      She shared pics of the loved-up couple cuddling in front of a fireplace in what appears to be a cottage for a romantic getaway.
      Chilwell, wearing a chequered knitted jumper, plants an adoring kiss on Cartia’s cheek as the model shows off a beaming smile.

      Pique and Shakira announced their separation back last summer amid rumours the ex-Barca star had cheated.
      The former footballer has remained tight-lipped about his famous ex, but in a new interview name-dropped her.
      Tiktok star John Nellis questioned Pique over the best-known contact in his phone during the chat.
      Pique replied: “I would say Shakira maybe, who was my partner.”

      The singer is reportedly willing to share details of the breakup with the former Barca star.
      The upcoming interview will likely not be done in Spain, the outlet reports.
