Liverpool close to huge deal with Disney for behind the scenes documentary on Klopp’s last 6 months after Amazon snub

Liverpool have since announced that it is filming a fly-on-the-wall series that will be released at the end of the season.
The documentary will hope to showcase a successful end to Klopp’s reign as manager.
Liverpool are currently on course to win a historic quadruple with the Carabao Cup final coming up later this month.
The club are also still in the FA Cup and Europa League and are leading the Premier League title race.

The Daily Mail have claimed that Disney+ are in “advanced talks” over buying the rights to the documentary.
The report adds that the deal could see Liverpool bank £10million from its sale.
It was also suggested that Amazon rejected the chance to purchase the rights due to the limited access to the dressing room.
This is said to be the same reason why Netflix is having reservations.

Sky Sports and TNT Sports have also been approached over the rights to the series.
However, the report has claimed that the price is higher than their normal documentary budgets.
Liverpool is not the first club to have a behind-the-scenes documentary filmed.
Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Sunderland, Arsenal and Wrexham have had similar projects released in the past.
Amazon’s All or Nothing series with Arsenal and Manchester City were hailed for the in-depth coverage of the clubs.
Klopp is said to have only signed off on the project after he was assured that cameras would not film his players in the dressing room.
The Mail have suggested that Liverpool view Disney’s offer as “too good to turn down”.
The manager had previously rejected the idea of a documentary after an Amazon proposal in 2018. More

The ex-Red Bull Salzburg star broke Premier League records on his debut season .

And the 43-year-old, who now works as a commentator for Disney, argues he would have made a much bigger impact if he had the same team-mates and opportunities in front of goal as Haaland.

The American began boxing in 2018
And after a successful career as one of the biggest YouTubers in the world, in 2018 Paul began his boxing journey.
Now after nearly five years and just six professional bouts, he is one of the richest fighters on the planet.
In 2021, he was behind only Tyson Fury, 34, and Canelo Alvarez, 32, in the list of highest-paid boxers.
And next Sunday, in Saudi Arabia, he faces Fury’s younger brother Tommy in their rescheduled celebrity grudge match.

The eight-round pay-per-view bout is scheduled for 185lb or 13st 2lb, the lightest weight in Paul’s career.
He has largely campaigned at 190lb, 13st 7lb, while following a gruelling training regime.
Paul, 26, was a high-school wrestler, so has always maintained a good physique even during his days on the small screen.

Paul has beaten ex-MMA champions in Ben Askren, 38, Tyron Woodley, 40, and Anderson Silva, 47.
But Tommy, 23, will be the first opponent he has faced with a recognised boxing record.
And the stakes have been raised after the WBC announced Paul will receive a world ranking if he wins.
