Felix, 23, is now back at Atletico Madrid – but has been completely frozen out by boss Diego Simeone.
Reports in Spain suggest Felix has been waiting for Barcelona to make a move.
And he was even linked with a shock move to Liverpool, with Mo Salah being chased in a mega-money deal by Saudi side Al-Ittihad.
But Ben Jacobs reports Felix would be up for another chance with Chelsea.

And Blues supporters reckon he could be in Blue again this season after seeing Felix’s Twitter page.
The £112million striker’s profile picture still shows him in his Chelsea gear… with “Chelsea Football Club💙” in his bio.
Atletico signed Felix for the incredible fee from Benfica in 2019.
But he failed to live up to his price tag, netting 34 goals in 131 games.

He hoped to resurrect his career with Chelsea last season but, while he showed some flashes of brilliance in the struggling Blues side, he only managed to contribute four goals in 16 appearances.
As a result, new Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino decided not to opt and sign Felix on a permanent deal for the 2023/24 season.
Saudi Arabia have been a possible deal maker for a permanent move for the Portuguese star- but he remains set on a season-long loan.
A number of the Gulf State clubs are interested in Felix including Al-Ittihad, Al-Shabab and Al-Hilal.
However, Felix has confirmed he wants to remain in Europe – with Catalan giants Barcelona in the lead to sign the winger but have until Friday’s 11pm transfer deadline to finalise.

New Chelsea star Petrovic takes club legend’s shirt number after Premier League rule BLOCKED his dream choice

NEW Chelsea signing Djordje Petrovic will wear the number 28 made iconic by club legend Cesar Azpilicueta after his first choice was denied. The Blues signed Robert Sanchez for £25million from Brighton earlier in the window after letting Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga go.

And in need of a back up to Sanchez, Chelsea confirmed a deal for Serbian stopper Petrovic.
He has signed a seven-year deal and takes the No28 left behind by former captain Azpilicueta.
But that was only after the Premier League denied him the chance of wearing the No99 he had at New England Revolution in the MLS.
Petrovic said: “I’m very happy to wear number 28 and I know it means a lot at this club.

“I asked for number 99 originally but I was told it was too high for the Premier League.
“I saw what was available after that and I liked the look of the No.28 jersey.”
Renato Sanches suffered a similar fate in 2017 when he signed on loan for Swansea from Bayern Munich.
His request to wear No85 was rejected, meaning he took No35 instead.

Chelsea ‘ready to let £100,000-a-week flop join Premier League rivals for FREE’ despite having two years on contract

According to Foot Mercato, the Blues are willing to let Sarr leave for FREE in the remaining days of the transfer window.
The former Nice centre-back is still under contract with Chelsea until the summer of 2025 and a free transfer would be an incredible deal for those interested.
Both Nottingham Forest and Fulham are said to be pushing to try and complete a deal before Friday’s deadline.
Sarr arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2020, but has only featured in eight Premier League games during his time at the club.

The 24-year-old has been sent on loan to both Monaco and Porto, but looks likely to now make a permanent exit from the London club.
Part of the reason Chelsea could be so keen to move him on is his astronomical wages.
It has previously been reported that the Frenchman is earning a whopping £100,000 per week at the club.
Chelsea are looking to trim down their bloated squad with other exits expected to happen before the transfer window slams shut.

How Man Utd could line up for huge Arsenal clash with three transfer deadline day signings including Chelsea flop

MANCHESTER UNITED face injury dilemma heading into their next match – which could force them into a late summer spree. United travel to Arsenal on Sunday but do so with key names ruled out from the starting 11.

Centre-back Raphael Varane is the latest defender to be sidelined, joining Luke Shaw.
As a result, United are linked with a move for Nice centre-half Jean-Clair Todibo, formerly of Barcelona.
If a deal cannot be struck in time, Victor Lindelof is expected to partner Lisandro Martinez with Harry Maguire out of favour.
But more pressing for manager Erik ten Hag is the injuries to left-backs Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.

So United are frantically searching for an emergency replacement.
The club have approached Chelsea over a loan move for Marc Cucurella, who only arrived in West London last season for £63million.
With two new faces lined up in defence, Ten Hag is also in the market for a new midfielder due to Mason Mount’s recent knock.
It has led the Dutchman to enquire about a move for Tottenham’s Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who he worked with at Bayern Munich.

Going forward, United will likely keep Bruno Fernandes in the No10 role with Marcus Rashford and Antony either side of him.
Anthony Martial is in line to lead the line but summer signing Rasmus Hojlund could feature in some capacity following a back injury.
United bounced back from a 2-0 loss to Spurs by beating Nottingham Forest 3-2, coming from two behind.

Chelsea Supporters’ Trust slam club for removing £10 fan subsidy for away travel ‘while breaking transfer record twice’

CHELSEA supporters are fuming after the club announced plans to stop subsidising away fan travel. The Blues used to provide supporters with a £10 subsidy for domestic away travel on official club coaches.

The Chelsea Supporters Trust has slammed the decisonCredit: CHELSEA SUPPORTERS’ TRUST
But they have made the unpopular decision to do away with the subsidy in an apparent bid to cut costs, which has enraged many of the Stamford Bridge faithful.
An excerpt of a statement from the club’s supporters’ trust read: “Chelsea Football Club (CFC) has today announced that it will remove the full coach subsidy for away domestic travel.
“The appalling decision will force those who rely on the service to pay significantly more to travel to away fixtures.
“Despite representations from The Chelsea Supporters’ Trust (CST) and coach users, CFC has unfortunately decided that maintaining the £10 subsidy is not ‘financially sustainable.'”

The CST will dip into their own pocket to subsidise fan travel for the Blues’ trip to Bournemouth a fortnight on Sunday.
The removal of the £10 subsidy is particularly stinging given Chelsea’s recent splurges in the transfer market over the last year, during which they have TWICE broken the British transfer record to sign Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.
The CST tweeted: “Breaking the British transfer record twice in a year is fine, but a £10 subsidised coach is where Chelsea draws the line.”
Blues fans voiced their fury on social media, with one tweeting: “That’s shocking, should be reversed immediately.”

Another said: “Really? This is seriously laughable.”
And another said: “Shocking, but, unfortunately, not entirely surprising decision.”
One remarked: “Terrible decision by the club on top of our women’s season tickets going up by so much.
“Pricing the most loyal supporters out of the game.”
Another chimed in: “This is absolutely pathetic from Chelsea’s owners.”
Chelsea have yet to issue a response to the immense backlash their unpopular decision has received.
The West Londoners will be back in action on Wednesday night, welcoming AFC Wimbledon to Stamford Bridge for their Carabao Cup second-round tie.

The 126-cap Belgian has reportedly interested Vancouver Whitecaps, Nice, Marseille and old club Lille.
But Get Football News France say Hazard intends to quit playing – with an announcement imminent.

Hazard quit international football following Belgium’s dismal World Cup exit last December.

In fact, Hazard played just six LaLiga games for Real last season.

That meant, in total, his dream move to the Bernabeu amounted to just seven goals in 76 appearances.

Former Chelsea and Manchester United boss Mourinho managed Lukaku for a year and a half at Old Trafford between the summer of 2017 and December 2018.
The Portuguese tactician also coached the centre-forward at Stamford Bridge for a brief period in 2013.
There are still minor details that need to be sorted out but Lukaku will take a substantial pay cut on his £325,000 a week wages and Roma will cover the rest.
The Telegraph has also reported that as well as a reduction in wages, Chelsea have inserted a £37m release clause into Lukaku’s contract.

Pochettino and new chairman Todd Boehly inherited the stand-off between the player and club.
Lukaku, 30, became frustrated under former Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel over tactics and was reprimanded for giving an unauthorised TV interview and then had to make a public apology.
He was eventually packed off to Inter last season and helped them reach the Champions League Final.
Chelsea were adamant that they would only do a permanent deal to sell Lukaku this summer but have been forced to backtrack.
They were keen to sell him to the Saudi Pro-League but feelings inside Stamford Bridge are that this window closed when Fulham’s Aleksandar Mitrovic got in first and made a move to the Middle East ten days ago, leaving Boehly with fewer options.
Lukaku cost Chelsea a then club record £97.5 million when they signed him from Inter two years ago.
He scored 15 goals in his first season back but was still unhappy under German Tuchel and also suffered a string of injuries. More
