According to CalcioMercato, Carlo Ancelotti’s side are preparing a bid in the coming hours.
The Toffees boss was busy unveiling James Rodriguez to the media on Thursday afternoon after the Colombian’s move from Real Madrid.
Everton have splashed around £55m on signings this summer with Ancelotti praising the club’s “fantastic job” in the transfer department.
Abdoulaye Doucoure, young left-back Niels Nkounkou and Napoli midfielder Allan have also arrived.

And Goodison Park bosses are set to get back on the phone to Italy to thrash out a deal for Lozano.
Despite a return of just five goals and two assists in his debut year at Napoli, the 25-year-old is still highly rated.

Reports in Italy named United as one interested party in the forward.
Lozano is apparently seen as a potentially key marketing asset in North America, as well as a solid member of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s attack.

Agent Mino Raiola will be key to formulating the player’s future, with Lozano said to have desired an Old Trafford switch before the move to Naples.

Everton sign Abdoulaye Doucoure on three-year deal from Watford after completing transfers for James Rodriguez and Allan

Doucoure, 27, is the Toffees’ third summer signing following the purchases of James Rodriguez and fellow midfielder Allan.
Doucoure told the club’s website: “I have been waiting a long time to come here and now it has happened so I am very happy.
“I had some interest from other clubs but from the beginning when Everton showed an interest in me I told my agent to focus on Everton.
“It was the only club I wanted to join.

“Everton has a big history in English football and it is a good club for me to have a step up in my career.
“I am very happy now to be an Everton player and very excited for the future.
“It is an ambitious project here and it was a big part of my decision, having Marcel [Brands] and the coach Carlo Ancelotti wanting me.

“I want to thank the fans for their support already – now I can’t wait to start on the pitch.”

Doucoure joined Watford from French side Rennes in 2016 and scored 17 times in 141 appearances in his time at Vicarage Road.
The Frenchman will wear the No16 shirt at Goodison.
Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti will hope to have all three of Doucoure, Rodriguez and Allan available to him when his side take on Spurs on Saturday in their opening game of the new Premier League season.

Everton agree personal terms with James Rodriguez on £4m-a-year deal to reunite Real Madrid outcast with Ancelotti

EVERTON have agreed personal terms with James Rodriguez as Carlo Ancelotti pushes for a reunion with the Colombian.
The Real Madrid attacker was brought to the Bernabeu by the Toffees boss in 2014 following his exploits at the 2014 World Cup.

    2

James Rodriguez has reportedly agreed personal terms with Everton
Ancelotti then signed the star on a two-year loan deal from the LaLiga side at Bayern Munich.
Now the Italian wants to link-up with the 29-year-old for a third time at Goodison Park as part of his Everton rebuild.
And Gazzetta journalist Tancredi Palmeri claims Rodriguez has come to a financial agreement to sign for him again on Merseyside.

He states that the South American will pocket £4.03m-a-year at Everton.

That is a significant paycut on his current £140k-a-week package in the Spanish capital, which runs out next June.
Now all that remains to be sorted for the deal to be completed is the price tag after agreeing the four-year contract.
Madrid president Florentino Perez has already admitted his club need to sell before they buy amid the financial impact of the coronavirus crisis.

Rodriguez and Gareth Bale are the two players he is desperate to get off the books.

However, he is refusing to let them go on the cheap and is demanding at least £22.5m for Rodriguez.
But Palmeri claims the Premier League club are refusing to meet that figure and want to pay significantly lower for the ace.

Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman plots shock transfer swoop for Everton’s Michael Keane as replacement for Gerard Pique

    2

Would Keane fit into this possible Barca line up under Koeman?
The Dutchman is believed to have identified fellow countryman Memphis Depay and Donny van de Beek as two of his top three targets this summer.
And OK Diario claims the England centre-back is the other.
Koeman took Keane to Goodison Park from Burnley in 2017 in a £30m deal.
The centre-half has since become a regular for the Toffees and featured 37 times last season.

Now Koeman, who was sacked by Everton in 2017, wants a reunion with the ex-Manchester United ace.

Barca are looking to revamp their aging squad after missing out on the league title before they were humiliated 8-2 by Bayern Munich in the Champions League last week.
They are looking for recruits all over the park, but Koeman is believed to have identified Keane as the perfect long-term replacement for Gerard Pique, 33, who has offered to leave for the good of the club.
The ace has played over 100 times for Everton and his performances have also been recognised at international level, winning 10 caps for the Three Lions. More

Mino Raiola hoping to pair Everton flop Moise Kean with Zlatan Ibrahimovic at AC Milan as agent launches transfer talks

MINO RAIOLA is reportedly trying to engineer a potential switch to AC Milan for Everton flop Moise Kean.
The Italian striker’s agent is looking to bring the 20-year-old back to Italy after a dismal opening season in England.

Kean joined the Toffees from Juventus last year, but he has scored just twice in 33 games in all competitions.
And he could be the signing that convinces Zlatan Ibrahimovic to pen a new one-year deal at the San Siro.
According to Calciomercato, Raiola is in contact with Milan about extending his client’s stay in Serie A.
And they state that the 52-year-old is looking to facilitate Kean’s move to Milan where he would partner Ibrahimovic up top.

They claim that Everton would be willing to sell the youngster for a fee in the region of £22.5million.
But Milan would rather bring in the player on an initial loan deal with an option to buy.
Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti remains convinced Kean will stay at the club as he predicted the forward to be better next term.
He said: “Of course, he is a player we need to give support to, because he is young,

“He came here from Italy, so it was a new adaptation for him, a new country.

“But this season can give him more experience and more knowledge. He will be better and play more next season.”

Chelsea and Everton chasing shock transfer for Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster, 37, after Hornets’ relegation

VETERAN goalkeeper Ben Foster is a shock emergency target for BOTH Chelsea and Everton.
Watford’s former England stopper is still one of the most wanted men around despite his age and the Hornets being relegated to the Championship.

Blues boss Frank Lampard is looking at a surprise swoop for the 37-year-old as he searches for a solution to his goalkeeping problems.
Chelsea are struggling to find a new No 1 without paying fortunes and Foster is being discussed at Stamford Bridge.
Lampard wants Kepa Arrizabalaga gone and Chelsea would loan him back to Spain if the deal was right.
Signing Foster to fight with fellow ‘oldie’ Willy Caballero, 38, could be the answer — but other clubs are keen on the Watford man too.

Lampard has even looked into taking his old pal Joe Hart, who played with him at Manchester City.
He could fit in as second or even third choice if interested. Hart is looking for first-team action and hoping for offers at home and abroad.
But a season helping out at Stamford Bridge would not be a bad prospect.

    2

Foster is also shortlisted at Everton by Carlo Ancelotti who wants some competition for Jordan Pickford.

Manchester United’s Sergio Romero also fits the bill as they are keen on an experienced head to keep Pickford on his toes.
But in-demand Foster is the man highest on their list.

Everton lead transfer race for Sergio Reguilon after making £18m bid for Leighton Baines replacement

EVERTON have reportedly made an £18million bid for Real Madrid left-back Sergio Reguilon.
Toffees boss Carlo Ancelotti could well have a Goodison Park clear-out this summer after a disappointing season.

And with club hero Leighton Baines announcing his shock retirement at the end of the season, Ancelotti needs another left-back in the building.
Lucas Digne has made the position his own in recent seasons after joining from Barcelona, also for £18m.
The France international is regarded as one of the best left-backs in the Premier League.
But according to Sky Sports, Reguilon has been identified as the man to provide the competition.

Everton are bound to have competition for the 23-year-old, voted the best left-back in La Liga last season.
And that wasn’t even for the Spanish champs.
Reguilon spent the campaign on loan at Sevilla, playing an integral role and guiding them into fourth place.

That means Champions League qualification for Los Nervionenses.

But with Marcelo and Ferland Mendy ahead of him in the pecking order at the Bernabeu, Real might look to cash in.
They are reportedly looking at raising £180m to balance the books after coronavirus interrupted the season.
