Harris has carried his good form into the new season, scoring a hat-trick against Chelsea last month.
And, according to The Mirror, that fine performance has prompted the Blues to weigh up a winter swoop for his services.
They claim Chelsea are willing to fork out a whopping £30million to sign the 17-year-old, who has one solitary first-team appearance to his name.
The Blues’ pursuit of Harris is in keeping with co-owner Todd Boehly’s insistence on buying young talent for the future.

Chelsea signed SIX teenagers before the transfer window closed earlier this month – splashing out upwards of £48m to sign Eddie Beach, Carney Chukwuemeka, Gabriel Slonina, Omari Hutchinson, Zak Sturge and Cesare Casadei.
Fulham will likely demand a hefty fee for Harris as he inked his first professional deal with the club earlier this month.
Harris said: “I’m really pleased to extend my time here at Fulham having been here from a young age.
“I couldn’t have done it without my parents who sacrificed a lot for me.

Then-boss Thomas Tuchel wanted to secure Gvardiol’s signature ahead of Man City before loaning him back to Leipzig for the season.
But a huge offer for the centre-back was rejected as the deadline approached.
Chelsea’s hopes of securing the star were then dealt a major blow when Leipzig announced that he had signed a new long-term contract until 2027.
But new boss Graham Potter is thought to be an admirer, and owner Todd Boehly is ready to go back for Gvardiol after the Croatia international opened the door for a move to Stamford Bridge as early as January.

Now transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has added to the speculation by claiming that Leipzig are ready a swoop for Sutalo to fill the potential void left by Gvardiol.
He tweeted: “RB Leipzig are interested in Dinamo Zagreb’s centre back Josip Sutalo. There are more than three clubs in the race, including English and Spanish clubs – as he’s considered a top talent.
“Talks will continue in the next months for Sutalo’s next step.”
Fellow Croatian international Sutalo is two years older than his compatriot.

He came through the ranks at Zagreb and already has experience of playing in the Europa League.
The centre-back made his Croatian debut in June’s 1-0 victory over Denmark in the Nations League and has collected two more caps since.
Meanwhile, when quizzed about Chelsea’s interest and his future earlier this month, Gvardiol said: “I am happy at Leipzig, I still have a lot to learn and need to work on myself.
“I have people who deal with it, I didn’t think about a transfer.
“We’ll see what happens in the winter.” More

For that to happen at Chelsea, he would have to sign a contract extension, though.
That’s because his current Blues terms expire next summer.
But Silva has played every minute in the Premier League for Chelsea this season, which suggests there’s every chance he’ll be offered another deal.
The Brazil international told Chelsea’s official website: “I talk often with Zlatan and recently more often because Chelsea will play against AC Milan in the Champions league.

Chelsea icon Ramires gets tattoo of iconic Champions League goal vs Barcelona after announcing retirement aged 35

FORMER Chelsea star Ramires has marked his retirement by getting his memorable Champions League goal against Barcelona tattooed on his leg.The 35-year-old scored 34 goals during six seasons in English football, with the most notable coming at the Nou Camp back in 2012.

With Chelsea trailing 2-1 on aggregate after Barca wiped out their first leg advantage, and down to 10 men following John Terry’s red card, Ramires took matters into his own hands in first half stoppage-time.
Having been sent through by Frank Lampard, Ramires beat both Carlos Puyol and Sergio Busquets to the ball before exquisitely chipping over Victor Valdes to bring Chelsea level in the tie and ahead on away goals.
Ultimately, the game was more remembered for Fernando Torres’ late strike, which sealed Chelsea’s place in the Champions League final.
But Ramires’ goal was still equally as important, with the Blues going on to win the competition for the first time ever after beating Bayern Munich on their own patch on penalties in the final.

Unfortunately, Ramires was booked later in the game against Barcelona, which meant he was suspended for the showpiece in the German capital.
Nevertheless, the 35-year-old, who’s set to call time on his career having been without a club since leaving Palmeiras back in 2020, has marked the semi-final occasion by getting the moment tattooed on his right leg.
Chelsea fans reacted to the tattoo on Twitter, with one calling it a ‘so beautiful’, while another described it as ‘unforgettable’.
Ramires would spend four more years at Stamford Bridge before leaving for Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning, although only after adding the Premier League, Europa League and League Cup to his medal collection with the Blues.

Jose Mourinho’s Roma plan January transfer raid on Chelsea for Trevoh Chalobah after sounding out defender in summer

JOSE MOURINHO reportedly has his eye on raiding former club Chelsea for defender Trevoh Chalobah. The 23-year-old centre-back made 30 appearances for the Blues under Thomas Tuchel last season.
Chalobah has not featured much for Chelsea so far this seasonCredit: Reuters
But he has featured in just one match so far in the new campaign – which came in a 2-1 victory over Leicester.
The arrival of Graham Potter has not instantly change his fortunes either as he was named as an unused substitute in the 1-1 draw with RB Salzburg.
And according to Corriere dello Sport, he could be on his way out of the club in January.
That is because Mourinho is reportedly interested in bringing him to Roma on loan.
    READ MORE IN FOOTBALL
The Italian outfit were keen on the young defender in the summer window, with Mourinho thought to be calling for Chalobah as one of their main targets.
A deal could not be reached, but contacts made previously make a move in January all the more likely.
Chalobah joined Chelsea as a young boy and eventually broke through into the first team last season after loan spells at Ipswich, Huddersfield and Lorient.
He enjoyed a positive first season in the team but now appears further down the pecking order.

The arrival of both Kalidou Koulibaly and Wesley Fofana adds to the likes of Thiago Silva, Cesar Azpilicueta and Marc Cucurella – all of whom can play at the heart of a back three.
The strength in depth looks set to limit Chalobah’s opportunities in west London.
And a move to Mourinho’s Roma could be the best option for all involved.
Roma have started their Serie A campaign with four wins, one draw and two defeats.
They sit sixth as a result, four points behind early pace-setters Napoli at the top of the table. More

And as part of negotiations Juventus asked about Kante’s availability, despite manager Max Allegri preferring Jorginho, claims CBS reporter Ben Jacobs.
A deal was not agreed but Juventus are said to have retained an interest in Kante, who is in the final 12 months of his contract.
Jacobs claims Paris Saint-Germain are also monitoring Kante’s situation and he is not close to renewing his Chelsea contract despite Graham Potter reportedly being a big fan.
Juventus also plotted a move for Jorginho in the summer but the Italian was happy to stay at Stamford Bridge.

He shared his love for the club when asked about his future, saying: “Of course [I would stay longer], I love Chelsea.
“I feel very well here and of course, I’d like to stay.
“But you know, a lot is going on and we don’t know. I have a contract and I love to be here. So I don’t think about moving anywhere.
“Every single year [there’s speculation]. I don’t think like this. I just think about where I am and focus 100 per cent.”

Jorginho is also out of contract next summer but looks likely to extend his stay given his happiness at Stamford Bridge.
The same cannot be said of Christian Pulisic – another player who interests Juventus.
The Italian giants are believed to have considered a loan move for the American in the summer that would have included an option to buy.
Pulisic recently took aim at former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel who would regularly leave the forward out of the team. More

And to make things worse for Tuchel, he may be booted out of the country too due to Brexit rules, The Telegraph reports.

The summer arrivals of Raheem Sterling, Carney Chukwuemeka and Marc Cucurella hindered his chances of game time on the left-hand side.
And he was allowed to leave for the Bundesliga.
But it appears that new owner Todd Boehly and recently named gaffer Graham Potter agree that the Englishman should be back at Stamford Bridge.
According to German news outlet BILD, one of Potter’s first acts in the January window could be to recall Hudson-Odoi.

The London-born winger has a recall clause in his loan deal that Chelsea could trigger.
The forward recently revealed he’d spoken to Boehly about being part of his plans in West London.
He said: “When a club is trying to get a player on loan, they always want that option to buy at the end of the season.
“Todd was saying: ‘Listen, we want you back here.’

“You’re still on the radar of being wanted by the club. The way he’s trying to set it up, there are a lot of young players he’s trying to buy for the next few years.
“It shows he wants to integrate the players into the team and help them develop.”
Hudson-Odoi has started to become a regular at Leverkusen under Gerardo Seoane and has one assist in five games so far.
Speaking to The Mail about his Chelsea departure, he said: “It was one of those difficult moments when you look at yourself and say, ‘What am I doing wrong? Have I done anything wrong to not even be in the squad?’
“I would never say anything bad about Thomas, he was a good guy, a good manager. But the first game of the season, it was frustrating. Any footballer that isn’t in the squad would understand how frustrating it is.
“You don’t want to be on the bench thinking, ‘Why am I not playing?’, then it becomes weeks and weeks and the legs are rusty when you do play. The most important thing is consistent football. That’s what I’m getting here and it’s making me feel better.” More
