Yob who filmed himself racially abusing England players unmasked as dad-of-two plasterer as local pub bans him

A RACIST yob who shared a video spouting abuse at England players after their Euro 2020 loss has been unmasked as a dad-of-two after he was barred from his local.Plasterer Brad Pretty, 49, joined in with the sickening abuse directed at Bukayo Saka, Marcus Rashford, and Jadon Sancho after their penalty misses on Sunday.
Plasterer Brad Pretty has been unmasked as the racist yob who shared the vile video
The so-called England fan posted the disgusting rant online after the game
The tradesman had previously covered his home in Kent in England flags – which neighbours say have now been removed.
He was arrested in relation to a malicious communications offence in wake of the sickening social media spiel being shared.
In a Facebook post Pretty, who had an England flag painted on his face ranted: “Where do I start, where do I start. Sick, gutted like all of us.
“Proper deflated. Gotta be proud of the boys, be proud, but anyone and everyone that knows me well will understand what I’m talking about.
“Three lions on a shirt, right. How many times have we seen England players, w*** take penalties for us and f*** it up.
“Three f***ing lions, three f***ing c***s  f***ed it for us.”
He ends the video by screaming into the camera before switching it off.
    BANNED FROM LOCAL BOOZER
The disgraced dad had enjoyed a “party atmosphere” at his home during England’s Euro games before he shared the appalling video.
The 49-year-old has spectacularly been banned from his favourite pub in wake of the scandal.
He will be refused entry if he heads to his local where he drinks almost every week, after they said they “won’t stand” for the disgusting comments.
The live-in manager exclusively told The Sun: “I was shocked when I saw the video of Brad. He is usually okay and seems like a nice normal guy.
“We weren’t impressed at all. He’s obviously drunk and ruined his whole life with a one minute video.
“Usually he comes here alone about twice a week to meet a few friends. But we haven’t seen him for more than a week.
“We know he’s actually got nieces who are not white so just can’t understand why he would say something like that.
“If he was to come back here, we would actually say to him to stay away for a little while because we do not stand for that at all.”
He’ll never work again. I don’t know where he’d go or where he’d get any support.Friend of Brad Pretty
The footage has attracted thousands of comments slamming his behaviour online.
The disgusting footage came to light as police forces up and down the country arrested people in relation to racist abuse.
A Facebook friend of Pretty’s said: “I don’t know him too well and only say hello in passing. He’s a bit of a lad and everyone knows it but I didn’t know he was like that. I don’t think he’s very liked anymore.
“When I saw the video, I really cringed. It’s that split second of stupidity. Press send and his whole life’s finished.
“I can’t believe how viral its gone so quickly with almost a million views. He’ll never work again. I don’t know where he’d go or where he’d get any support.
“Police should definitely be getting involved. It’s sickening language which should never be repeated.”
    NOT PRETTY
A neighbour of the plasterer, who wanted to remain anonymous, added: “The video is absolutely foul. Even if you have those awful views, why would you post them online? As soon as social media picks it up, it’s game over.
“I’ve spoken to him once before and he seemed pretty pally and high spirited. Just like a normal person really. It’s a shock to see as he appears to be quite family orientated.
“You can be the hardest person in the world but if the world’s against you, you’re going to s*** yourself.
“There were England flags up in the windows on Tuesday but they seem to have been taken down now. You could hear them cheering and singing with the windows open during the Euros.”
Another neighbour, who also did not want to be named, said: “He may be Pretty by name but not particularly by nature.
    INNOCENT FAMILY’S ‘DEATH THREATS’
A FAMILY claims that their business has been “completely ruined” after trolls on social media mistook their company for Pretty’s plastering firm.
Byron and Danielle Kilpatrick run BK Plastering and Rendering, in Bristol, and have had death threats since Pretty’s video went viral.
Byron, 37, and his wife have been left with thousands of abusive comments and reviews off the back of the vile rant which had nothing to do with them.
Danielle, 33, told The Sun: “It’s completely ruined our business within one whole day. Byron has been getting death threats all day. It’s horrific.
“People have been leaving reviews calling us a racist company and all sorts, when it isn’t true and nothing to do with us.
“Loads of people were sharing his number and he was getting so many abusive calls it has been awful.
“It’s awful and disgusting what is in the video, but people should make sure that they are blaming who is responsible rather than someone completely unconnected.
“We’ve been trying to refuse the Google and Tripadvisor reviews because it will just ruin our entire livelihood, for something we didn’t do.”

“The England flags in his windows have been taken down now, coincidentally after that video was posted.
“They were screaming and shouting throughout the whole of the Euros. There were expletives but they weren’t particularly nasty or racist as far as I’m aware.
“It seemed like they had a bit of a party for the final and it must have turned sour afterwards.
“It’s absolutely awful to see someone you live near saying such awful things. You can tell in the video it takes him a while to say it and he thinks about it. He knows it’s bad yet still says it and it’s bang out of order.”
It comes as Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned online racists will be banned from footie matches after more than a million Brits demanded they be punished.

Putting the trolls on notice the PM warned: “You will not be going to the match. No ifs, no buts, no exceptions, no excuses.”
Fans have rallied round three black England stars who were sent sick messages and monkey emojis on social media after their penalty misses.
A million people signed a petition in just two days demanding vile trolls be barred from games as punishment.

West Ham to try and tie Declan Rice down to bumper new deal using freed up wages from Anderson’s Lazio transfer exit

WEST HAM will use some of the wages freed up by Felipe Anderson’s Lazio transfer to try and tie Declan Rice down to a bumper new deal. The Brazilian is set rejoin the Italians for £5million – just three years after moving the other way for £42m – and the East Londoners will look to use the extra available cash to reward Rice with a lucrative new contract.
Felipe Anderson is on the verge of rejoining Lazio from West Ham for just £5m – three years after moving the other way for £42m
But the Hammers are looking to use some of Anderson’s significant wages to tie Declan Rice down to a lucrative new contractCredit: Rex
Winger Anderson, 28, joined the Irons in July 2018 on a four-year deal – under the stewardship of then-manager Manuel Pellegrini and ex-director of football Mario Husillos.
The transfer fee was a club record at the time and has been fully paid up.
But after an impressive first campaign – in which he bagged ten goals and five assists from 40 games in all competitions – Anderson’s form fell off a cliff.
He has scored just twice and provided eight assists in 33 matches since and was farmed out to FC Porto on loan last summer – for which the Hammers received a small fee.
But Anderson only managed 389 minutes of game time for the Portuguese giants across 10 games, which has seen his value plummet.
David Moyes is not a fan of Brasilia-born wide man who does not fit with the Scot’s industrious style of play.
So the club have taken the decision to cut their losses and free up some significant room on the wage bill – much like they did with fellow flop Sebastien Haller in January.
Anderson arrived in Italy on Tuesday to finalise the deal and was pictured in full Lazio training kit greeting some of his former team-mates at their training ground on Wednesday.
COMPETITION: WIN ONE OF FOUR SUPERCARS OR A DREAM CAR AND £100k IN CASH

The deal will be officially announced imminently.
Despite the circa £37m loss, it’s not all doom and gloom for the Hammers who have secured a 50 per cent sell-on clause as well as a transfer fee of around £3m, which could rise to £5m.
At just 28, if Anderson rediscovers his form in Serie A – where he has played his best football to date – the Irons could still recoup some extra cash in seasons to come.
His salary was in excess of £100,000-a-week at the London Stadium – a portion of which will be used to try and cement England star Rice’s long term future.
The Hammers are working tirelessly to agree a new deal with the Three Lions hero to reward him for his outstanding performances, which helped secure the club’s Europa League qualification last season.
Rice has rejected two substantial Hammers offers this summer amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester United – with the 22-year-old looking for more than what has been put on the table so far.
The extra funds could also be used to pursue other transfer targets – an area in which Moyes has been ultra-successful since rejoining the club for his second spell in charge in December 2019.
Bargain buys Vladimir Coufal and Tomas Soucek proved to be sensational value for money at £5m and £19m respectively.

Moyes signings Jarrod Bowen and Craig Dawson have also been fantastic with the decision to loan then-Man Utd outcast Jesse Lingard in January proving to be a stroke of genius.
All of this has helped restore some faith in the club’s transfer policy among fans – which had been seriously eroded before the second coming of the Moyesiah.
And Hammers supporters will be buoyed further if they can agree a new deal with Rice. The holding midfielder has proved he belongs at the highest level with his displays during England’s historic run to the Euro 2020 final.
West Ham academy product Rice has three years left to run on his current deal, with the option of a fourth, and is not agitating for a move away from East London – where he has been since he was 14.
But through his standing in the Premier League and now with England, the 24-cap star is on a far lower wage than the majority of players of his calibre. Particularly many of his heroic international team-mates.
However, talks are ongoing between West Ham and Rice’s representatives and there is hope a deal can be struck soon now Anderson is off the books.
Single-cap Brazil international Anderson started his career at Neymar’s old club Santos before moving to Lazio for around £7m in the summer of 2013.
Haller left West Ham for Ajax for £22.5m in January after signing from Eintracht Frankfurt for £45m just 18 months earlier in the summer of 2019.

Why Raheem Sterling’s controversial Euro 2020 penalty vs Denmark WAS a spot-kick, according to referees’ chief

EURO refs’ chief Roberto Rosetti has confirmed the Euro 2020 semi-final penalty won by Raheem Sterling WAS a spot-kick.But Rosetti also backed final ref Bjorn Kuipers’ decision to only book Italy midfielder Jorginho for his horror tackle on Jack Grealish.
    It has been confirmed Raheem Sterling’s Euro 2020 semi-final spot-kick WAS a penaltyCredit: pixel8000
And he suggested Prem bosses should look to apply the same “light touch” approach to reffing next term.
Rosetti, who revealed there was a record low average of less than 22 fouls per match in the tournament and that all 18 VAR overturned decisions were “100 per cent correct”, said he was expecting questions about the spot-kick Sterling won against Denmark.
He said: “The video shows that what Danny Makelie, the referee saw, was what happened.
“There was a clear action by the defender, Simon Kjaer, a clear movement of his right leg, then knee against knee.
“The defender didn’t play the ball and Danny saw the clear contact.
“We can all discuss the intensity of the contact but this is what the referee saw and the VAR confirmed that.”
On Jorginho’s foul, Rosetti again used still images to back Kuipers’ decision to only caution the Chelsea midfielder, rather than dismiss him.
He added: “The Italy player tried to challenge for the ball and put his right foot on the ball. That is clear, 100 per cent.

“After that, his foot slipped off the ball and there was a second contact on Grealish’s leg but the referee explained what he had seen and the VAR rightly agreed.
“Bjorn had an unbelievable, top performance in the final, showing all the human qualities we want.”
Rosetti said he wanted the refereeing standards on display in the Euros – which he described as “great” and “never seen before” – rolled out next term, including in the Prem.
He explained: “I hope to see this approach, by referees and VARs, is repeated all around Europe, in all the top leagues and in Uefa competitions.
“This is what I hope, want and think should happen, in every country.
“But it also means the referees must make their decisions, quickly, and then be told if they have made clear mistakes, and only clear mistakes.”

Watch Euro 2020 Goal of the Tournament as Patrik Schick’s wonder-strike from the halfway line vs Scotland wins award

PATRIK SCHICK’S wonder-strike against Scotland has been crowned Euro 2020 Goal of the Tournament. The Czech Republic star fired in a mind-blowing shot from the HALFWAY LINE during last month’s group stage game.
Patrik Schick’s strike for Czech Republic against Scotland has been crowned Goal of Euro 2020
Schick’s half-way line strike was hit from 50 yards out
Schick’s side were already leading the Scots 1-0 when the Bayer Leverkusen ace tried his luck from 50 yards out.
The ball soared through the air as goalkeeper David Marshall, well out of his area, sprinted back to his box in desperation.
But the stopper was left helpless as the ball flew into the goal – with Marshall also crash-landing into the back of the net.
And Scotland’s morale was completely deflated as Czech Republic held out for a 2-0 win.
Schick’s effort saw off fierce competition to land the top prize.
Paul Pogba’s goal for France in their last 16 defeat by Switzerland came second.
And Luka Modric’s stunning hit for Croatia in their 3-1 win over Scotland was third.
Schick is the latest Euro 2020 award winner, with Italy goalie and tournament winner Gianluigi Donnarumma crowned Best Player.

Spain and Barcelona starlet Pedri had a summer to remember as he was named Best Young Player.
Meanwhile, England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford won the Golden Glove award for keeping five clean sheets.
And Portugal legend Cristiano Ronaldo was given the Golden Boot for most goals scored with five.
That was the same as Czech ace and Best Goal winner Schick.
But Ronnie scooped the trophy as he also produced one assist.

Jadon Sancho saddened by racial abuse but says ‘hate will never win’ as England star writes powerful Instagram message

JADON SANCHO has bravely spoken out after suffering racist abuse but the England star insisted: ‘Hate will never win’. The forward, along with Marcus Rashford and Bukayo Saka, missed in the European Championship final penalty shootout loss to Italy.

Afterwards, the courageous trio were subjected to vile racist abuse, which left Sancho saddened.
But the winger vowed to bounce back better than ever as he thanked fans for their support and positivity.
Sancho, 21, posted: “I’m not going pretend that I didn’t see the racial abuse that me and my brothers Marcus and Bukayo received after the game, but sadly it’s nothing new.
“As a society we need to do better, and hold these people accountable.Hate will never win.
“To all the young people who have received similar abuse, hold your heads up high and keep chasing the dream.
“I am proud of this England team and how we have united the whole nation in what has been a difficult 18 months for so many people.
“Much as we wanted to win the tournament, we will build and learn from this experience going forward.
“I want to say a massive thank you for all the positive messages and love and support that far outweighed the negative.

“It’s been an honour as always representing England and wearing the Three Lions shirt, and I have no doubt we’ll be back even stronger!”
Sancho, who has completed a medical ahead of his £73million move to Manchester United, was subbed on with Rashford, 23, to take a penalty.
But he saw his effort saved Gianluigi Donnarumma, who also kept out 19-year-old Saka’s to secure the trophy for Italy.
Sancho, who alongside Saka and Rashford have been praised for their bravery, apologised for his penalty miss.
But he highlighted the positivity of England reaching their first final in 55 years and praised ‘the togetherness’ of Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions.
Sancho posted: “I’ve had a couple of days to reflect on Sunday’s final and still feel a mix of emotions.
“I would like to say sorry to all my teammates, coaching staff and most of all the fans who I let down.

“This is by far the worst feeling I’ve felt in a long time. It’s hard to even put into words the real feeling, but there were so many positives to take away from this tournament though the defeat will hurt for a long time.
“My first thought before going into any football match is always “How can I help my team?, how am I going to assist ? how am I going to score ? how am I going to create chances ?
“And that’s exactly what I wanted to do with that penalty, help the team. I was ready and confident to take it, these are the moment’s you dream of as a kid, it is why I play football.
“These are the pressured situations you want to be under as a footballer.
“I’ve scored penalties before at club level, I’ve practiced them countless times for both club and country so I picked my corner but it just wasn’t meant to be this time.
“We all had the same ambitions and objectives. We wanted to bring the trophy home.
“This has been one of the most enjoyable camps I’ve been part of in my career so far, the togetherness of the team has been unmatched, a real family on and off the pitch.”

Mike Tindall slams ‘ridiculous’ England fans after breaking up fight between blood-soaked yobs during Euro 2020 final

RUGBY legend Mike Tindall slammed “ridiculous” England fans after he broke up a fight between blood-soaked yobs at the Euro 2020 final.Tindall, married to Princess Anne’s daughter Zara, is just glad their three children were not at Wembley to see the “unsavoury scenes”.

Angry exchanges involving England supporters took places not just at Wembley but at venues like Piccadilly Circus after Italy won the finalCredit: PA
He was also shocked by the “disgrace” of ticketless supporters trying to storm the stadium beforehand and other fans conning their way in.
The 42-year-old told The Good, The Bad and The Rugby podcast: “A guy was there the whole time, smashed out of his face, literally didn’t watch any of the game anyway.
“He was just too busy shouting at supporters that they should be standing on their feet, ends up getting into a fight with another one that’s straight behind my seat.
“It got to a stage where this guy literally was trying to pile this guy in the face.
“There was a kid next to us. There was a kid on the other side crying because he couldn’t see the game because of all the guys stood in the galley way.”
The Sun revealed how Olympic equestrian star Zara, 40 wiped blood from a seat after her husband halted the brawl.
A source said: “Two fans ended up in a punch-up and Mike had to step in to save the day.
“He stood between them and pulled them apart before stewards could get them under control.
“Unfortunately some blood ended up near Zara and she had to use a tissue to mop it up.

“It was absolute mayhem. Wembley were very lucky Mike was able to take control of the chaos.”
Now, on top of England suffering shootout agony against Italy, the country’s FA also faces big fines for a string of offences from supporters.
Europe’s football chiefs Uefa have already started investigating the violence, including fireworks and missile-throwing, plus a pitch invasion and booing of the Italy anthem.
Former Bath and Gloucester ace Tindall, who played 75 times for England, was also stunned by huge delays caused by fans trying to trick their way in.
He said: “Some people with actual tickets couldn’t get through because their mate had obviously taken a photo of it and had used it to get through and you can only get through once, so people were then trying to get double people through the turnstiles.
“The stewards can’t do anything, it was just something I’ve never witnessed before.
“All the people without tickets were just standing in the stairways, stewards were telling them to sit down, they don’t give a s**t because the stewards can’t do anything to them.

“Then going out and seeing the amount of smashed bottles on the way out, you could feel people being nervous walking out of there.
“We all knew that if England won, it would be the best night ever, if they lost, it’s like board up your shops. Why do we have to have that mentality?

“It’s just absolutely ridiculous and it was an unsavoury environment to be in, and I wouldn’t have enjoyed being there if I had had my kids there.”
He added the poor behaviour was only from a “small minority” but argued: “It undermines what that England team has done, and that’s the biggest shame for me.
“I think that they’ve really galvanised the country after a really bad period and in one night it feels like it’s somewhat broken.”

Cristiano Ronaldo, 36, by far the oldest player to win Euros Golden Boot as he breaks Platini’s 37-year record

CRISTIANO RONALDO has shattered the record for oldest player to win the European Championship Golden Boot. The Portugal ace, 36, scored five times to beat Patrik Schick, Harry Kane and the chasing pack to the top scorer award.

Red-hot Czech Republic star Schick, 25, also scored five goals during the tournament – including his worldie against Scotland.
But Ronaldo won the tie-breaker for having an assist to his name, as has been the rule since 2008.
And aged 36, Ronaldo is SEVEN YEARS older than the previous most senior Golden Boot winner – then 29-year-old Michel Platini in 1984 – with the record finally broken after 37 years.
Platini scored an incredible nine goals during the tournament to fire France to Euro glory.
He also scored six more than his closest rival, who was Denmark’s Frank Arnesen.
A pair of Spaniards in Fernando Torres and David Villa are next in the chart aged 28 and 27 respectively.
Antoine Griezmann and England’s Alan Shearer are next with the latter finishing top scorer at Euro 96 at the age of 25.
The legendary Dutch duo Patrick Kluivert and Marco van Basten sit behind them.

But judging by the gulf in age between Ronaldo and Platini, it could be a very long time before another player tops the list.
The Juventus ace is likely to play in the Qatar World Cup next year, which will probably be be his last major international tournament.
He currently holds the joint record for the most Man of the Match awards during the World Cup with six.
