Yob put flare up bum, drank 20 ciders, snorted coke and then stormed Wembley for England vs Italy Euro 2020 final

A YOB filmed putting a lit flare in his bum strolled into Wembley without a ticket after a 15-hour drink and drugs bender.Charlie Perry, 25, on Wednesday night boasted of dodging shambolic security at England’s Euros final after downing 20 cans of cider.
Midday: Charlie Perry is filmed snorting white powder
Minutes later: Perry bends over and places lit flare between bare cheeks
Some 2,500 gatecrashers caused mayhem but he said: “I’m not sorry.”
One of the shameful army of Wembley gatecrashers last night told how getting in without a ticket for the historic Euro 2020 final was “p*** easy”.
Brazen Charlie Perry, 25, was filmed putting a lit flare in his bum after boozing since 8.30am — nearly 12 hours before the England-Italy game.
He estimates he downed 20 cans of Strongbow and “banged a load” of “powder” throughout Sunday — but was allowed to stroll in without a ticket for the showpiece final.
Scenes of Wembley being stormed by drunken gatecrashers who then refused to budge from the seats of paying fans may wreck England’s hopes of hosting a World Cup.
But Chelsea fan Perry, who boasted of bribing a steward to get in, insisted he “regrets nothing” and is already looking forward to the next tournament in Qatar in 2022.
He gloated last night: “I’d been on the p*** since half eight in the morning and had had at least 20 cans of Strongbow.
“It was the biggest day of my life. There were no rules that day. All I know is that I loved it all. I was off my face and I loved every minute.”
Perry says he is a veteran “gibber” — a fan who sneaks into games without paying — and did the same for England’s semi-final against Denmark a few days earlier.
He said: “Obviously I didn’t have a ticket. I had gone in as a gibber before so I knew how to get into the stadium already.”
Despite being stopped initially on Sunday and thrown out, shameless Perry simply took off his jumper and distinctive £545 Louis Vuitton bucket hat and tried again.
This time he targeted a different steward, and gave him “a little backhander” at the Covid test result and match ticket area.
Perry, a roofer from Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, then found himself waved through.
The final stage was the turnstiles — so he got his wallet out again. He said: “To get in you have to go round the back of someone who already has a ticket.
“I gave them £100, and went behind them. In total it cost me about £250.”
After strolling in around 6pm, he brazenly posed for photos with others in front of the famous Wembley turf — before continuing his mammoth 15-hour bender.
He was wearing the same headgear he was seen in earlier at Leicester Square, when his dangerous antics went viral.
As thousands of England fans drank and sang there around midday, he was filmed snorting a cocaine-like substance.
Minutes later, urged on by crowds of boozing onlookers, he pulled his trousers down and placed a flaming firework between his buttocks.
A tattoo can be seen on one cheek saying “Benidorm Bunters” — a reference to a stag weekend.
As laughing fans filmed his reckless stunt, Perry said he felt no pain from the sizzling flare because he was already so wrecked. He also claimed he was only trying to cheer people up after Covid.

Perry said: “After 18 months of misery, I thought it would bring the England fans together.
“It was the biggest day in English football for 55 years.
“There were thousands of fans in Leicester Square, the atmosphere was amazing.
“Everyone was fooling around, there was a bit of a competition to do stuff so I just thought I’d put the flare up my bum. It was the biggest day of my life apart from Chelsea versus Man City in the Champions League.”
He went on: “The flare burnt for about ten seconds or so around the cheeks, I didn’t feel a thing because I was highly intoxicated. No one dared me to do it.
“It was a very irresponsible thing to do.” Some 2,500 gatecrashers caused chaos when they stormed Wembley on Sunday, trampling on fans and leaving England defender Harry Maguire’s father with suspected broken ribs.
The FA has since been charged on several counts by Uefa, which is opening an investigation into the chaos, potentially harming any future World Cup bids.
But when asked by The Sun if he would apologise for his recklessness, Perry said: “Nah, no way. I’m not saying sorry.”
Asked what he would say to the England squad, who crashed out on penalties to Italy, he said: “The players in the team did really well.
“My mates and I had one of the best six weeks of our lives. See you in Qatar.”
The FA has been slammed over the Euros security fiasco, which saw a disabled access door stormed by thugs. Terrified paying fans also claimed the police were nowhere to be seen as violence erupted all around the ground.

The Met’s Deputy Assistant Commissioner Jane Connors last night slammed hooligans who were “fuelled on alcohol” for tarnishing the historic 2020 final — at Wembley and at London landmarks.
But she refused to accept that the policing operation had failed — and even claimed it prevented the game being called off. She said: “I want to reiterate the Met’s commitment to identifying those responsible for the scenes both in Wembley and in central London. Their actions will have consequences.
“I do not accept that the policing operation failed and I stand by the difficult decisions made by police officers and the Met’s public order commanders. Without their immediate intervention, it is possible that this game could have been abandoned. The ugly scenes at Wembley will rightly be reviewed by the Football Association and by police.

“Where lessons can be learnt we will work with partners to ensure that future matches are not disrupted by a group of hooligans who are fuelled on alcohol.”
The FA said it is conducting a full review but claimed stewarding numbers exceeded requirements.
It added: “However, the behaviour of the people who illegally forced their way into the stadium was unacceptable, dangerous and showed total disregard for the safety and security protocols in place. We also apologise to anyone at the match whose experience was affected by this unprecedented level of public disorder.”

A RACIST plasterer bombarded with 99 per cent bad reviews on Trustpilot insisted: “I really don’t f***ing care”.Brad Pretty filmed himself lashing out at Bukayo Saka, Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford after England lost to Italy on penalties on Sunday.
Plasterer Brad Pretty has been unmasked as the racist yob who shared the vile video
The so-called England fan posted the disgusting rant online after the game
The labourer, 49, has since seen his BK Plastering business bombarded with hundreds of angry messages and hammered with 99 per cent bad reviews on Trustpilot.
One read: “The only people who would employ this vile racist creature would be vile racist creatures.
Another said: “We can now see what a racist plasterer you are. Vile and nasty man. I hope every one sees you for exactly who you are. Racist!!!”
And a third wrote: ”The owner displayed absolutely horrible behaviour. He’s racist. I wouldn’t do business with him.”
    ‘I DON’T F***ING CARE’
But unrepentant Pretty refused to apologise the day after his shocking outburst.
On Monday, he posted on Facebook: “Ide just like 2 say 1 word to those that have commented back to me and are unhappy with my vid rant I put on FB last nite……B******S!”
It came after he shared a rambling foul-mouthed post defending his racist video on the night it was uploaded.
Prety wrote: “Apologies 2 any 1 I have offended but so many people want 2 say a lot of things but don’t ave the balls of gumption Cox of how this country and its rules laws and governments have manipulated as well as controlled wot we are not allowed 2 say because of this b******s called political correctness.

    INNOCENT FAMILY’S ‘DEATH THREATS’
A FAMILY claims that their business has been “completely ruined” after trolls on social media mistook their company for Pretty’s plastering firm.
Byron and Danielle Kilpatrick run BK Plastering and Rendering, in Bristol, and have had death threats since Pretty’s video went viral.
Byron, 37, and his wife have been left with thousands of abusive comments and reviews off the back of the vile rant which had nothing to do with them.
Danielle, 33, told The Sun: “It’s completely ruined our business within one whole day. Byron has been getting death threats all day. It’s horrific.
“People have been leaving reviews calling us a racist company and all sorts, when it isn’t true and nothing to do with us.
“Loads of people were sharing his number and he was getting so many abusive calls it has been awful.
“It’s awful and disgusting what is in the video, but people should make sure that they are blaming who is responsible rather than someone completely unconnected.
“We’ve been trying to refuse the Google and Tripadvisor reviews because it will just ruin our entire livelihood, for something we didn’t do.”

Pretty was arrested in relation to a malicious communication but has since been released pending further investigation by the CPS.
He had enjoyed a “party atmosphere” at his home before filming the sickening racist abuse.
In a Facebook post, the disgraced dad ranted: “Where do I start, where do I start. Sick, gutted like all of us.
“Proper deflated. Gotta be proud of the boys, be proud, but anyone and everyone that knows me well will understand what I’m talking about.
“Three lions on a shirt, right. How many times have we seen England players, w*** take penalties for us and f*** it up.
“Three f***ing lions, three f***ing c***s  f***ed it for us.”
The disgusting footage came to light as police forces up and down the country arrested four people in relation to racist abuse.
The racists have since been slammed by Prince William, Boris Johnson and England players after causing global outrage.

Rashford said he would “never apologise for who I am and where I came from”.
While Sancho said society “needs to do better” but added: “Hate will never win.”
Harry Kane also aimed a message at so-called fans behind the abuse, saying: “We don’t want you.”

Yob who filmed himself racially abusing Three Lions ‘has never been to an England game in his life’

A RACIST lout who filmed himself abusing England players has never been to a game in his life, outraged pals say.Plasterer Brad Pretty targeted Bukayo Saka, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho after the heartbreaking Euro 2020 final.

The 49-year-old was arrested in relation to a malicious communication but has since been released pending further investigation by the CPS.
Pretty painted an England flag on his face as he launched into a racist rant against the Three Lions heroes.
He has also previously covered his home in Kent in flags and claims to be a football fan.
But one friend claimed that Pretty has never stepped foot inside an England game in his life.
    VILE RANT
The pal, who didn’t want to be named, told The Sun Online: “He’s a big Liverpool fan. He doesn’t ever go to Liverpool or England matches.
“He’s more of a supporter who sits at home and watches it.”
Pretty had enjoyed a “party atmosphere” at his home before filming the sickening racist abuse.

The friend described how Pretty wouldn’t go out and “start trouble” but regularly calls players “black c****” if they miss penalties or free kicks.
He added: “I’m disgusted. He needs bringing to justice.
“The whole family is disgusted with him.
“For him to come out with this people are fuming at him. He’s ruined his life. Any kind of racism like that is completely wrong.

Outraged friends have also slammed the plasterer – including a local landlord who has banned Pretty from his boozer.
The manager told The Sun he will be refused entry as they “won’t stand” for the disgusting comments.
They added: “We weren’t impressed at all. He’s obviously drunk and ruined his whole life with a one minute video.
“We know he’s actually got nieces who are not white so just can’t understand why he would say something like that.
“If he was to come back here, we would actually say to him to stay away for a little while because we do not stand for that at all.”

Harry Maguire delighted Gareth Southgate will lead England into 2022 World Cup and boss has done ‘amazing job’

HARRY MAGUIRE has revealed his relief that Gareth Southgate will lead England into the World Cup next year. The Three Lions manager is contracted until after the 2022 tournament in Qatar and the FA wants to extend the deal.

The Manchester United captain said: “It is good that everything is settled. You don’t want anything hanging over the team.
“He has done an amazing job from when he first took over. We spoke about how we wanted to be recognised as the best team. So to reach the final of Euro 2020 is a great achievement but we now have to take the next step and be convincing in these big games and these big moments.
“I think Gareth has done an amazing job and deserves the credit and deserves another opportunity.”
Southgate has been manager since 2016 but said: “I did not want to outstay my welcome” in terms of agreeing a longer contract.
The former Middlesbrough boss gave Maguire his debut against Lithuania in 2017 and the centre-back now has 37 caps.
England reached the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup before losing on penalties to Italy in Sunday’s Euro 2020 final.
Maguire added: “I think the way Gareth handles the squad and the togetherness of the squad is a big reason why we have been on this journey together and where we have ended up. The relationship we have got from fans to players, to media and the staff.
“I think we feel we are all on this journey together and that is really important. We all want the same thing. The past has made it difficult to do that due to the small number of knockout games we had won. We had not won enough. Over the last two tournaments we have done that.”

Maguire admits he was stunned when discovered that until the 2-0 win over Germany, England had only ever triumphed once in a knockout game at the Euros – and that was against Spain in 1996 on penalties.
The defender added: “It is an incredible stat when you think about it and it surprised me because when I think about my memories of watching England, they are good memories. I only think of the good times rather than games we lost.
“They are amazing memories and try and I forgot and ruled out the ones we lost. All we can do is look forward to the future and win more and give the fans better memories.”

Maguire also revealed that Southgate has a tough side despite his mild-mannered appearance.
He said: “I think he can be ruthless. He has that side to him. He makes big decisions and is not scared of anything.”
England’s next game is against Hungary in Budapest on September 2. It is a World Cup qualifier and Southgate’s team have already won their first three group matches.

Harry Maguire’s England heroics will inspire a new generation of defenders, claims Terry Butcher

TERRY BUTCHER is loving the idea that kids will now be itching to become defenders. After England conceded just two goals at the Euros, the Three Lions legend reckons the days of children lining up to play striker could be over.

Instead, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and the rest of the 2021 crop have put defending  back in vogue.
Former centre-back Butcher said: “I was talking to someone and they were saying youngsters will now want to be a Maguire, a Shaw, a John Stones, a Kyle Walker or a Kieran Trippier.
“I just think, ‘Wow’, that’s really positive compared to everyone wanting to be a striker — a Harry Kane.
“We’ve moved on a long way from  when nobody wanted to be a defender.
“As a kid, others were already strikers so you had to go and play  centre-back.
“People didn’t want to do that, but not now — it’s  all changed and that gives me a lot of pride.”
Butcher, 62, won 77 caps and gained a legion of fans after that iconic image of  him bloodied and bandaged in his England shirt, having heroically played on following a nasty clash of heads against Sweden in 1989.
And the legend lives on as a laughing Butcher recalled:  “I got sent a picture during the Euros of someone in a bar watching the game with his shirt all covered in ketchup . . . there’s always one!”
COMPETITION: WIN ONE OF FOUR SUPERCARS OR A DREAM CAR AND £100k IN CASH

Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions may have agonisingly fallen at the final hurdle against Italy — but there are new heroes now.
Few expected them to shine  at the back, the one area fans were worried about heading into the tournament.
Butcher admitted: “Everyone was  saying the defence was going to be our Achilles heel.
“I thought it was going  to be the Kevin Keegan approach, like the lyrics in Vindaloo, ‘We’re going to score one more than you’.
“But you’ve got to have a solid base and we  had that. And we built a lot of our play from the back. You  have to be a ball player, which every defender we have is.
“They are not just going to kick it away and smash the ball out of play.

“We saw some lovely long balls, some lovely threaded balls through to  midfield and switches of play —  everything you’d want from  a Manchester City, Liverpool or Italy defence.
“We’re doing what other teams are doing, which we weren’t doing 15 or 20 years ago when we were doing what we thought was our own thing — but nobody else was doing it.”
Butcher  believes full-back Shaw’s  classy second-minute opener in the final “knocked us off our stride”.
At the first game  of the 1982 World Cup, ex-Ipswich star Butcher assisted Bryan Robson even earlier against France.
Ron Greenwood’s side were pegged back before Robson netted again and   Butcher’s old Tractor Boys team-mate Paul Mariner — who passed away last week — also struck.
Butcher said: “It was my first touch at a tournament, flicking on to Robson after 27 seconds. You could see  our players thinking, ‘What do we do now?’
“You can see everyone dancing in the stadium but you can also see everyone back home going bananas.

“When we scored against Italy it was like, ‘Bloody hell, we’ve scored, what do we do now?’
“You’ve got 88 minutes or so left and  it knocked us off our stride — it can be hard  mentally.
“It was a huge missed opportunity but there has been a lot of progress and we’ve gone up a level.
“We’re up with the elite now and we’re serious contenders to go and win the World Cup, which is something we’ve been a long way from.
“Look at the squad,  the improvement and the players coming through — it’s exciting.”
Terry Butcher is backing a campaign by Well Pharmacy to support people suffering from anxiety as the country emerges from the pandemic.
Well is launching Comfort Zones from July 19 in all their 760 community pharmacies.
The areas will be made available for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the return of social contact.

Fan fumes after spending over £1,000 to watch England vs Italy only to be denied entry after people stormed gates

AN England fan was left fuming after paying £1,000 for a Euro 2020 final ticket… only to be denied entry to Wembley.Footy lover Thomas Watson, 25, forked out a grand to watch Sunday’s showpiece event between the Three Lions and Italy live.

Despite turning up late to kick-off, he had his £1,040 ticket  – which cost double the general price – given the green light at check-in.
However, Thomas was not allowed inside the Wembley stands after gates were shut due to ticketless thugs storming the stadium.
Thomas’ father, who had his own ticket, managed to find a way in at half-time.
But his son wasn’t as fortunate after they split up in search of separate routes.
It meant the sales assistant from Luton missed almost the entire match.
Thomas did manage to get inside to see Italy’s winning penalty and England’s heartbreaking defeat after exit doors were opened.
But he admits he was left devastated by the brutal barring and his expensive 30 seconds of action.
Thomas said: “I’d already had my ticket scanned but I just wasn’t allowed in – it was very frustrating after paying over £1,000 for it.

“The police had formed a line at the top of the stairs to stop thugs that were barging through without a ticket – but even with mine in my hand I wasn’t allowed through.
“There were lots of people like me who had real tickets but it didn’t seem to matter.
“What’s annoying is that a lot of the people who forced their way in did manage to watch the match, and yet I ended up sat outside listening to everyone cheering when we scored.
“It was so disappointing because I’d been so excited about it.
“I’m just so disappointed. I paid over a grand to watch the last 30 seconds of the match.”

The FA have promised a a full investigation into how ticketless thugs barged their way inside Wembley.
They said: “The behaviour of the people who illegally forced their way into the stadium was unacceptable, dangerous and showed total disregard for the safety and security protocols in place.
“No steward or security staff should be subjected to this type of behaviour and we thank them for their support on the night.
“We also apologise to anyone at the match whose experience was affected by this unprecedented level of public disorder.
“We will continue to work with the relevant authorities to identify and take action against these people where possible.”
