      The estate agents closed the deal with Messi for the mansion on Monday.
      The house comes with 170 feet of waterfront.
      According to Forbes, it covers 10,500 in square-foot and consists of eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, a three-car garage and a pool.

      And it is close to Inter Miami’s DRV PNK Stadium.
      Samuel and Donna Simpkin represented Messi in getting a deal over the line.
      The South American was away on international duty with Argentina – where he bagged the winner in a 1-0 victory over Ecuador on Friday.

      The purchase comes after Messi was recently spotted househunting with his family.
      Messi has three sons with wife 35-year-old wife Antonela – Ciro, Thiago and Mateo.
      Property taxes on the house are thought to be in the region of £67,000 per year.
      The inside of the house is just as impressive as the outside.
      There is plenty of unique decor as one room even includes a model of a sheep – which should surely be swapped out for a GOAT.
      The is plenty of natural light in the house that comes through the big windows that will allow Messi to enjoy views of the water outside.
      The walls and floors are also decorated with what is said to be “bespoke finishes that speak to the highest standards of luxury design”.
      The area Messi has decided to buy in saw a community record purchase just two years ago when social media influencer Patrick Bet-David spent £16.31m on his own mansion.
      The lucrative region in South Florida is set to play host to Messi and his family for at least the next two years after he signed a deal with Inter Miami until 2025.
      The Barcelona legend’s new contract is thought to be worth between £40-48m per season.

      MASON Greenwood could be set to move into a sprawling mansion in an exclusive neighbourhood that was once home to superstars like David Beckham and Zinedine Zidane. On Friday the striker sealed a season-long loan deal to LaLiga side Getafe in an attempt to kick start his career.

      Manchester United confirmed last month Greenwood would not play for the club again after a six-month internal investigation into rape and assault charges that were dropped.
      The Sun exclusively revealed that Man United had put together a care package worth £8,000 per month which will pay for villa near his new club’s training ground.

      Now The Sun can reveal that Greenwood could be set to move into an exclusive enclave on the outskirts of Madrid that was once home to superstars such as Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zidane and Gareth Bale.
      Fernando Torres and Sergio Ramos are among the current residents in LaFinca, where properties sell for around €15million and can cost up to €20,000 per month to rent.
      It is known as one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in Spain, offering top notch security and most importantly, privacy.
      The enclave is described as Spain’s ‘Beverly Hills’ and is home to some of the country’s wealthiest people with sprawling mansions, luxury golf courses and shopping malls.
      A private security firm has agents patrolling its tree-lined streets, while guards are stationed at the entrance 24/7.
      It has three perimeter fences to keep out unwelcome visitors and any potential burglars, while scores of security cameras have every corner covered.

      It is deemed so safe that many of the homeowners reportedly don’t even bother installing an alarm system in the upmarket area of Pozuelo de Alarcon.
      Bale paid around £10,000-per-month in rent to stay in the Pozuelo de Alarcón part of La Finca, in an amazing 1,500 square metre property that is built on two-storeys.
      It boasts four bedrooms, an indoor pool, gym, two utility rooms, several terraces and porches, as well as a six-car garage.
      Former Man United ace Ronaldo bought a home there for around €5million in 2010 before carrying out extensive renovation works.
      It now counts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully-equipped gym, garage and more.
      The home was last year shown on the Netflix reality show ‘Soy Georgina’, which followed the daily life of his partner Georgina Rodriguez.
      LaFinca is one of two luxury neighbourhoods that Greenwood would likely move to, the other being La Moraleja, just a further 20 minutes’ drive north-east.
      They have endured a fierce rivalry when it comes to footballers in recent years.
      A spokeswoman from estate agency Promora, which sells properties in both areas, told the Sun: “I cannot say where Greenwood will be living but it will most likely be between La Finca or La Morajela.
      “Either are like a footballer’s paradise because they are very green areas with wide avenues and with great 24-hour security.
      “They have everything they need with their own shops, supermarkets and cinemas etc, meaning they don’t ever have to leave.
      In 2016, French player Raphael Varane had his home in La Moraleja raided.
      The spokesman added: “It really depends on their lifestyle. If they have children for example, La Moraleja can be a preferred option because there are many top quality international colleges nearby.”
      MAD FOR IT
      One mansion in the Moraleja neighbourhood of Alcobendas even has a nuclear bunker.
      The H-shaped estate, which David Beckham visited during his stint at Real Madrid, has an 80 square metre bunker that is ‘totally sealed’ off, complete with a bedroom, bathroom, food supplies and a radio communication system, according to director of Promora Gonzalo Lopez-van Dam.
      While La Moraleja has a private security firm, some of its streets are still accessible to the public, increasing the risk of being photographed or robbed.
      Nevertheless, it still attracts huge stars, including Real Madrid’s Luka Modric, who lives in a €12million villa with his wife and three children.
      It now appears that Greenwood is determined to seize the chance to turn his career around in Spain.
      A source said: “He’s going on loan but remains a United player.“It means the club has an ongoing duty of care to him and they’ve pledged to help him make a success of his move to Spain.
      “The villa is big enough for friends and family to visit. They will get the opportunity to travel to see him as much as they can.
      “It’s important he has a solid support network around him. The last thing they want is Mason isolated.”
      It is understood United will pay more than half of his £75,000-a-week wages while he is in Spain.
      Another source said Greenwood is raring to go. They added: “He’s happy he’s got himself a club in LaLiga and can finally begin to put the last two years behind him.

      The World Cup winner, 29, has now put the gated property in Cheshire on the market – while also claiming up to £10million in unpaid wages from City for time he spent suspended from playing.
      He is being chased for an £800,000 tax debt by HMRC, who are seeking a bankruptcy order.
      His accountant has now told a court hearing Mendy was seeking “in the order of nine to 10million pounds gross” from the Premier League winners.
      Mendy’s home in Cheshire has been put on the market by estate agent Savills for £5million as the star attempts to claw back costs.

      Glimpses inside the home were previously made public while he was in the dock before being cleared of all charges.
      Drone footage was played at Chester Crown Court last August including aerial shots above Mendy’s home 17 miles south of central Manchester.
      Jurors were also shown a police bodycam “walk-through” inside.
      Footage featured the ground floor including a swimming pool, jacuzzi and cinema room – while the property also featured an indoor football pitch.

      The footballer wept after being cleared of rape and attempted rape on July 14.
      A jury acquitted him of attempting to rape a woman aged 29 as she showered at his home in October 2018.
      He was also found not guilty of raping a 24-year-old woman in a bedroom at his Cheshire home two years later.
      He celebrated his freedom that evening with pals by going out.
      And he turned up at the Pitts complex in Ardwick, Manchester, two days later for a kickabout with strangers.
      Mendy had last played for City against Tottenham Hotspur in August 2021 before being suspended by the club later that month when he was arrested.

      Del Real claims the house is also Shakira’s first home in Spain.
      “Shakira lived in that house in 2012 when she arrived in Barcelona,” he said.
      “What’s more, the images of Shakira leaving the hospital, of her pregnant and arriving at the house were in that house, which is in the town of Cambrils.

      “It’s quite secure, it’s not next to the sea but it does have a lot of privacy.”
      He added: “It is an old Piqué house, I imagine that he would have rented it or used it on a weekend.
      “It is not a new love nest, it is a house that they are going to use to go live or settle for summer with Clara Chía.”
      The couple will leave Piqué’s Barcelona city centre apartment and move into the mansion, located just a few metres away from the beach.

      A report from Look magazine stated that the football ace and his partner Georgina Rodriguez have infuriated their neighbours to-be by carrying out extensive work on the property – which was meant to be completed by July.
      The construction on the mega-mansion has been ongoing for more than three years and is reportedly set to continue for another 12 months at least.
      A video posted to Instagram last month by Portuguese socialite, Lili Canecas, showed that there was still a great deal of work to be done on the home – which locals are calling Pharaoh Ronaldo’s Pyramid.
      The mansion resembled a construction site at the time, leaving nearby residents frustrated with the spoilt view.

      One neighbour said: “They’ve been building for three years. The house is so big it looks like a hospital. 
      “My street has been closed for months, my garden is full of dust. My street has been closed for months, my garden full of dust. All because of Pharaoh Ronaldo’s “pyramid”.
      According to the publication, the project was originally expected to cost £10million, before the price shot up to £17million and has now reached a whopping £28million.
      But not only are neighbours furious about the allegedly shabby-looking mansion, they also reportedly have concerns surrounding their privacy.

      “It is impossible to have privacy in that house. It’s too exposed. From any point of the ‘Quinta’ you can see his house, fully glazed,” said a neighbour.
      “It is so high that you can see the gardens of many of us, it is surrounded by a golf course that you have tried to buy at all costs and it has not worked out”.
      Ronaldo’s mansion is set to include a giant glass swimming pool with an underwater walkway. 
      The 38-year-old football legend also reportedly wants a master bedroom measuring 1,000 square feet as part of what is believed to be Portugal’s most expensive property development.
      The Sun has approached Ronaldo’s representatives for comment.
      The Portuguese star also owns a luxury villa in Turin, Italy from his time at Juventus, as well as a £4.8million mansion on a gated fortress estate called La Finca close to Madrid. 
      As well as that, Ronaldo boasts a seven-storey apartment block in Funchal on the island of his birth, Madeira.
      The football legend’s former Cheshire home was also up for grabs for more than £5million in February.
      The stunning pad, owned by the Portuguese sporting icon, is located in millionaire’s playground Alderley Edge and boasts a whopping seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
