The shaken group — including fiancée Sasha Attwood, his parents, gran, two sisters and brother — dashed for cover at the unfamiliar mansion which Jack moved into just before Christmas.
Police fearing a hostage situation raced to the scene and a helicopter scoured the estate.
Neighbours were told to lock doors and stay inside.
Despite extensive security and perimeter fencing around Jack’s   lavish home, the crooks got in and fled with £1million of watches and jewellery on Wednesday night.

The England ace, 28, rushed back from City’s 3-1 win to comfort his traumatised family and was yesterday seen checking paths next to  the £5.6million Cheshire property.
A source told The Sun: “The family are really shaken.
“The gang took a lot of watches and jewellery.
“They executed their raid when Manchester City were playing live on TV and all his family had gathered downstairs to cheer him on.

“No one was injured but there was a lot of panic.
“Everyone was terrified as they were all so vulnerable.
“It’s an enormous property, so it is understandable why no one heard anything at first.
“It was also the first time the family had visited  so they were unfamiliar with the property.
“When the dogs went mad, and they could hear people creeping about, they pressed the security panic alarm.
“An emergency unit responded immediately, with multiple police cars and a chopper deployed. Initially, they feared they could be facing a hostage situation or worse.”
The raid is the latest on multi-million Premier League stars,  with West Ham skipper Kurt Zouma’s property in Essex targeted shortly   before Christmas.
On Wednesday night and yesterday, cops combed the area around Jack’s mansion from the ground and air in a desperate bid to apprehend the gang.
He and 27-year-old model and influencer Sasha bought the “exceptional modern” seven-bed mansion set in 24 acres last year but have only just moved in.
Their home boasts a helipad, boating and fishing lake, wine cellar, tennis court, golf tee and full-sized football and cricket pitches.
Yesterday forensic crime scene officers were seen leaving the property while two officers were carrying out door-to-door enquiries with neighbours in the hope of finding any CCTV footage.
Sources said Jack was told of the break-in minutes after City’s win at Goodison Park.
And shaken residents told how five police patrol cars dashed to the   area at 10pm.
One said: “The police arrived at my property and asked if they could enter the land to carry out searches.
“They went towards Grealish’s land and were shining lights up and down a bridleway.
“They said there was a man on the loose and that we should lock our doors  then they drove off.
“A police helicopter was circling for about 20-30 minutes and shining a red light down but then it flew off.”
Jack had a perimeter fence installed soon after purchasing the vast property.
Signs warn it is protected by a security company and guards are based  in a mobile home on the driveway.
Yesterday a van from Adept Security Systems which specialises in CCTV, intruder alarms and barriers and gates was seen parked  at the property.
On Christmas Day Grealish and Sasha posed with their dog Skye and wrote on  Instagram: “Merry Christmas everyone, beautiful day with the family.”
Jack also posted an image of a dinner table set for eight guests and a menu titled “Sasha and Jack Christmas Day 2023”.
In October The Sun told how Jack had won a planning battle to build a leisure suite at the mansion — complete with his own treatment room.
He enjoys a close relationship with his immediate family and has described sister Hollie, 20, as his best friend.
Confirming  their investigation, Cheshire Police told The Sun: “At around 9.50pm on Wednesday  December 27 police were called to reports of a burglary.
“The caller reported that a number of items had been stolen.
“Officers supported by police dogs and National Police Air Service were deployed and searches were conducted in the local area but there was no trace of the suspects.

Tyson Fury hearing today as dad John arrives at court over £82,000 council tax row at their £1million mansion

TYSON Fury faces a court hearing today alongside his dad and brother after being accused of dodging a whopping £82,000 council tax bill for a car park at their £1million mansion. The two-time heavyweight boxing champion, 35, bought the property with his father John, 59, and sibling Shane, 32, which is just a stone’s throw from where they grew up.

John has arrived at Chester magistrates court for the hearing – but Tyson, who is worth £130million, is not currently in the country after jetting out to Saudi Arabia last week on a private jet.
Shane is also absent for the hearing.
John currently lives at the house in Styal, Cheshire, and the trio – worth jointly over £134million – have failed to cough up £82,166.85 to Cheshire East Council for the adjoining car park, court documents claim.
Multiple caravans and motorhomes are parked on the land behind impressive big black gates at the entrance to the home.
    MORE ON FURY
The hearing could see the Furys be hit with a liability order if found guilty, or in extreme cases even face up to three months in jail.
If granted, they could face “enforcement action”, meaning an unlucky bailiff will be given the unenviable task of reclaiming assets from the boxing family.
Married dad-of-seven Tyson dubbed The Gypsy King, is 6ft 9in.
John is a 6ft 3in ex-pro boxer and bare-knuckle fighter, who once went to jail for gouging a man’s eye out.

Shane is a former superheavyweight amateur boxer.
Tyson also has other boxing brothers, including Love Island star Tommy, 24.
Barrister Sarah Robson, a fixed costs specialist at Alpha Court Chambers, said: “Often, the first time people realise a liability order has been granted is when bailiffs are sent round.
“Cases are often sent to magistrates in batches of hundreds and sometimes thousands, and they are rubber stamped without real scrutiny.” More

Brazil icon Cafu’s £6.5million mansion with lift, cinema and football pitch is auctioned off to help settle debt

TWO-TIME World Cup winner Cafu’s £6.5million family mansion in Sao Paulo has been auctioned off for just £4m to help settle his massive debts. The Brazil legend, 53, is set to be given just 45 days to vacate the lavish property in the affluent area of Alphaville once a judge confirms the sale.

The £6.5m six-bedroom home has been sold for just £4m
The lavish property boasts a lift and a swimming pool
Cafu also had a football pitch built at the property
Former Roma and AC Milan right-back Cafu, the only player in history to have appeared in three World Cup finals, had tried to stop the auction by claiming the six-bed mansion was his main residence and as a family asset could not be taken from him under Brazilian law.
His defence lawyers claimed the payment of debts he has racked up since retiring from football were guaranteed through other properties he owned.
But their arguments were rejected and the auction of the property, which boasts a lift, cinema room and football pitch, went ahead.
The mansion has been bought by a company that will hand over the cash through an initial deposit followed by 15 monthly payments, according to local reports.

The property was due to be auctioned off in September, but it was suspended following a dispute over its valuation.
The successful bid, lodged two days ago, turned out to be just under the £4.35m offered by another bidder in a pre-sale before the suspension of the first planned auction three months ago.
Cafu, whose son Danilo died in September 2019 after suffering a heart attack during a football match aged just 30, reportedly had five properties seized earlier the same year over financial debts he was said at the time to have incurred after lending from his business Capi Penta International Player.
The business was set up in 2004 by the former footballer and his wife Regina to administrate the careers of various footballers and athletes.

Cafu said at the time: “It’s my personal problem. I can give my properties, my car, my house, I can pay my debts how I want.”
Reports in 2019 said he had another 15 properties in his and his wife’s name with six-figure mortgages on them.
His house also had an outdoor swimming area

Earlier this year the 53-year-old, full name Marcos Evangelista de Morais, insisted: “A lot of people are saying I’m broke. We all have problems but I’m not broke.
“I have this debt problem but it will be solved. With my sweat, work and dedication we will solve this.”
Claiming his financial problems started after he tried to help a Sao Paulo-based businessman he didn’t name on Brazilian TV programme Domingo Spectacular, he added: “I lent him my image, I lent him some things, and it ended up generating this debt for trusting this person. And the debt snowballed.
“The creditors came to me to collect this debt because I simply tried to help a friend.”
Cafu, the most-capped player for the Brazil national team with 142 appearances, is not the only soccer legend from the South American country whose finances have been under the spotlight in recent years.
Last month it was reported ex-teammate Ronaldinho, also part of Brazil’s 2002 World Cup winning squad, was facing the seizure of two properties in his homeland to pay off tax debts.
Tax chiefs were said to have ordered a valuation of his real estate assets in Rio de Janeiro and his home state of Rio Grande do Sul so they could be used to recoup the money owed by the former footballer if necessary.

Frustrated tax inspectors set their sights on Ronaldinho’s property after failing to find any money in the footballer’s bank accounts, according to Brazilian media reports.
In November 2018 the 43-year-old had luxury cars and artwork seized by Brazilian officials after he and his brother Roberto de Assis Moreira were chased by officials over claims he owed money for fines levied against his charity.
The previous month Ronaldinho had his passport confiscated after state prosecutors attempting to recover money in a separate case linked to illegal construction in a protected area, discovered just £5 in his bank account.
He ended up spending a month in prison in Paraguay and four more months under house arrest at a hotel in its capital Asuncion after flying into the country on a fake passport in March 2020.
Ronaldinho and his brother had entered Paraguay to launch an online casino and a book with doctored passports falsely showing they were naturalised Paraguayan citizens. The passports had been issued to two women before being modified.
The former footballer spent his 40th birthday in prison before he and his elder sibling were allowed to move to the four-star Palmaroga Hotel in the Paraguayan capital as part of a house arrest deal.
    Read More on The Sun
Roberto was freed with a criminal record after pleading guilty to using a false document and being given a suspended prison sentence.
He and Ronaldinho were ordered to pay around £153,000 in compensation before being allowed to fly back to Brazil, with the former soccer star having to pay £68,000 of the total and his brother the rest. More
