Lascelles, 29, has had two games to get up to speed for the biggest task of his career: keeping PSG superstar Mbappe quiet tomorrow night.
And he said: “I already know how he plays, he has so many clips on TikTok – you see them all the time!
“I will be staying off TikTok for a few days. He is probably the best player in the world but you want to play against him.
“It’s something you don’t even dream of but there won’t be sleepless nights – it is just a massive opportunity for us.”

Lascelles joined Newcastle from Nottingham Forest in 2015 and is one of the few still there who dropped down and one promotion back from the Championship.
And with so many Champions League newbies in Eddie Howe’s squad, Lascelles will be relying on usual matchday skipper Kieran Trippier more than ever.
The England right-back has played in the competition with both Tottenham and Atletico Madrid.
And Lascelles added: “These are new waters for us. Tripps has played on nights like this and we will lean into him.

“Stay calm and treat it like another game, that is the best approach.
“I have never dreamed of playing in the Champions League with Newcastle, because we were always in relegation battles and it has always been tough.
“Since Eddie Howe came in and the takeover it has given us hope. From then, that is when you think it is a thing.
“Until then I never thought about it. It was unrealistic, wasn’t it?”
Lascelles was in the headlines for the wrong reasons in August when caught up in a shocking city centre brawl after he and his brother were allegedly attacked.
But his football has been doing the talking over the last week as he helped shut out Manchester City in the Carabao Cup last Wednesday before beating Burnley 2-0 on Saturday.
The Magpies have now kept five straight clean sheets.
And Lascelles said: “I am happy to be back. I am a competitor and want to play but when people are doing well I am mature enough to get behind them and support.

“I am definitely a lot fitter under the manager. For years I have been used to sitting deep and getting behind the ball.

Zaha had an unsuccessful two-year stint at the Red Devils who signed him from Crystal Palace in January 2013 but let him stay at Selhurst Park until the end of the season.
The winger moved to Manchester six months later but never managed to win over then manager David Moyes, who shipped him out on loan to Cardiff in January 2014.
The Ivory Coast international returned to Palace on August and made his comeback permanent a year later to spend a whopping eight seasons with the Eagles until his move to Galatasaray last summer.
The 30-year-old’s last ever match with United took place on December 15, 2013 in a Premier League clash against Aston Villa at Villa Park.

Zaha came off the bench and helped the Manchester giants win 3-0 thanks to a goal by Tom Cleverley and a Danny Welbeck double.
All of his team-mates from that day have either joined other clubs or called time on their careers.
That is except one of them – whom the forward will meet in the Champions League in a reunion no one would ever expect before the start of the season.
That is Jonny Evans, who returned to United in the summer at the age of 35 eight years after his departure.

Uefa considering creating a SUPER LEAGUE with relegations and possible weekend games – meaning end of Champions League

UEFA are reportedly considering creating their own Super League in a move that would mean the end of the Champions League.European football’s governing body are set to discuss plans for a new competition, which would feature relegations and possible weekend games.
Uefa are planning to create their own Super League
The news comes over two years on from the failed plot to launch a European Super League to rival the Champions League.
However, Spanish newspaper El Pais now reports that Uefa and the European Club Association are refining their own idea for a Super League.
Their plans consist of three leagues made up of 18 teams each, with promotion and relegation between the divisions.
The divisions would be named the Super League, Europa League and Aspiring League, meaning an end to the Champions League.

According to the report, the plans will be discussed at the next Uefa Executive Committee meeting.
There will be four teams relegated and promoted between the second and third division, with two spots between the top two leagues.
It is understood that this comes from elite clubs not wanting the risk of relegation to be as big.
They have also requested that the relegation from the Super League is determined by an average of three or five seasons instead of one.

If put into action, the planned Super League would not begin until after the end of the 2024-27 cycle.
Plans are being drawn up for each league to be split into two groups with a final stage, to avoid clubs playing 34 matches on top of their league schedules.
Teams will be allowed to name squads of 34 players, though, in order to cope with the additional matches.
Some of those fixtures could even be played on weekends in place of international matches.
Meanwhile, winning a domestic league title or achieving a high league position could be rewarded with a cash bonus or extra points in the Super League. More
