Engineer Peter Laycock said his fiancée Amy, 41, has raised concerns about players speeding near the Carrington complex.
Peter, 36, said: “We see them on this road every day.
“Amy contacted the club because she wasn’t happy with how some of the younger players were driving. One nearly hit her.
“She made a call and was told it would be passed on.”

Mr Laycock said he was recently in his car at lights next to Rashford and had to move out of the way when the ace raced off to avoid autograph-hunters.

She was very shaken but unhurt following the incident near United’s training complex at around midnight.
Rashford’s Rolls-Royce knocked down a traffic light camera post in the crash.
The England ace had just left United’s training ground in Carrington on his way home from his side’s 1-0 Premier League win at Burnley.
The collision sent his 2.5-ton vehicle — which has a top speed of 155mph — into the post.

A source said: “Both drivers were badly shaken.
“Marcus immediately checked to see if the woman was okay and swapped details.”
Maintenance engineer Peter Laycock, 36, caught the aftermath of the accident on his mobile phone after arriving at the scene at around 12.20am.
Peter said: “There were loads of police blocking the road asking cars to turn around because there was debris all over the road.

“I could see guys in United clothes who must have come from the training ground. There were a lot of bystanders saying, ‘It’s Marcus Rashford’s car’.”
Footage showed his car with pieces of the rear bumper ripped off and strewn on the side of the road as hazard lights flashed.
    Police breathalysed both drivers.
No arrests were made and cops decided not to call an ambulance as the female driver said she did not want to go to hospital.
The accident happened in a 40mph zone on Carrington Spur near United’s Aon training complex — where players had returned by coach just before midnight.

Another source said: “The woman was on her way home from babysitting her grand-daughter. She’s a cautious, careful driver and even more so when it’s raining — which it was.
“The impact caused the airbags to go off. She was very, very shaken and confused. She’s not a football fan and didn’t have any idea who Marcus Rashford is.”
Club captain Bruno Fernandes soon arrived and checked on both his team-mate and the pensioner.
United’s club doctor checked over Rashford and offered medical aid to the gran of five.
Club officials paid for a taxi to take her 15 miles home.
Her three children were understood to be arranging a hospital check-up, while Rashford was excused from training.
And in a post on Instagram which referred to United’s away win, the striker wrote: “3 points on the road! I’m alright guys thanks for the messages.”

Cheating Jermain Defoe at centre of new love riddle – over a wedding planner

CHEATING Jermain Defoe is at the centre of a new love riddle — over a wedding planner. We told last year how the former Spurs and England striker left his wife Donna Tierney, 40, less than six months after their £200,000 OK! magazine wedding.

He then quickly took up with lover Alisha LeMay, 31, who had been a guest at the ceremony.
Defoe, 40, set up home with the blonde Instagram influencer.
But he has now been linked to wedding planner Paige Bethany Mallabourn-Edmondson, from Accrington, Lancs.
Yesterday, Paige’s mum told The Sun on Sunday: “Yes, they are in a relationship together.”

Brunette Paige, 28, is a wedding co-ordinator at the luxury five-star Crow Wood Hotel and Spa in Burnley, Lancs.
She features on their YouTube channel talking about how much she enjoys her job helping couples to cement their love for each other as they wed.
It is not known how or when she met Jermain but a source said: “Paige has been talking about seeing him for a few weeks now. She seems very happy and relaxed about it all.”
In June last year, he happily smiled for the cameras alongside beautician Donna Tierney after the couple wed in front of 360 guests at Cliveden House — which featured on the cover of OK! magazine.

They went on honeymoon to the Maldives, with Defoe telling magazine readers: “She’s the person I want to spend my life with.”
But soon afterwards he appeared to have had a change of heart as The Sun on Sunday told how he began pestering a nurse for sex just a month after getting hitched.
And Defoe also started chatting up another woman on Instagram – asking her to meet up.
He and Donna split in December, less than six months after getting married, and officially separated earlier this year.
We told how there was a mystery over whether their marriage was legal as the local register office said they had no record of it.
The former striker then found love with influencer Alisha who had been at the wedding.
And in May this year we revealed the pair had moved in together at a £3million five-bedroom mansion in Herts.
At the time, a source said: “Jermain isn’t one to take things slowly so this move won’t come as a surprise.”
The source added: “Jermain and Alisha are loving life together.”
Last month, Alisha posted pictures of her and Jermain on her Instagram page, including one taken on June 4 from a box at Spurs’ stadium captioned, “Dangerously in love”.

“She replied, ‘It’s up to you — just nothing too loud’. I then had this spur-of-the-moment idea.”
Touches include a £200 mural of stadium St James’ Park, black and white stripes on the other walls and artificial grass on the floor.

England football legend working on warts-and-all documentary

Only this time the programme, which has yet to get a working title, will focus more on Wayne’s attempts to develop his career as a football manager in the US.
A TV insider said: “It is in the very early stages of development but, given how big the first show was, there’s a real appetite for more.
“There’s continued interest, not just in Wayne but his entire family, particularly after the epic Wagatha legal battle which saw wife Coleen Rooney centre stage for a change.
“It’s not certain which channel or streaming service would air the show, but Prime Video would be the obvious choice as they aired the first profile.”

Disney+ will imminently release Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story, focusing on her courtroom battle with Rebekah Vardy last year.
But there’s unlikely to be any clash between shows as Wayne’s film probably won’t drop until at least 2024.
There’s certainly plenty to explore thanks to his move Stateside, where he became manager of DC United in Washington DC last year.

Megabucks life of ‘world’s sexiest footballer’ Alisha Lehmann as she builds fortune with Prime deal & sizzling calendar

SHE’S the Swiss sports star who has been branded the “world’s sexiest footballer”.And it’s not just on the pitch where Aston Villa star Alisha Lehmann is achieving her goals – thanks to a whopping 15.2million Instagram followers that have made her one of the most valuable stars in the women’s game.

The 24-year-old is bagging extremely lucrative deals away from her sporting career, including partnerships with Boohoo, EA Sports and Adidas.
Recently, Alisha was unveiled as the first female ambassador for sports drink Prime in a deal that PR expert Carla Speight could be worth up to £1million.
And now she has just unveiled a sizzling 2024 calendar – selling signed limited-edition copies for £149.99 and normal ones for nearly £50.
Carla tells us: “Alisha is the David Beckham of the women’s football world. She’s snapping up sponsorships with the likes of drinks, fashion and sportswear.
    READ MORE ON WOMEN’S FOOTBALL
“Like David Beckham, Alisha has realised football won’t last forever and she has to develop a lucrative career outside of it to secure her future.”
Alisha’s latest deal is one of many money-spinning ventures that’s helping her to transcend football and live a lavish lifestyle – all while earning a tidy sum in the process.
On her Instagram, there are scores of photos of the star soaking up the sun in exotic locations – on one occasion seemingly travelling by quadbike.

Last year, she shared snaps from a break in Miami, Florida, where she swamp with dolphins.

Alisha also took a trip to Brazil in 2022, where she visited animal sanctuaries, and high-end nightclubs, went fishing and played golf.
During these trips, she has been seen sporting branded merchandise from hotel chains including Waldorf Hilton London and Melia Hotel Resorts.
Additionally, she regularly gives shout-outs to car rental companies while posing alongside flashy Lamborghinis.
    Sizzling side hustles
It’s reported that Alisha earns £160,000 a year playing for Aston Villa but it seems the star could be topping up her earnings with her side hustles.
PR expert Carla points out that if just one per cent of her 15.2million Instagram followers buy her cheapest calendar, it could earn her nearly £7.6million.
The footballer also shares photos and talks to followers on the subscription site FanTime, where she charges £67 ($84) for a year’s membership and just over £8 ($10) per month.
Carla adds: “If only one per cent of her followers subscribe at the lowest rate, she will be bringing in £1.2 million per month.

She also has a Fantime account where she shares photos and talks to her fanbaseCredit: Instagram @alishalehmann7
“Given that we know her engagement rate is around seven per cent, she could bring in even more than that amount in calendars, subscriptions – and she can do that for brands too.”
Alisha was audaciously approached to produce saucier content last year, when she was offered an £83,000 ($100k) signing-on fee from the adult site My.Club.
Mike Ford, the company’s vice president, told SportBible that she could earn a fortune posting “training photos, thirst traps and personally field questions from fans”. Sadly for the executive, she did not take up the offer.
According to sources, it was Alisha’s decision to showcase her “sexy side” that contributed to her break-up with Aston Villa men’s team star Douglas Luiz.
Last year, we were told: “When asked to do a calendar, she jumped at the chance to show off her sexy side but he was not happy.
“He didn’t think it was something she should be doing. They rowed a lot and in the end, Alisha simply had enough.”
Alisha also has a range of products, including hot pink cushions for £29.99, journals for £20, water bottles for £30 and even mousemats for £10.99.
Before her deal with Prime, Alisha collaborated with a number of companies including Adidas, Bootbag and EA Sports, who create the video game Fifa.
She has appeared in multiple videos for the football game including one alongside the musician Big Zuu and another unveiling her own “Be Brave” kit.
PR expert Jack Cooper, from Ed Hopkins PR, told us: “Collaborations with brands like Adidas, EA Sports, and Bootbag further highlight her appeal to diverse industries, from sportswear to gaming.
Alisha has worked with a variety of companies ranging from Coca-Cola to EA SportsCredit: Instagram @alishalehmann7
“Her diverse content – from football training videos to lifestyle and fashion showcases – means she can attract a broader range of brand partnerships.”
Alisha has also worked with other companies including CocaCola Switzerland, Bootbag and Gisada.
Carla says: “For longer-term deals, such as sportswear, lingerie, fashion and even fragrances, she could command six figures and receive commissions too.”
    ‘Breaking the mould’
Alisha is women’s football’s most followed star on Instagram and her fanbase is increasing regularly thanks to her daily posts.
From July to September alone, she gained nearly two million followers and regularly gets more than one million likes on her posts.
PR expert Jack says: “Alisha is breaking the mould, proving that today’s athletes are more than just players.
Alisha has recently bagged a deal with Prime, which our expert claims could be worth £1mCredit: Instagram
“With a robust following on Instagram, she’s more than just a footballer; she’s a digital influencer and brand in her own right.
“Her collaboration with Prime, one of the largest streaming platforms globally, is indicative of the powerful confluence of sports, entertainment, and influencer marketing.”
    Pundit potential
While Alisha has cultivated an engaged following on social media, she insists her focus is on football.
Earlier this year, she told Sky Sports: “Obviously I have a lot of followers, but I never dreamed to have it. I just played and shared my life. It just became like this.
“I don’t see myself as someone with loads of followers on social media, obviously I’m proud of it – alongside my football – but it doesn’t change anything.”
Our experts predict she’s likely to capitalise on her knowledge of the game by providing match analysis, which could also earn her huge sums.
Carla says: “Alisha also has a fun and bubbly personality, which means she has the potential to take up a career in sports presenting.
“Sports programmes would snap up the chance to hire her as she has the potential to bring her 15.2 million followers and convert them into viewers for each programme she’s on.
“That’s a huge number for any show to get, so I expect she will be paid very well.”

    Humble beginnings
While Alisha lives a life many could only dream of today, her upbringing in Tägertschi, Switzerland, was very different.
There she used to play “street football” daily from the age of five alongside her brother and cousins and credits them as “the main reason I play today”.
Alisha started her career at Swiss club BSC YB Frauen, where she scored 25 goals in 52 appearances.
In 2018, she moved to the Women’s Super League after being signed by West Ham United and helped the squad reach the FA Cup final a year later.
Alisha went to Everton on loan in 2021 before being signed by Aston Villa, where she has scored seven goals.
She has also scored a combined total of 22 goals from 82 appearances for Switzerland’s youth and adult national teams.
It’s clear there are big things in the 24-year-old’s future both on and off the pitch – but her main focus is staying humble and focused on her footballing career.

Fraudster conned football charity out of £200K and used the cash to fly to Qatar for World Cup

A FRAUDSTER who conned a football charity out of £200,000 used the cash to fly to Qatar to follow England at the World Cup.Fraser White, 24, splurged £7,000 of his loot on designer clothes and posed for photos with a Three Lions banner.
Fraser White conned a football charity out of £200,000 and used the cash to fly to Qatar to follow England at the World Cup
White was jailed for 32 months at Reading crown court
He attended qualifier matches in Malta, Spain and Italy — and shared photos of his travels, including at Qatar’s Lusail Stadium during the tournament in December 2022.
As director of a youth academy, he used his knowledge of the industry to defraud the Football Foundation, the UK’s biggest sports charity.
He made 34 false grant applications claiming to be for nine real clubs across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire between June 2020 and February 2023.
White bought subscriptions for computer programs to create forged documents with false aliases and he set up ten different bank accounts.

Prosecutor Jack Walsh said he applied for £231,038 and obtained £199,433 — all of which he had spent.
The Football Foundation told a court it was oversubscribed for grants to help save clubs after Covid so some missed out because of the fraud.
White, of Maidenhead, Berks, ran the All Star Football Academy in the town and worked as a ticketing executive at Reading FC.
He admitted what the judge called a “well-planned and sophisticated fraud” and was jailed for 32 months at Reading crown court.
