Icardi has been sensational since arriving in Turkey
However, he made no such mistake in Turkey when the German champions came to visit.
Galatasaray were awarded the penalty when Icardi was brought down by Joshua Kimmich as he attempted to get on the end of a low cross.
Despite his miss against Man Utd, Icardi was selected as the man to face Sven Ulreich from 12 yards.
And he had the confidence to audaciously dink the ball down the middle as Ulreich dived to his right.
