Reece has established himself as arguably England’s No1 right-back – battling Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kieran Trippier and Kyle Walker for the starting spot.
And now Manchester United star Lauren, 19, is hoping to lead England’s women to glory.
Lauren had been called-up for the Lionesses game against Norway on December 1.
However, due to coronavirus, she will be forced to wait for her debut, with the match having since been called off.

On the teenage striker’s international call-up, proud brother Reece captioned his snap: “Congratulations @laurennjjames on your first @lionesses call up.
“Keep working hard. The future is yours.”
Lauren was called up by England on Tuesday – and took to Twitter to reveal her joy.
She tweeted: “Honoured and grateful for my first Senior @Lionesses call up!”

“She is an exciting young player  hat we want to help develop further.
“She joins the squad alongside many other young players who we’ve introduced over the last few months.”

Mason Mount fan abuse must stop.. Chelsea star is not to blame in Jack Grealish England row

FANS abusing football players has always been a thing, unfortunately – there’s no getting away from that.
I have always found it odd ‘fans’ abuse players in a team you are supposed to support, but have accepted it has always been there.

Chelsea fans need to stop abusing Mount, he’s only human – just like the rest of usCredit: AFP – Getty

Frank Lampard suffered it as a player at West Ham, and ironically it was actually partly why he ended up leaving the club.
But the difference between then and now is Lampard could escape it if he needed to, whereas today’s players are constantly fixated to their phones, browsing social media.
It must be tremendously difficult to ignore.
Yes, players from Lampard’s era would have newspapers to contend with, but the intensity and constancy is much worse now – there is nowhere to hide.

⚽ Read our Chelsea live blog for the very latest news from the Bridge
If Lampard needed to get away from it, he could go and enjoy a drink with friends without them all being on their phones.
Just watch the Tottenham documentary on Amazon Prime and browse Jose Mourinho’s Instagram account… he cannot believe how players are permanently stuck to their phones.
But what this does do is get in players’ heads and increase the risk of players suffering on the pitch as a result. It can affect even the most robust of individuals.

I have never been against offering your opinions and criticisms about players’ performances or ability – as a fan this is your right.

If you feel a player should be giving more after you’ve spent your hard earned money going to watch them, then it is fair enough to voice that.
However, offering personal abuse to the player, his family, or wishing injury on them. This is the type of thing that can send a player over the edge.
Of course I myself have got emotional and offered my views on various players; it’s natural as a fan.
But when it becomes deliberate and you’re targeting the same player online on a daily basis, throwing slurs at his wife, kids and wishing harm on them – that is when the danger starts.
I don’t want to hear that they earn thousands of pounds a week and they should be able to deal with it – this is totally irrelevant, they are only human.
With Mason Mount, the abuse is rife amongst a section of Chelsea supporters.
A small group of Blues fans have made a point of targeting Mount simply because don’t rate him and believe other stars should be playing ahead of him.
It’s the same in the England setup – with fans targeting Mount because he gets selected ahead of Jack Grealish for example.
Whether you rate Grealish over Mount or not, it is hardly the player’s fault the manager is picking him over someone you rate more highly.
Fair enough if that is your opinion, but offering abuse and constantly targeting a player online will have an adverse effect on his performances and therefore on his team’s performances…
…A team you want to win, remember!

Chelsea’s Kurt Zouma beats Man Utd captain Harry Maguire as ten best heading defenders in Premier League so far revealed

CHELSEA star Kurt Zouma is the Premier League’s best header of a football in the 2020-21 season so far, beating Manchester United captain Harry Maguire.
The Blues defender, 26, has turned his career around under Frank Lampard this season after being on the brink of being sold not long ago.

But Zouma has formed a strong partnership with veteran Brazil star Thiago Silva this season.
And it has led to the Frenchman winning a staggering 96.3 per cent of his aerial duels, according to CIES Football Observatory.
Zouma has won 26 out of his 27 headed battles, easily the best record in the Premier League.
But that success rate of over 96 per cent is also the best in Europe – not just in the ‘Big Five’ leagues, but the entire continent.

⚽ Read our Chelsea live blog for the very latest news from the Bridge
Amongst Premier League players, only Maguire can boast a tally of 90 per cent or more, aside from Zouma.
The Man Utd skipper has won 27 of his 30 aerial battles – a success rate of exactly 90 per cent.
To put Zouma and Maguire’s incredible efforts into context, only SIX other players in the entire Premier League can boast a success rate of over 80 per cent.

Everton’s Yerry Mina has won 86.2 per cent of his headers, while Burnley star James Tarkowski has a success rate of 85.7 per cent.

Leicester ace Jonny Evans (84.6 per cent) and Aston Villa star Tyrone Mings (83.3 per cent) come in fifth and sixth.
Southampton’s Jan Bednarek is seventh with a success rate of 81.4 per cent.
But Bednarek really stands out having attempted an outrageous 43 headers, winning 35 of them – easily the most in the Premier League this term.
Leeds star Liam Cooper (80 per cent), Tottenham’s Matt Doherty (78.6 per cent) and Wolves ace Willy Boly (76.9 per cent) complete the top ten.

Thiago Silva’s wife puts up amazing Christmas decoration display at their house while Chelsea ace plays for Brazil

CHELSEA new-boy Thiago Silva’s wife Belle has a massive surprise waiting for him when he gets back from Brazil duty.
The Blues’ star was away with Brazil for games against Venezuela and Uruguay – won 1-0 and 2-0 respectively.

And he will return to a winter wonderland after Belle paid a company who specialise in Christmas decorations to transform their London pad.
Mum-of-two Belle shared the incredible results on her Instagram story in a series of videos taken throughout the day.
After turning up in the morning, the Christmas decorations company left after dark, taking the entire day to put together the spectacular scene.
Their stunning home now boasts an incredible festive scene – both inside and out – drowning in a sea of lights, wreaths and runners.

Once the work was complete, the home was transformed into a red, green and gold spectacle, complete with giant Christmas tree.
Influencer Belle seemed thrilled with the ‘simple’ results having feared her home would end up ‘looking like Santa Claus’ house’.
Addressing her near-400,000 followers in Portuguese, according to Brazilian outlet O Globo, she said: “I was afraid it would look like Santa Claus’ house.
“I didn’t want to put a lot of things and I thought it was simple.

“Now, I want animals lit up here, a very big Santa Claus at my door.
“But it is beautiful, the way I wanted it at first. Very clean, very chic.
“This decoration was the way I wanted it.
“I didn’t want anything very fanciful, despite being a little bit just like a movie, but I’m loving it.
“I didn’t want to fill it up, but now I want to add more.”
Meanwhile, Belle has revealed she’s trying to convince Thiago to have a vasectomy.
Earlier this week, she said she refused to undergo female sterilisation surgery because of a history of family obesity.

The pair have two sons together, Isago, 12, and Iago, 9.
And she told her Instagram fans she is working on convincing Blues ace Silva, 36, that having his tubes cut is the answer, despite the player seemingly wanting another child.
Speaking of the possibility of having her tubes tied as part of a procedure called tubal ligation, Belle said: “It’s out of the question.
“I’m not going to consider it… all the women in my family and others I know, put on a lot of weight after.
“As I came from an obese family I don’t want to take any risks.
“I’ve been talking to my husband and my doctor about Thiago having a vasectomy.
“For me it would be ideal. It’s something we’re still discussing.
“When he stops dreaming I’m going to have another child, he’ll agree to a vasectomy and then I’ll stop taking the pill.”

Chelsea outcast Kepa Arrizabalaga will accept loan transfer and huge pay cut to end Stamford Bridge hell

KEPA ARRIZABALAGA will take a pay cut to end his Chelsea nightmare.
The £71.6million keeper has slipped to third choice for Spain.

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has fell out of favour under Frank Lampard

Spain international Kepa is willing to leave on loan to boost his chances of making Euro 2020

Kepa, 26, is now behind David De Gea and Unai Simon, leaving him in the wilderness for both club and country.
He has not started for Chelsea since October 17 — and the team has flourished in his absence.
And that convinced Kepa his time is up at Stamford Bridge and to get out in January.
He will accept a loan and a reduction to his £150,000-a-week wages to try to revive his fortunes.

⚽ Read our Chelsea live blog for the very latest news from the Bridge
Kepa acknowledges he must be playing first-team football to stand any hope of making Euro 2020.
It is his dream to play in Spain’s group game against Slovakia at the home of former club Athletic Bilbao in June.
Spain boss Luis Enrique has told Kepa he will not play if he is languishing on the Chelsea bench.

Until this international break, the player had clung to the belief he could still be chosen for his country’s squad despite his club struggles.

Kepa has lost his No1 spot at Chelsea to summer signing Edouard Mendy

But being frozen out by Enrique has proved a tipping point.
In the summer, Kepa received reassurances from Chelsea performance director Petr Cech that he still had a future at Stamford Bridge.
But the £24m signing of Edouard Mendy from Rennes, and Kepa being dropped, proved the start of a slippery slope that has ended with him also in a painful international exile.

Chelsea’s ten most expensive signings ever including record flop Kepa Arrizabalaga, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Fernando Torres

CHELSEA certainly haven’t been shy splashing the cash since Roman Abramovich took over in 2003.
The Russian’s investment sparked a brand new era in the history of the Blues.

⚠️ Read our Chelsea live blog for the very latest news from the Bridge

Chelsea’s ten most-expensive transfers ever include Kepa and Havertz
In the summer of 2003-04, Chelsea made no fewer than 16 TRANSFERS – including the arrival of Joe Cole, Damien Duff, Hernan Crespo, Juan Sebastian Veron and Claude Makelele.
Even then, none of those mega-money deals come close to their current level of spending.
Desperate to catch up to dominant forces Liverpool and Manchester City, Chelsea have time and time again smashed their transfer record.

We take a look at their top ten most-expensive signings in history, in reverse order…
    10. Tiemoue Bakayoko – £40million (Monaco)

Bakayoko has struggled at Chelsea since arriving in 2017, now on his third loan spell away from the clubCredit: AFP or licensors
THE French midfielder joined Chelsea in 2017 after some impressive seasons at Monaco – including their Ligue 1-winning 2016-17 campaign.
But Bakayoko hasn’t played for the Blues since 2018 – playing only in his debut season, where he failed to replicate his Monaco form in 29 Premier League underwhelming matches.
Bakayoko had been loaned to AC Milan and Monaco in the past two seasons.

And in 2020-21, he was shipped off again – this time to Napoli – in a desperate bid to get his career back on track.
But his Chelsea career appears to be dead in the water…
    9. Mateo Kovacic – £40m (Real Madrid)

Kovacic impressed last season but has had little to shout about this termCredit: Getty Images – Getty
THE Croatian joined Chelsea on a year-long loan from Real Madrid for the 2018-19 season.
With the Blues hit with a transfer ban starting the following summer, the Premier League side quickly opted to make the move permanent.
Kovacic joined in a £40m deal, with Chelsea knowing they were unable to sign anyone else, despite an underwhelming debut season.
But last term, the ex-Inter Milan star was a revelation as he thrived in the heart of midfield.
Kovacic has found minutes hard to come by in 2020-21, with Jorginho, N’Golo Kante, Kai Havertz and Mason Mount all being preferred by Frank Lampard.
    8. Timo Werner – £48m (RB Leipzig)

Werner has looked impressive despite being early in his Chelsea careerCredit: EPA
CHELSEA have been crying out for an elite striker since the days of prime Didier Drogba and Diego Costa.
Tammy Abraham acquitted himself well last season, but the lack of depth was a worry for Lampard.
So the Blues chief splurged £48m on German goal-machine Werner in the summer, bringing him in from RB Leipzig.
Werner has scored eight goals in 12 games for Chelsea in all competitions so far, including two in games against both Southampton and Rennes.
The German has often been played out of position on the left wing due to rotation and injuries.
But when given the chance through the middle, Werner has looked lethal despite still finding his feet in England.

    7. Fernando Torres – £50m (Liverpool)

Torres will go down as one of Chelsea’s biggest transfer flopsCredit: Alamy
AFTER smashing 81 goals in just 142 games for Liverpool – and with a World Cup and European Championship medal under his belt – Chelsea moved for Torres in 2011.
The Blues splashed £50m to bring the Spaniard to Stamford Bridge on deadline day in January – despite him having struggled with injuries in the months leading up to the move.
Torres now features in every conceivable ‘worst-ever transfers’ list after struggling mightily in London… although he did help the club win the Champions League in 2012.
The Spanish star scored just 20 goals in 110 Premier League games and – after loans to AC Milan and Atletico Madrid – was sold to the latter in 2016.
Torres retired in 2019 after two years at Japanese side Sagan Tosu.
    6. Ben Chilwell – £50m (Leicester)

LAMPARD had looked light at left-back before signing the former Leicester star.
Neither Marcos Alonso nor Emerson Palmieri appealed to the Blues boss – who was willing to spend big to land one of his top targets in the summer.
Chilwell has instantly become one of the first names on the team-sheet this season, scoring twice in just five Premier League games.
Still only 23 years old, the England star is not just one for now, but one for the future, too.
    5. Jorginho – £57.4m (Napoli)

Jorginho has been a solid signing since arriving in the summer of 2018Credit: Reuters
SINCE joining from Napoli a little over two years ago, Jorginho has already racked up 75 Premier League appearances.
Occasionally a divisive figure amongst fans, the Italian has impressed during his time at Stamford Bridge.
Maurizio Sarri even preferred Jorginho to superstar N’Golo Kante in a sold defensive midfield spot during his tenure.
But Lampard has often started a two-man defensive-midfield pairing, with the two thriving alongside one another.
    4. Christian Pulisic – £58m (Borussia Dortmund)

Pulisic has impressed when fit but is injured all too oftenCredit: AFP
IF it wasn’t for injuries, the American international would arguably be the first name on the team-sheet.
Pulisic as been very impressive when fit and has scored nine times in just 28 games from the wing, including a hat-trick against Burnley last season.
The future is certainly bright for Pulisic – who will prove a bargain at £58m if he can stay fit for a prolonged period of time.
In a potential front-four alongside Werner, Havertz and Hakim Ziyech, Pulisic could help fire the Blues back towards the top spot.
    3. Alvaro Morata – £65m (Real Madrid)

Morata struggled mightily at Chelsea and is now on loan at Juventus from Atletico MadridCredit: AP:Associated Press
IN July 2017, Chelesa were desperately hunting a new striker, with both Morata and Romelu Lukaku linked.
Lukaku moved to Manchester United for £75m, with Morata the ‘cheaper’ option for Chelsea at £65m, with £59m of that paid up-front.
Having starred at Juventus and Real Madrid – the Spaniard managed just 16 Premier League goals in 47 games.
Morata was then shipped off on an 18-month loan to Atletico Madrid, where his deal became permanent in the summer of 2020.
He was immediately loaned back to Juventus after Los Rojiblancos signed Luis Suarez.
Morata recently revealed he wants to retire at Getafe – for whom he spent one season as a youth player.
    2. Kai Havertz – £70m (Bayer Leverkusen)

Havertz is still finding his feet at Chelsea after his £70m moveCredit: PA:Press Association
DESPITE being linked with a £90m move at points during the summer, the German joined for ‘just’ £70m in the end.
That puts him just £1.6m away from being Chelsea’s record signing.
Havertz has endured a hit and miss start to life at Stamford Bridge following his eagerly-anticipated move from the Bundesliga.
But the potential is unquestionably there and when Lampard finally plays him in his favoured No10 role for a string of games, he could be a superstar signing.
    1. Kepa Arrizabalaga – £71.6m (Athletic Bilbao)

Kepa has been appalling in 2020 and his Chelsea career now looks in tattersCredit: AFP
THE Spanish stopper arrived at Stamford Bridge from Athletic Bilbao in the summer of 2018 as the most-expensive goalkeeper in history.
Liverpool had signed Alisson for a then-record £67m, only for the Blues to splash out £71.6m on Kepa weeks later.
But since arriving, Kepa has looked a shell of his LaLiga self, making error after error.
Last season, he was dropped for 39-year-old veteran Willy Caballero – with Frank Lampard signing Edouard Mendy as his permanent replacement this season.
His Chelsea career appears to be over, with the club even naming technical director Petr Cech in their squad as back-up.
On top of his poor form, Kepa also controversially refused to be substituted late in the 2019 Carabao Cup final so he could be between the sticks for the penalty shootout.
An irate Maurizio Sarri – then Chelsea boss – stormed down the tunnel only to be held back by Antonio Rudiger on his return to prevent a confrontation.

CHELSEA legend Ashley Cole has revealed that Ben Chilwell spoke to him and asked for advice before his big-money move from Leicester City.

And appearing on Sky Sports as a pundit for England’s Nations League match against Belgium on Sunday, Cole revealed he told the left-back to continue to work hard and to maintain a winning mentality.

Cole said: “I think coming into a young team probably helped him, but from minute one, he was hungry to prove that he was good enough.
“That’s what he said to me, that he wants to come here, hit the ground running, ‘what do I have to do?’

“I said: ‘Listen, just keep working hard and want to play for the club, want to win,’ and straight away, he’s come in and done that.
“I think Chelsea look defensively better with him. Again, they have that better balance.
“I think he can handle the ball in every area – defensively, in the middle-third, he can deal with it and of course, attacking-wise, he can cross, he can shoot, he can combine. He’s got it all.”

Chilwell started for the Three Lions against Belgium on Sunday night.

However, he was forced off through injury after just 38 minutes and was seen holding his back as he limped off the pitch.

Chelsea left-back Marcos Alonso eyed as transfer replacement for Crystal Palace ace Patrick van Aanholt

But they are aware he may not agree terms, and have already identified Chelsea outcast Alonso as one possible target.
It has also been stated that Marseille star Jordan Amavi – who spent two seasons at Aston Villa – is another option.

The news report also adds that Palace will look to offer new deals to Jairo Riedewald, Tyrick Mitchell, Gary Cahill, Scott Dann and Vicente Guaita.
Alonso has been deemed as surplus to requirement by Frank Lampard following the arrival of Ben Chilwell at Stamford Bridge.
The Spain international hasn’t featured for the club since being hauled off at half-time during the 3-3 draw away at West Brom on September 26.
It was reported that Alonso then decided to watch the remaining 45 minutes alone on the team bus – much to the anger of Lampard who was furious with his actions.

He returned to the Hawthorns stands 15 minutes into the second half, with the Chelsea gaffer said to have scolded him in front of his team-mates.

A source told The Athletic: “The players were saying they have never seen the manager like this.
