The French club have approached Chelsea regarding a potential deal for the 30-year-old, according to the Daily Mail.
And PSG are open to letting Neymar leave before the transfer window closes tomorrow night.
Stamford Bridge has been identified as a possible landing spot for the forward.
Boss Thomas Tuchel is desperate to add another attacker to his squad before 11pm tomorrow evening.

Owner Todd Boehly is ready to sanction more deals after already splashing out over £150million this summer, with Wesley Fofana set to arrive for another £70m.
Neymar has been linked with a move to Chelsea in the past – and he snubbed a move to the Blues way back in 2010.

Now speculation has re-surfaced, despite Tuchel once labelling Neymar as “not easy to manage” during his time as boss of PSG.
The French champions are willing to let Neymar leave despite the forward enjoying a stunning start to the campaign.

In just five games the former Barcelona man has scored EIGHT goals and provided six assists.
But PSG are wary of Financial Fair Play guidelines after splashing the cash on Vitinha, Nuno Mendes, Fabian Ruiz, Renato Sanches and Nordi Mukiele this summer.
Kylian Mbappe also signed a money-spinning new deal in May, so the club are looking to balance the books.
They are claimed to be open to letting either Neymar, who is on around £40m a year, or Lionel Messi leave.
Although it’s believed securing a deal before tomorrow’s deadline could be difficult as it would take a sizeable offer for him to be sold.

Neymar himself is also thought to be eager to stay in the French capital.
He has travelled with the rest of the squad as normal ahead of this evening’s trip to Toulouse. More

And now The Athletic say Aubameyang, 33, is believed to have suffered a fractured jaw during the terrifying ordeal.
He is set to be out of action for a number of weeks and could potentially undergo surgery.
Going under the knife would see him return to action sooner than waiting for his jaw to heal naturally.
But it has complicated his potential transfer to Chelsea.

Talks between Barca and the Blues over a deal for Aubameyang are set to continue today.
With the transfer window closing tomorrow, an agreement between the two clubs on a fee is yet to be reached.
Aubameyang has also not accepted personal terms yet, although it is claimed the matter will be resolved if the two clubs thrash out a deal.
But the fact the former Arsenal man has suffered a reported broken jaw means he could only be available for a handful of games before the World Cup.

The deal is not thought to be dead in the water – but it has thrown a spanner in the works.
The Blues though are sympathetic and still willing to continue discussions, according to Sky reporter Dharmesh Seth.
Sky also say Aubameyang is only set to be out for three weeks and can resume non-contact training next week.
Up to now cash-strapped Barca had been holding out for more money than the Blues wanted to pay.
With Thomas Tuchel desperate to add a striker before the window slams shut, a loan move to Stamford Bridge is also now thought to be a possibility.
Aubameyang and his wife, Alysha Behague, were reportedly handcuffed and tied up in front of their kids Curtys, 11, and Pierre, six, by the burglars.
Alysha, 36, is also claimed to have been hit over the head during the break-in at their home in Castelldefels, near Barcelona.

Four intruders climbed into the back garden before threatening Aubameyang and his family.
They forced Alysha to open a safe full of valuables including jewellery before fleeing in a white Audi A3, according to police sources reported by El Pais.

Andre Silva, Emil Forsberg, Christopher Nkunku and Dani Olmo also netted in the first-round German Cup clash.
But it was Werner who walked off with the match ball, with the ace now on four goals in as many games since his Leipzig return.
Werner – who also bagged an assist on Tuesday night – rejoined the Bundesliga giants from Chelsea over the summer for £25million.
That was just two years after the Blues paid £47.5m to sign him from Leipzig in the first place.

Werner struggled to light up Stamford Bridge despite winning the Champions League in his first season.
He ended up with just 10 league goals and 23 in all competitions.
But Chelsea could have ended up using his finishing in their shock 2-1 defeat at Southampton.
The toothless Blues were left wanting in the final third as they crashed to a second loss in three games.

Werner’s former flop partner Romelu Lukaku was also shipped out by Thomas Tuchel this summer.
And unless Chelsea can land Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Barcelona on deadline day, they may regret letting both go.
Werner wil get the chance to strut his stuff again in Saturday’s trip to Eintracht Frankfurt.
Earlier that afternoon, Chelsea face a tough test against rivals West Ham.
And unless they can bag a few goals, Tuchel is sure end up looking longingly at Werner as he continues to rediscover his old form. More

Watch Chelsea transfer target Anthony Gordon score with brilliant finish to show why Everton want £70m for him

It just had to be him…With his name in the headlines over a potential transfer, Anthony Gordon scores for Everton again 🔵 pic.twitter.com/9VSqTzofcH— Football on BT Sport (@btsportfootball) August 30, 2022

Gordon, 21 has been the subject of several failed bids by Chelsea this month.
Thomas Tuchel and Todd Boehly have been snapping up talented youngsters including Carney Chukwuemeka and Gabriel Slonina with hopefully Wesley Fofana to follow.
But they won’t rest until Gordon also winds up at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are believed to be preparing a £60m bid to sign the versatile forward by deadline day.
    READ MORE ON CHELSEA
However, Frank Lampard is adamant he wants Gordon to stay put.
And the Goodison Park favourite will cost Chelsea at least £70m to sign this window.
Lampard and Everton’s tough stance was certainly given a strong boost this evening as Gordon hit the target against Leeds.
After starting an attacking move with a clever inside run and pass, he latched on to a fine defence-splitting touch from Alex Iwobi.

Gordon kept his balance as he was forced out wide while Leeds goalie Illan Mesiler rushed forwards.
And the ace remained as cool as a cucumber by planting the ball into the net with a composed finish.
The strike was Gordon’s second in as many games following his effort in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Brentford.
And it now remains to be seen if he stays an Everton player for much longer as Chelsea step up their transfer pursuit with just days remaining in the market. More

The Brazilian turns 38 next month and is still playing at the top level.

Watch young Southampton mascot savagely troll Cesar Azpilicueta as he leaves Chelsea captain hanging in tunnel

A mascot mascot brutally left Cesar Azpilicueta hanging in the tunnel
But as Azpilicueta reached out to shake the mascot’s hand – he was left savagely trolled.
The defender lined up for his first Chelsea start of the season, having spent the summer pushing for a move to Barcelona.
Blues skipper Azpilicueta was benched by manager Thomas Tuchel in the first four games of the season.
But Tuchel, who handed Azpilicueta a new deal at the start of the season, admitted the call to leave the Spaniard out was tricky.

He said: “At the moment, it is one of the toughest decisions because he trains so well and is in such good shape and status mentally.
“He is pushing everybody and is fully committed – it’s what you want on the field. But if we play 4-4-2, it’s between him or Reece James.
“It’s a luxury problem we have, but when we changed to a back five (against Leicester), we had the chance to have both of them on the pitch.
“Without tough decisions, we will get nowhere. We are used to competing for every title at Chelsea, competing at the highest level.

“If we don’t have tough decisions, it will simply not happen.
“We hope to have 60 matches, but to have 60 matches, we have to have a squad where everybody is ready to place and have a lot of difficult decisions.
“On Saturday, we ended up, more or less, in a situation where we had almost no more central defenders on the bench.

“Now we had N’Golo injured and Conor Gallagher with a yellow-red card.
“So there are not enough tough decisions at the moment. I would like to have more of these. That would mean we are in full competition mode.”
