ANGRY CONFRONTATION
Videos have since emerged on Twitter of fans confronting Webber over the remarks.
But the 38-year-old admitted that he has other priorities alongside the football club.
He added: “My life isn’t to appease Norwich fans.
“If Norwich lose on the Saturday does it ruin my next couple of days? Yes, absolutely.
“That pain will never leave when you lose a game but is it the only thing in my life? No.”
Webber was one of most sought after directors at one time, linked with the Manchester United director of football job.
The Welshman is seen to be the brains behind Norwich’s surge in recent years and the man responsible for bringing the popular Daniel Farke to Norfolk.

RIO FERDINAND trolled Queens Park Rangers after Real Madrid knocked Manchester City out of the Champions League semi-finals. The Manchester United legend was on punditry duty for BT Sport at the Bernabeu.

He was part of the BT team chatting pitchside after the game as some of the Madrid squad’s children ran around on the pitch playing.
Ferdinand was then asked what his own children’s memories were of him as a footballer, during which he won the Premier League six times, the Champions League once, plus countless more trophies.
But Ferdinand admitted his kids have no recollection of his glory days at Old Trafford.
He revealed: “The unfortunate thing is my kids only remember when I was at QPR.”

NOTTINGHAM FORREST owner Evangelos Marinakis slammed the EFL claiming automatic “promotion has been snatched away”.Forest missed out on second place on Tuesday after losing 1-0 to Bournemouth, who returned to the Premier League instead, at the Vitality Stadium.

The visitors claim they were denied a penalty when Sam Surridge appeared to be brought down by Cherries goalkeeper Mark Travers inside the area in the 41st minute.
Before referee Stuart Attwell got to make a decision, his assistant had already controversially flagged for offside.

This comes after Forest manager Steve Cooper claimed referee Attwell apologised to him after the match.

Cook, 31, was making his first return to the club he spent a decade at, having left to join Steve Cooper’s side in January.
His evening began in the most difficult circumstances, however, with his dad having had to be brought back to life by paramedics.
After his side’s 1-0 defeat, which saw Bournemouth seal promotion, Cook wrote on Twitter: “First of all a big congratulations to @afcbournemouth on promotion but tonight I need to thank the paramedics at the game.

Spence then rampaged down the right from his own half before teeing up Johnson but he was unable to get enough power in his shot and Mark Travers was able to save.
Zinckernagel was having a great game and after some trickery down the left flank he saw an angled effort kept out by Travers.
Cook ended the half having to get more treatment and a change of shirt as the blood started to pour once again from his cut.
And Bournemouth must have been ruing letting him leave as he got in yet another block after the break to deny Solanke.
