RAPHINHA is set to become a Barcelona player in the coming days, according to multiple reports.The Leeds United ace has been in demand this summer, with Chelsea and Arsenal both keen, but Barca have won the race to his signature.

The Blues agreed a deal worth around £55million with Leeds, only for the Brazilian to dig his heels in and hold out for a move to Barca.
According to the Daily Mail, Barcelona have tabled a late, improved bid for Raphinha.
They claim that Barca have now agreed to pay £55m plus a further £8m in add-ons – having found the extra money by selling TV rights.
The 25-year-old has two years remaining on his Leeds contract, although Jesse Marsch’s side have long expected him to leave.

CHELSEA have been dealt a major blow with Juventus ace Matthijs de Ligt edging closer to a Bayern Munich switch.Bayern director Hasan Salihamidzic will be in Turin on Monday to negotiate a fee after agreeing personal terms with the Dutch centre-back, 22.

And while part of the meeting was reportedly about stealing De Jong from under Man Utd’s nose, they were also thought to be discussing deals for Azpilicueta and Alonso.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Barca want to complete a deal for Azpilicueta as soon as possible.

CHELSEA are demanding a fee of £7million to sell Cesar Azpilicueta to Barcelona, according to reports.Azpilicueta has been at Stamford Bridge since 2012, and has completed a clean sweep of trophies with the club in his time there.

But now his time at the club could soon be coming to an end, with the Spaniard reportedly agreeing personal terms on a two-year deal with Barcelona.
According to the Evening Standard, this deal will see him pocket £11m a season before tax in what will be a substantial pay rise for him.
The report indicates the 32-year-old has already spoken to manager Thomas Tuchel and new owner Todd Boehly about pursuing the move.
Barca are desperate to land the Spanish defender to provide manager Xavi with some much needed squad depth.

Chelsea have already lost Chistensen and Antonio Rudiger from their back-line, and consequently Tuchel is not keen to allow another defender to leave the club.

CHELSEA reportedly have “no problem” meeting Napoli’s £34million asking price for defender Kalidou Koulibaly. The Blues are on the lookout for defensive reinforcements after losing both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen this summer.

And the Blues are now thought to have stepped up their interest in Napoli defender Koulibaly, 31.

CHELSEA will reportedly make a move for Robert Lewandowski – but need Barcelona’s confirmed bid to fail first. The striker wants to leave Bayern Munich after eight years with the club and Barca, who have made an offer, are his desired destination.

Barca president Joan Laporta recently said: “We have made an offer that they [Bayern] will be evaluating and we are waiting for the answer.”
But according to Bild, Chelsea and PSG are monitoring the situation and ready to step in if the Spaniards are unsuccessful.
And it is claimed the Blues – managed by ex-Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel – are frontrunners ahead of PSG.
Chelsea are looking to replace Romelu Lukaku, who has re-joined Inter Milan on loan only a year after his £97.5million move.

Either sale could open up the door to sign Lewandowski, who publicly stated his intention to leave Bayern.
The Pole is due back for training on July 12, although he has no intention of returning as he looks to force a move away.
Lewandowski would depart having scored 344 goals in 375 games for Bayern, winning eight Bundesliga titles and the Champions League.

NEYMAR’S former agent has confirmed Chelsea offered him a fortune to sign in 2010. The Brazilian was bursting onto the scene as a 17-year-old with Santos following a stellar debut campaign in 2009.

Chelsea were heavily linked with his signature amid reports Santos turned down a £20million offer.
The West Londoners had just won the Premier League and FA Cup double in stunning fashion under Carlo Ancelotti, scoring over 100 goals in the process and playing free-flowing football.
But despite their success on the field, a transfer never came to fruition.
Wagner Ribeiro, who represented the player at the time, revealed how it was Neymar who turned down a move to the Premier League.
When asked about Chelsea’s interest in 2010, Ribeiro told L’Equipe: “They offered him a lot of money, but Neymar didn’t want to go.”
Neymar would remain at Santos until 2013 before completing a blockbuster transfer to Barcelona.
But he could have easily signed for fierce rivals Real Madrid as Ribeiro further revealed.
He added: “Florentino (Real’s president) thought he had it.

Neymar dazzled in Spain for four years before departing for Paris Saint-Germain in controversial circumstances.
But his future is under the spotlight once again with a move to the Premier League once again suggested with Newcastle.
