The North Londoners were scheduled to take on the Dutch side at the Emirates on Thursday but had to be called off just like other London fixtures.
That has created quite the headache for Arsenal as there there is no available date to play the game before the group stage is due to end on November 3 before the World Cup.
UEFA regulations dictate that Mikel Arteta’s side must find a new date to stage the fixture or forfeit the game.
According to the Evening Standard, however, Arsenal are confident they can find a solution to the matter as they continue negotiating with the relevant authorities.

The Gunners only seem to have two realistic options to fix this conundrum.
The first is to rearrange their Premier League game with Manchester City on October 19.
The other is to move their Carabao Cup third-round tie against Brighton, which takes place on November 8.
The responsibility to find a new date solely falls on Arsenal as they are the home team.

But UEFA will also do everything they can to accommodate a potential solution for the Europa League fixture.
Premier League clubs already faced a packed fixture schedule this season due to the winter’s World Cup in Qatar.
But last weekend’s unexpected break and subsequent postponements have made things even more complex. More

After making a host of changes, Erik ten Hag watched his side lose 1-0 to Real Sociedad at Old Trafford.
The Dutchman, who had previously guided his side to four consecutive victories, will hope to restore momentum this week.
With no game last weekend and this Sunday’s scheduled clash with Leeds postponed ahead of The Queen’s funeral, Ten Hag may decide to go with a stronger side than he did last time out.
Ten Hag, 52, opted not to field new back-up Martin Dubravka last week and is likely to stick with first choice David de Gea.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka is so out of favour that Victor Lindelof was deployed at right-back instead of him in the second period against Sociedad – so Diogo Dalot is likely to retain his place.
United could give Harry Maguire and Lisandro Martinez’s partnership another chance, having last started together in the 4-0 disaster at Brentford.
Ten Hag could rest Raphael Varane, while Lindelof is available.
Luke Shaw had been due to start last week but missed out with a minor foot injury.

He has since returned to training and may be selected this week ahead of Tyrell Malacia – with Brandon Williams injured.
Casemiro is yet to start a Premier League match but Ten Hag will likely see this as a good opportunity to keep bedding in his £70million signing.
The former Real Madrid ace could partner Scott McTominay in the middle, while Fred and Christian Eriksen are also in contention.

This match may come too soon for Donny van de Beek, however, with the Dutchman having recently been out with a knock.
Bruno Fernandes hates missing games and is likely to be restored from the start, with new signing Antony again given an opportunity to show off his talent.
Anthony Elanga could get the nod on the left wing – although Jadon Sancho is also in contention.
Marcus Rashford has been in good form of late, but Ten Hag may use the Europa League as an opportunity to try and play Ronaldo into some form.

Ronaldo is set to be the subject of a huge offer from Saudi Arabia in January.
Saudi champions Al Hilal made an offer for his services last summer, while Al Nassr are also keen.
