The property, described as an Aladdin’s cave, is protected by security gates and features a cinema, gym and spa while a grand piano takes centre stage in the drawing room.
It also comes with landscaped gardens, a triple garage, five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Photos from inside the property reveal a number of football strips including from Rangers and Manchester Utd while a statue of a basketball player can be seen in the bar area.
Lovenkrands previously put the three-storey pad up for sale at offers over £1.2million in 2013 while playing for Birmingham City.

However he later removed it when he moved back to Scotland after retiring from the game.
But the Danish footballer is now looking to bag a home win by selling the property with a starting price of £1.3m.
Cameron Ewer, property agent at Savills, said: “It is like Aladdin’s cave.
“Deceptively large and full of hidden qualities. It really is a house that has to be seen to be understood.”

“The innovative and striking exterior is mirrored inside by bold lines and an incredible sense of space along with multiple windows bringing superb levels of natural light into the house.”
In 2016, Lovenkrands won a fight to stop a house being built next door after arguing it would ruin his privacy and spoil his views.
Lovenkrands played for Rangers for six years before leaving in 2006 having scored 37 goals in 129 appearances for the Ibrox side.
He has also had spells at Schalke and Newcastle before retiring in 2014.

The 3,927-sqft property, which is nestled between two of the most sought-after addresses in London, has an eye-watering price tag of £11.95m.
Sitting behind the home’s original façade is five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
But, what’s also sitting behind that brick and wood façade is a gym, steam room, integrated Sonos sound system, cinema room, private terrace and wine display wall.
There is a dining room with a retractable skylight, seeing it transform from indoors to al fresco in an instant, too.

The home also boasts a fireplace in every room, and space to park three cars with outdoor parking and a garage.
The sprawling house, which is mostly decorated with white, black, and reds, also has a pizza oven and living wall off the master suite.
Dein has owned the home since 2010 and had many renovations undertaken in that time to create the mansion it is today.
Charlie Gibson, the chief executive of Oliver Bernard Private which is selling the property, said: “The owner refurbished the home to an LA style of living where it is really open planned.

“They have put in things like a pizza oven, which I have never seen in a Mayfair house.
“The owner is also a huge gardening fan, so she has a created a living wall which is such a great feature.”
Mr Gibson said: “It is almost impossible to get a garage in this area, but this has got a car stacker for two cars and you can park a car outside your mews.
“You’ve only got three streets with mews houses in Mayfair, so if you get internationals who like mews houses, which a lot of them do as they are so quintessentially English, you’ve only got a few places in Mayfair you can get them.”
Dein was vice chairman of Arsenal from 1983-2007.
During these 24 years, Dein appointed Arsene Wenger, celebrated 18 trophy wins, and oversaw the team’s invincible season of 2003/2004.

One of the three suspects was arrested after an alarm sounded and police raced to the scene after being contacted by a private security firm.
Detectives are said to be hunting the other two culprits.
Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport said the attempted break-in around 7.30pm on Thursday occurred in the same area of Turin where Cristiano Ronaldo and his family lived while he played for Juventus.
Unconfirmed reports said neighbours had heard shots and a gun had been found near the scene.

Di Maria, who provided a hat-trick of assists in his team’s 3-1 Champions League home win over Maccabi Haifa on Wednesday, has yet to comment on social media.
The 34-year-old Argentinian put his £4.1million Prestbury mansion up for sale in March 2015 a month after trespassers tried to force entry to the luxury house while he had dinner inside with his wife Jorgelina Cardoso and daughters Mia and Pia.
They relocated to a luxury hotel after the attempted break-in, which occurred less than a year after Di Maria joined United for a British transfer record fee of £59.7m.
In March last year he was substituted during a PSG game after it emerged his home had been burgled with his family inside.
    Most read in Football
Three men and a minor were subsequently arrested over the raid, in which the intruders reportedly got away with more than £400,000 in jewellery and watches from a safe.
Although initial reports claimed Jorgelina and their two daughters had been kidnapped, it later emerged they were inside the house but had not discovered the break-in until afterwards and did not have any contact with the criminals.
Dusan Vlahovic, who scored one of Juventus’ three goals on Wednesday, is the team-mate said to have been at Di Maria’s mansion when the attempted break-in occurred.
The Argentinian, who spent a forgettable season at United, has now set up more goals in Champions League history than Lionel Messi and is just four behind Ronaldo, who boasts the most assists at 42. More
