The Brazilian took to Twitter to complain about a ‘lack of respect’
The Brazilian forward has lashed out on social media at ref Daniel Siebert for lacking respect.
He even told fans on Twitter he will WARN officials next time he celebrates.
The PSG star wrote: “Total lack of respect for the athlete. This kind of thing can’t happen.. I take the yellow for simply not having done anything and I’m still harmed.
“And the judge? Not even to say he was wrong, he will! a lot of lack of respect.

“Another victory, congratulations, but we move on right? There it is; a celebration is a yellow card, another one for the list for NJ [Neymar] haha, it’s only with me that these things happen to.
“Next time I will warn the referees that I am going to do it.”
However, later it was claimed Siebert said sorry afterwards.
Neymar told A Bola: “I just met the referee and talked to him. He apologised. But now I already have the yellow card.

“This is a complete lack of respect for the players. The referees have to be there to protect us. What happened to me today is very sad.
“Football is getting boring and we can’t celebrate. This is a lack of respect not only for me, but for football.”
Neymar scored a one-on-one in the 88th minute of the game before being yellow carded.
It was the exclamation mark on the Ligue 1 giants’ win as they continue their strong start to the Champions League group stage.
Supporters of the No10 showed their admiration for the attacker.
One wrote: “Agreed. It’s a celebration that you do after every goal, can’t believe it’s a yellow card.”
While another tweeted: “That was totally disrespectful. But I hope that incident will keep you more focused and determined this season to win the Ballon d’Or and finally get the respect you need.” More

And things threatened to boil over in the closing stages of the game.
Bellingham, 19, took exception to a challenge from Foden, 22, on Dortmund right-back Thomas Meunier.
The teenage sensation came running over in defence of his club team-mate, pushing Foden in anger.
Foden himself extended an arm to push Bellingham back as glared at his Three Lions colleague.

Fellow England man Kalvin Phillips rushed over to hold the pair apart as they squared up to each other and exchanged words.
But the general consensus from social media was Bellingham would come out on top in a clash with Foden.

And a third joked: “Foden almost cried.”
Foden and Bellingham are set for an awkward reunion next week, with both set to be included in Gareth Southgate’s final camp before the World Cup.
And it was City man Foden who had the last laugh at the Etihad.
Bellingham had struck just before the hour mark to give Dortmund a shock lead, but John Stones and an Erling Haaland stunner helped the home side to a comeback 2-1 win.

Former Birmingham City man Bellingham has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League.
But when quizzed on his future, the midfielder told TNT Sports: “It’s hard to ignore it, there’s a lot of talk but when I’m on the pitch you can see how committed I am to Borussia Dortmund.
“That’s how I act amid it all.”

He added: “I’m in a new culture, I’ve taken myself outside of my comfort zone, I’ve come to something different to what I’m used to.

Watch furious Pep Guardiola get yellow card then HUG referee after Man City’s win over Dortmund leaving fans in stitches

RAGING Pep Guardiola had fans in stitches after a bizarre row with the referee. The furious Manchester City boss was booked after the full-time whistle as he protested with the official – and then he HUGGED him in a sudden mood swing.

Guardiola let rip at Daniele Orsato as the ref made his way off the Etihad pitch following City’s 2-1 comeback win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
The Spaniard appeared angry at Orsato for booking substitute Phil Foden deep into injury time after he clashed with Thomas Meunier.
Both Guardiola and Foden remonstrated with the official.
But Pep’s angry gesticulating and barking overstepped the mark.

Orsato was not afraid to brandish another yellow card – this time for the manager.
And Guardiola responded by immediately recognising his error and throwing his arms around the Italian in a touching embrace before tapping him on the back.
Pep then started walking away but then turned back and continued the conversation as Orstato explained his decisions.
Guardiola confessed to the media his outburst was wrong and his yellow card was justified.

He also confirmed he had said sorry to the referee.
But fans on Twitter could barely believe what they had seen.
One said: “Pep Guardiola hugging the referee while getting a yellow card after a win is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.”
Another wrote: “Pep making sure he doesn’t get a red after full-time by hugging the referee, the levels keep rising.”
And a third added: “This Pep referee discussion is jokes. Arguing, tells him to p*** off then gives him a hug. Then goes back to arguing.”
It looked like it was going to be a miserable night for Guardiola and City after Jude Bellingham headed in the opener.
But John Stones’ thunderbolt and Erling Haaland’s simply ridiculous acrobatic finish completed the turnaround and maintained the Premier League champions’ perfect start on their quest for European glory. More

Erling Haaland bluntly interrupts BT Sport interviewer after being told Dortmund ‘know how to stop’ Man City star

ERLING HAALAND quickly interupted a BT Sport interviewer after he claimed Borssia Dortmund knew how to stop the striker.Haaland, 22, interjected by pointing out his former side did not have all the answers as he found the net with a stunning finish in the 84th minute.

But the Norwegian was uncharatersically quiet for much of the night and was stifled by Dortmund defenders Mats Hummels and Niklas Sule.
In fact, Haaland’s goal was his only shot on target and was created by a sublime cross from Joao Cancelo, who used the outside of his right foot to find the striker.
When the interviewer put it to Haaland that Dortmund knew how to stop him, he replied bluntly saying: “They didn’t stop me, I scored.”
The comment left his team-mate John Stones in stitches and put Dortmund star Nico Schlotterbeck in his place after the defender claimed he knew how to stop Haaland.

Ahead of the match Schlotterbeck said: “I know how to stop Erling Haaland. We have to stop them as a whole, Erling is the least of our problems.”
His team-mate Jude Bellingham, who opened the scoring at the Etihad, was less confident about containing Haaland.
When asked how Dortmund can deal with the City talisman, the England international replied: “I’m not really sure to be honest.
“He’s a player with a lot of quality and a lot of physical attributes that make him dangerous and like I said it’s not an individual task, it’s something that the team have to deal with collectively.

Rangers 0 Napoli 3: Allan McGregor’s heroics the only bright spark as Italian giants fire past 10-man Gers at Ibrox

THE fans belted out God Save the King. But despite his heroics Allan McGregor just couldn’t save Rangers.

Napoli celebrate their third goal against RangersCredit: Reuters
The veteran 40 year-old keeper returned to action and made TWO sensational penalty stops after the Ibrox side were reduced to ten men.
But on a night of high drama controversial Spanish referee Antonio Mate Lahoz awarded Napoli a THIRD spot-kick which they scored.
The Italian side took full advantage of the extra man with two more goals against Giovanni Van Bronckhorst’s side.
And to run salt into Rangers’ wounds the official awarded a late penalty to the Ibrox men – before changing his mind.

It was a cruel outcome for the Dutchman and his side – and McGregor in particular – on the night when he became Rangers’ oldest ever player to play in the Champions League.
Van Bronckhorst said before the game he fundamentally wouldn’t change his football philosophy. But that didn’t mean he wouldn’t tinker with it.
And who could really blame him when it came to switching from his usual back-four to a more defensive back-five?
After back-to-back 4-0 defeats to Celtic and Ajax, he had to shore things up somehow against Italy’s impressive Serie A league leaders.

It made tactical sense to drop John Lundstram in between James Tavernier and Connor Goldson to give this side more protection.
With Ryan Jack and Steven Davis deployed in defensive roles in midfield there was far more solidity to the line-up than there has been lately. Picking Alfredo Morelos was also a huge call.
Antonio Colak could argue he hasn’t done a lot wrong this season, with seven goals to his name already.
But the truth is the Croatian striker hardly got a kick in the Old Firm game or in the Amsterdam Arena.
If Rangers were going to cause Napoli any problems they needed Morelos’ muscle and physicality.
The question was whether or not he’d be match sharp enough when it mattered in front of goal.
This was the Colombian’s first start of the season with his manager questioning his commitment to getting fully fit just a few weeks ago.
Morelos has clearly grafted his way back into Van Bronckhorst’s plans and regained his trust.
But it’s still going to take him time to get back to the player the club’s supporters know and love.
He had a great chance to score inside the first minute when he was picked out inside the Napoli six-yard box by a wonderful cross from Tavernier.

It was the type of opportunity he usually makes the most of, as the club’s record European goalscorer.
But with the crowd on its feet expecting him to hit the net he unfortunately glanced his header wide of the target.
Morelos appeared to get his timing all wrong as he jumped for the ball and you had to put that down to his lack of game-time recently.
It was the same with another chance just seconds before the end of the first-half. Scott Arfield did brilliantly to take the ball out of the sky and lay it back to Morelos with a lovely cushioned touch.
But this time his team-mate swiped at the ball and missed it altogether.
In all fairness, though, in between those two big moments for Rangers, Napoli were terrific throughout the first 45 minutes.
Polish attacker Piotr Zieliński – wearing No20 – was a constant threat whenever he got on the ball.
The same with 21 year-old Georgian superstar Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, wearing No77.
Zieliński rattled Allan McGregor’s post early on before setting up Giovanni Simeone with another chance which brought a good save from the recalled Ibrox goalkeeper.
Rangers fans also had their hearts in their mouths two or three times before the interval with terrific cross balls fired across goal.
The best one came from Zieliński which forced Goldson into some sensational last-gasp defending right under his own crossbar.
Van Bronckhorst had to be delighted with how his side were competing ahead of the second-half.

Napoli had their moments. But so did Rangers.
Just like at the start of the first-half, Rangers had a brilliant chance to score right at the beginning of the second.
Arfield just couldn’t sort his feet out quickly enough after Tavenier headed the ball down to him with his shot flying wide.
Soon at the other end McGregor was beating away a decent effort from Kvaratskhelia before Goldson flashed a header wide. But the high drama was on its way.
In 57 minutes Napoli hit Rangers on the break with Simeone racing through on goal before going down inside the box under a challenge from Sands.
The defender – who had only been booked moments earlier – was shown a second yellow card and then a red with Napoli awarded a penalty.
Up stepped Zielinski with McGregor diving to his right to made a stunning save – only for Matteo Politano to slam home the rebound.
    But wait.
VAR spotted he’d run into the box before the spot-kick was taken and the goal was disallowed.
But cruelly it meant Zielinski had another go at beating McGregor from 12 yards. Incredibly the veteran goalkeeper made ANOTHER save as Ibrox erupted.
Almost unbelievably, though, Napoli would get a third penalty within just ten minutes with Borna Barisic penalised for handball inside the box. This time there was nothing McGregor could do.
Politano took responsibility this time and the Rangers goalie guessed correctly again, but just couldn’t keep it out.
It was heartbreaking for Rangers and McGregor in particular and with ten men the task became too much.
In 84 minutes Napoli made it 2-0 with Giacomo Raspadori firing into the net from outside the box before Tanguy Ndombele added a third.
Even then Rangers never gave up and Lahore awarded the home side a penalty for handball in stoppage time. Only to look at the VAR monitor and overturn his decision.

In doing so, Chery became the first player to score for Maccabi Haifa in the Champions League since Yaniv Katan netted in a 3-3 draw with Olympiacos in November 2002.
The Israeli side finished third in Group F behind Bayer Leverkusen and Manchester United that year, but did beat the Red Devils 3-0 with goals from Katan, Raimondas Zutautas and ex-Everton striker Yakubu.
But their hopes of a giant-killing against PSG took a blow after Lionel Messi equalised for the French champions eight minutes before half-time.
Messi then turned provider with a clever pass to set up Kylian Mbappe, who slotted cooly past goalkeeper Josh Cohen before Neymar added a third late on.

Nevertheless, Maccabi Haifa have ended their long wait for a goal after losing 2-0 to Benfica in their first group stage game.
The club last competed in Europe’s premier competition in 2009-10, but failed to score and lost every one of their group stage matches against Bordeaux, Bayern Munich and Juventus.
It will be a tall order for Barak Bakhar’s side to qualify from Group H which also contains Juventus.
But they are certainly a club on the up after winning the Israeli Premier League two years running and qualifying for the Champions League for the first time in 13 years.

Chelsea 1 Red Bull Salzburg 1: Blues’ shocking defending costs Graham Potter winning start after Raheem Sterling goal

GRAHAM POTTER had never even been to a game of Champions League football until this one. And Chelsea’s new manager is going to have to acquaint himself with Europe’s elite club competition pretty damned quickly if the 2021 European champions are to avoid a chastening group-stage exit.

Salzburg striker Noah Okafor stunned Stamford Bridge with a late equaliser, after Raheem Sterling had netted the opening goal of the Potter era.
And Chelsea now head into a double-header against AC Milan, bottom of Group E and needing a couple of positive results if they are to advance to the group stage.
Potter, a low-key man, was given a low-key entrance on his opening night at Stamford Bridge.
And although this was a far superior performance to last week’s defeat in Dinamo Zagreb – which sealed Thomas Tuchel’s fate – the result was another poor one.
It has been a strange introduction for Potter, tempted away from Brighton on the day The Queen died, and with this his only fixture in his first three-and-half weeks as Chelsea manager.
    READ MORE ON CHELSEA
With most of his squad away on international duty for the next fortnight, there will be precious little time to put things right.
Chelsea dominated for long spells but there were age-old problems for Potter to get to grips with – especially the curse of the No 9 shirt which already seems to be consuming its latest inhabitant Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
It was a night for commemoration – two Chelsea Pensioners laid wreaths for the late Queen, the Bridge sang ‘God Save The King’ despite UEFA refusing an official rendition and, unlike at Anfield, they managed a full minute’s silence.
The Champions League anthem was not played as, like the beeps on the self-service check-outs at Morrisons, it was deemed a disrespectful noise.

Then on 21 minutes, the Chelsea faithful staged a minute’s applause for sacked manager Tuchel, who’d lifted the European Cup in 2021.
Pretty much the only person who wasn’t mentioned was Potter.
The former Brighton boss is not one to make a fuss anyway but, given the period of national mourning, he wasn’t introduced to the crowd over the PA system and there was no acknowledgement from the crowd either.
Tuchel’s great triumph in Porto was only 16 months ago but that is a long, long time in Chelsea politics, of course.
Yet while Potter does not have the charisma, the celebrity or the stellar CV of most Chelsea managers, his appointment is an intriguing one.
A low-profile, over-achieving English manager getting a stab at a top job has huge novelty value.
And Potter benched Kalidou Koulibaly and Wesley Fofona, £105million worth of summer signings, and from the teamsheet, it looked as if he might be reverting to a back four.
It was though, a back three, with Sterling and Reece James both employed as attack-minded wing-backs.
Chelsea made a rapid start with Aubameyang – who’d at least had the decency to hide his face with a mask in Zagreb last week – passing up an early opportunity when he hooked wide from close range.
But Salzburg – whose own manager Matthias Jaissle was far more “showbiz” in his suit, white trainers and no socks – were as lively as their eye-catching young boss.
After Kai Havertz had whistled a shot just wide, Banjamin Sesko’s curling shot was turned around the post by an alert Kepa Arrizabalaga.

It ended up a frustrating night for the new Chelsea bossCredit: Alamy
Sterling had enjoyed one or two decent moments in the first half, cutting in from the left, but he made his mark in the 48th minute.
James fed Mason Mount, whose low centre evaded two Salzburg defenders and Aubameyang, and rolled to Sterling who bent a shot which was tucked into the bottom corner of the net with a goodnight kiss.
Chelsea were playing some decent stuff now but there was still little end product.
Too often, enterprising moves were cut short when the ball reached either Aubameyang or Kai Havertz.
And midway through the second half both of Chelsea’s forwards were hooked by Potter – with Armando Broja and Ruben Loftus-Cheek sent on in their place.
Broja, a favourite with Blues fans, almost scored within seconds but bent his shot wide and was ruled narrowly offside.
There was a scare for Potter’s men when Dijon Kameri whipped in a cross and Okafor headed straight at Kepa.
But minutes later, the Austrians made good on that warning.
Mateo Kovacic appeared to be fouled as they cleared their lines but as the Croatian midfielder lay prone, Salzburg fizzed forward.
And when Thiago Silva mistimed a tackle, Junior Adamu cut back for Okafor to drill home the 75th-minute leveller.
There was almost an instant response when Loftus-Cheek was up-ended on the edge of the box and from Marc Cucurella’s free-kick, but James whistled one narrowly over the bar.

Kovacic was replaced by Hakim Ziyech, who was booed by large sections of the Chelsea support who feel, perhaps harshly, he downed tools on Tuchel.
Chelsea piled on the pressure but Broja snatched at his shot in injury-time, clearing the bar, and Salzburg had a very useful point.
