The international star, 29, was arrested at his North London home on suspicion of rape in July after an alleged victim came forward.
She claimed she was raped during a sunshine break in the Mediterranean in June.
The alleged victim fled her five-star resort and flew home to her friends and family.
She spoke to police on her return to the UK and attended a police station to make a full statement.
She showed detectives photos that she claimed highlighted bruising on her body after the alleged attack.
After his initial arrest he was later re-arrested on suspicion of two more counts from April and June 2021.

Cops later decided not to pursue the latter of those two accusations.
He was bailed to August, which was then extended to this month and has now been extended again.
A magistrates court is likely to approve the extension and confirm the bail conditions next week.
It was previously reported that his club knew of the accusations last autumn, but that the player continued to play last season and has been a regular in 2022-23.
He was also reportedly due to play in the World Cup in Qatar next month.
The club confirmed in July that it would select him until further notice and that he would not be suspended.
Neither the club nor the player are being named for legal reasons.
A statement from The Met said: “On 4 July, a 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of rape and taken into custody.

“While in custody, he was further arrested on suspicion of two incidents of rape that were alleged to have been committed in April and June of 2021 against a different woman in her 20s.

Footie legend Shay Given’s ex sued for keeping Aston Martin and £300k ring given to her by fiancé after break up

SHAY Given’s ex has been sued for keeping an Aston Martin and £300k ring gifted to her by her fiancé after they broke up.Jane Given, the glamorous ex-wife of the football legend, is locked in a court battle with businessman Andrew Ralph over the expensive presents.

She says should be able to keep the £200,000 supercar and lavish ring Andrew paid for despite dumping him and breaking off their engagement.
Jane began a relationship with the businessman in February 2018, having split from Republic of Ireland and Premier League legend Shay, father of her two kids, in 2013.
During their time together, they planned to get married and he bought her an Aston Martin DBX similar to one he owned himself “so that they could have matching cars…and in matching colours”.
He also handed her an engagement ring he claims is worth almost £300,000 during a holiday in Barbados in December 2019.
    Read More in Football
But Ms Given, 47, ended the relationship in December 2020 and disgruntled Mr Ralph, 54, is now suing her in a bid to make her give him the ring and the car back.
He says the car was “a wedding present” and since the wedding between them didn’t happen it should be returned to him.
His lawyers also say that it was “expressly and/or impliedly agreed that the defendant would return the engagement ring if the marriage did not proceed”.
But Ms Given is fighting the case, claiming that both the ring and the car were “gifts” that her ex has no right to now claim back.
WhatsApp messages are now set to take centre stage as evidence in the fight between the former couple as to who owns the £500,000 items.
    Most read in Football
Mr Justice Freedman, giving judgment in a preliminary hearing at London’s High Court, said he had been shown “various WhatsApp messages” between the former couple “which are said to be informative of the intention of the parties”.
He said that Ms Given “relies upon” the WhatsApp messages “as evidence” that the car and ring were handed over to her as “an absolute gift” and cannot be reclaimed by her ex.
“For example, on Monday 19 October 2020 with pictures of the car, Mr Ralph wrote ‘It’s your car! Xx’ and ‘Just enjoy your holiday and ill (sic) have it on the drive for your return’ and ‘Amazing wedding pressie and amazing timing so pleased x’,” the judge added.
However he went on to say that there was also WhatsApp evidence relied upon by Mr Ralph to back his claim.
After the breakup “in a WhatsApp, Mr Ralph wrote within hours of the defendant leaving him: “‘I’m booked to land Friday and will collect my car, my things and take back the ring so it can be sold.
“As a gentleman I will give you half the money (which pays for school fees) and the £80,000 back. Good night’,” the judge said.
Mr Ralph had also “announced by email to Ms Given that he would be attending her home in the UK to take the DBX and he said: ‘DBX – this had intended to be a wedding gift.
“There has and will not be a wedding and the car is in my name and so remains mine. I will collect it on Saturday…’. He also claimed the engagement ring, saying that he would split the proceeds as a goodwill gesture.”
But Ms Given’s lawyers replied, telling her ex: “With regard to the DBX car, we are informed your client had this built for her and presented it to her as a gift, complete with registration number.
“The engagement ring was also gifted to our client.”

Mr Ralph’s lawyers shot back: “Whilst the vehicle was intended to be a wedding gift, the reality is that the wedding did not take place. In the circumstances, the vehicle was never gifted to your client.”
Setting out the dispute over the ring, the judge said: “The claimant pleads that it was expressly and/or impliedly agreed that the defendant would return the engagement ring if the marriage did not proceed.
“This is disputed: the defendant denies that there was any such agreement and contends that the gift of the ring was simply an absolute gift.”
Mr Ralph made an application for summary judgment in relation to the car, asking the court to hand it back to him without having to go to a full trial.
But Mr Justice Freedman said that the arguments were too complex to be decided without a full court fight.
“This is a case which arises out of a relationship between two people Andrew Ralph and Jane Given,” he said.
“They became engaged, but before they got married, the relationship came to an end.
“They both enjoyed expensive cars. There are disputes between the parties as to what promises or gifts, if any, were made or conferred by the claimant on the defendant.”
Dismissing Mr Ralph’s applications, he said: “I have concluded that the defendant has at lowest a real prospect of success in fact and in law both in defending the claims of the claimant and in maintaining her counterclaims.
    Read More on The Sun
“For the reasons set out above, the claimant’s application for summary judgment in respect of the DBX and the associated items must fail.”
The former lovers will now face each other across court in a full trial unless they can settle out of court beforehand. More

The IBF champion became aggressive and refused to answer police questions.
And court documents reveal he began banging on his cell door, urinated in his prison and verbally abused officers following his recent arrest.
Charges relate to an August 14 night out in Sydney where the unbeaten boxer and a friend attempted to enter Home Nightclub on Cockle Bay Wharf.
The pair walked towards the exit to the premises, where the security guard denied them entry – telling them to use the correct entrance.

They then moved towards the security guard, prompting five men to grab Opetaia and move him away.
The cruiserweight star was asked to leave after getting into an argument with security – but he remained in the area.
He was restrained until police arrived and put him in handcuffs.
According to court documents, Opetaia became aggressive with police and loudly said ‘f**k you’ to the officers who gave him a final warning and told him he was being recorded.

He said: “You f***ing idiots, I’ve sat here arrested… for nothing.”
He also shouted at one officer: “You are a dumb four-eyed piece of s***.”
Opetaia faced court for the first time on Wednesday where defence lawyer Jason Murakami entered a plea of guilty on his behalf.
Mr Murakami asked magistrate Daniel Covington to consider “exercising discretion” given that Opetaia entered a guilty plea, had no criminal history and the objective seriousness was low.
The lawyer said his client was very remorseful and worried about his poor behaviour more than his sporting career being affected.
Opetaia shot to fame in July when he defeated Latvian Mairis Briedis, 37, to win his title belt.
He has also represented Australia at the 2012 Olympics at the age of just 16 and then the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

He was caught on CCTV later removing his top in a bid to avoid detection but was arrested at the game.
Holden, a season ticket holder, tried to claim that he threw the flare in “panic” because he was so concerned about a fellow fan having an asthma attack.
Miss Emily Potter, prosecuting at Manchester Magistrates’ Court, said his actions had shown “disregard” for the safety of his fellow supporters and the police sought to impose a football banning order against him.
Holden told the court that he hadn’t lit the flare and only became aware of it after another fan pointed at it on the floor.

He said: “I looked down and heard an elderly male say, ‘What the…I’ve got asthma.”
“I had a blind panic and wanted to get it away as quickly as possible.”
He said that he had a friend who’d died from an asthma attack six years ago and he was also aware of the dangers from discussions with his primary school teacher partner
CCTV footage revealed the flare landed near City goalie Ederson.

Holden, who pleaded guilty to charges of throwing a missile onto a football pitch and possession of a flare at an earlier hearing, also denied trying to disguise his identity by removing his top.
Mark Kelllett, defending, said Holden was a man of good character who had never been involved in any other incidents at football matches, and a football banning order was unnecessary.
    Read More on The Sun
District judge Joanne Hirst agreed and said she had “taken into account the unusual circumstances” and believed Holden had shown an “instinctive reaction” on seeing the lit flare and it was clear he hadn’t brought it into the stadium.
She handed Holden, of Hyde, Gtr Manchester, a £500 fine and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £50 surcharge. More
