on with a suspected knee injury.
Elsewhere, Ukraine are set to be without Bournemouth centre-back Ilya Zabamyi and Oleksandr Zubkov.
However, Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko is all set to start at Wembley, while Mykhaylo Mudryk will likely be deployed in attack.
    Star men
Mudryk provides electric speed in attack so Ben Chilwell or Kieran Trippier will need to be on their toes if they are picked to replace the suspended Shaw.
Kane will be the dangerman for England and will be full of confidence after becoming record goalscorer.

    What have the managers said?
Rotan said: “This is a match not only of players and coaches, but a match of the whole country.
“I want to thank the people of Great Britain for supporting us in the war our country is waging against the enemy. Everyone’s support is very important to us.
“We are very grateful to you for her. I believe this is also a match for our warriors. What is happening in Ukraine now is very scary.
“We must be motivated to please them both with the game and the result, to give emotions that our people lack now.
“Our boys who play in the Premier League are very emotional people who always support the country in all directions.
“They are highly motivated, they are the leaders of the national team, an example for our young guys, for all people and athletes who take only the best from them. We should have more such players.”
Southgate sent his side a warning after beating Italy, saying: “We have to go and get a result at Wembley now because this will be a fantastic result if we win and that’s exactly what we’ve said to the players straight after the game.
“Then Monday they can head off wherever they want but it is going to be hard because Ukraine have had no competitive game [on Thursday].
“If we can play as we did in the first half, then I am sure the fans will enjoy that but we are going to be playing against a very good team and we’ve got to get that right.”
