I’ve received WhatsApp messages from Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury because of what I said about them – the truth hurts

CARL FROCH has received messages from both Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury after he slammed the heavyweight pair. The former unified super-middleweight champion is no stranger to sharing his opinions on the British bruisers – which he’s done in numerous interviews and on his podcast.

And he claims Joshua – who he’s been in a public war of words with over the last few months – has taken umbrage to his comments to the point where he’s angrily messaged him.
He told The Daily Star: “I have no personal animosity with him, but when I speak on my channel – Froch on Fighting, it’s the best YouTube channel out there – I just try to be honest.
“I say what the fans are thinking and sometimes it hurts people. They know the truth hurts.”
Froch claims Joshua quickly deletes his WhatsApp tirades before he gets the chance to read them.

The 46-year-old added: “I have had three or four messages from AJ.
“But he has deleted them before I could see them on WhatsApp. That’s a true story.”
WBC heavyweight champion Fury has also taken exception to Froch’s recent comments about his upcoming fight with MMA star Francis Ngannou.
The Cobra revealed: “Tyson Fury messaged me the other day, just to justify the Ngannou fight, which is just about the money, but we know that anyway.

“I have had a couple of messages but it’s all friendly, no nasty stuff.
“The only person who was ever nasty was George Groves.”
Froch’s recent gripe with Joshua stems from the former two-time unified heavyweight champion’s comments about his separation from long-time trainer Robert McCracken.
Froch said: “He recently parted company with Rob McCracken which I have got no problem with at all.
“But when he starts saying things like he has wasted his best years with Rob McCracken and he’s got to make up for lost time.

“I think, ‘Come on, he took you to Olympic gold, he took you to multiple world titles which you defended.
“‘You didn’t win it all; you lost to Ruiz and lost the rematch to Usyk with your new coach.
    “Have some respect.'”

Joshua, 33, will be back in action a week on Saturday in a domestic dust-up with long-time rival Dillian Whyte.
Fury’s controversial crossover clash with Ngannou, meanwhile, will take place in Saudi Arabia on October 28. More

She has amassed a record of nine wins and one defeat since making her professional debut in 2019.
Bridges juggled her job as a high school maths teacher during her first fights as a pro.
Now, as a full-time boxer, she has a new side-hustle as she rakes in the cash on OnlyFans.
Asked why she turned to OnlyFans, she told No Context Sport: “Well why not, for one? What’s the problem with women empowering themselves? Why’s there so much judgement?

“I’ve always been a person who doesn’t really give a f*** what people think.
“Why should I hold myself back and my success back or being able to gain generational wealth because someone’s going to think I’m a f***ing slut?
“To be fair I know OnlyFans is ‘porn’, it was all about that but it’s actually not now. There’s so many athletes doing OnlyFans because it’s all about exclusive content.
“The only reason I didn’t do it originally was because I was still school teaching. I’m never going to go back to the classroom.”

And Warrington was late out of the traps again earlier this summer while representing twin daughters Eliza and Olivia at their sports day.
The Elland Road diehard challenges Nottingham Forest fan Wood in Sheffield on October 7 for his WBA crown — and only a burst out of the bell will be good enough.
Wazza said: “I went into the Lopez fight after jaw surgery and I was just too worried about it getting whacked.

“My eye slipped off the ball again and I was rubbish out of the blocks.
“It was a bit embarrassing but I am getting a bit used to that lately.”
The only thing missing from Warrington’s CV — that includes career- defining wins over Lee Selby and Carl Frampton — is a bout in the USA where he can emulate his hero Ricky Hatton by taking thousands of fans on a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
He added: “Some of the people who come to my fights were in Huddersfield and Bolton for four-round fights, at the end of the night when the cleaners were coming in.
“I meet people who tell me they were in Vegas for Ricky’s biggest nights and that they were the best times of their lives.
“And I have to reward these people for the time and money they have invested in me. I owe it to them and I will.” More
