And Paul admitted he could even go as high as 240lb (17st 1lb) only to drop back down to 220lb (15st 7lb) to retain his speed. But he then bulked up to 252.4lb for his knockout win over Francis Ngannou, 37, in March. According to the NHS, at 6ft 1in Paul’s BMI at 240lb would actually make him OBESE. But he admitted to enjoying the extra heavyweight calories and opened up on how his training camp will differ up in weight. He said: “Same training camp essentially but there are a few minute differences which I will elaborate on.”But it’s always the same amount of hard work and dedication.
