HEAVYWEIGHT boxer, fashion icon, and now property magnate. We are used to seeing Anthony Joshua, 34 dominate in the ring.

AJ has spent his wealth wisely on property investments, including this retail space in Bond Street
73 New Bond Street cost AJ £25m
While since he became a sporting legend, glam magazines have put AJ on their front covers modelling designer clobber and looking dapper in a fine cut suit.
But, it’s as a real estate investor the two-time unified WBO, IBF, and WBA champion is using as his retirement plan.
Playing real-life Monopoly, Joshua has bought commercial buildings in Mayfair and Bond Street – the latter for a whopping £25million.
Through his company 258 Investments he has also acquired two residential homes in North London, and is said to own three homes in his native Watford worth £1.5million.

Back in October, The Sun exclusively reported Joshua dropped £30million on a 301,000 square foot property in Hertfordshire, which was previously the HQ for oil giant BP.
    73 New Bond Street, £25million
Before the dust had settled following his April demolition of Jermaine Franklin at the Greenwich O2, we revealed AJ had splashed the cash on a property on one of London’s poshest streets.
While he may have earned around £20million for that pay day, that didn’t cover the cost of 73 New Bond St.
AJ spent £25million on that exclusive address.

A source close to the boxer told SunSport: “He has always had his eye on the bigger picture when it comes to business and wealth.
“He eclipses most other stars when it comes to how to handle great wealth.”
    12-16 Dering Street, £20million
Home to the local Mayfair gastropub Bonds, AJ also acquired 12-16 Derring Street, estimated to be worth around £20million.
The 6,300 square foot building boasts office space too.
It is just 100 metres from Hanover Square’s Elizabeth line entrance, so it’s prime Central London.
Gives AJ more scope in plush West London.

    North London, £2million
AJ has a deep affinity to North London.
He bought his mum her home there, while he honed his skills as a youngster at Finchley Boxing Club.
So it was no surprise he would invest in property nearby.
This stunning family home will be netting him a fortune from a potential renter.
AJ has another home, not far from there, that is also worth around £2million mark.
AJ has two North London properties listed on his 258 Investments website
Both properties are said to be worth around £2m
    Hertfordshire, £30million
The biggest commercial space AJ has ever bought is this 301,000 square foot monster in Hertfordshire, another part of the world he should know well having grown up in Watford.
It used to be the the HQ for oil giant BP. That’s right, AJ’s coining in enough dough to buy out an oil company.
The estate includes more than 1,300 parking spaces and contains several blue chip firms.
But the fighter has not yet revealed what his plans are for it.
A close pal of the 2012 Olympic gold medalist told The Sun: “AJ has seen so many athletes build vast wealth and then squander it all.
“He is smarter than that. He has been working to build a huge empire that spans multiple large investments in different industries and will continue to grow way after he hangs up his gloves. He and his partners have really big plans for the complex he has bought.”
Most recently, AJ bought the HQ of oil giant BP for £30m
    Retail, £750,000
Not much is known about AJ’s purchase of a retail spot in another spot in North London, close to Alexandra Palace.
But their Instagram suggests it was an impulse buy – which is great if you have the money.

Benn’s Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn wanted a controversial showdown against Eubank despite his star not having a licence to fight in the UK.
It was hoped that the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium would stage the huge domestic showdown but terms could not be agreed.
Now Benn has announced that he will battle Dobson, 33, instead as he claimed it is “the beginning of our pursuit for world welterweight championships”.
He said: “I was disappointed when my previous fight fell through, but in this sport, when one door shuts, another one opens.

“This setback has brought me back to where I need to be, and I’m here to put the entire 147 [lb] division on notice.”
Dobson has a 16-0 record and has recorded nine knockouts but has not fought for over a year.
Hearn said: “This is a big night for Conor where he can send a message to the world champions and elite names that he’s ready to take them on in 2024.”
Benn, who also boasts a 22-0 unbeaten record, returned to the ring in September as he coasted to a unanimous points victory against Rodolfo Orozco in Florida.

That was his first fight since his provisional doping suspension had been lifted.
Benn was originally due to face Eubank Jr in October 2022 but it was called off just days before after he failed two Voluntary Anti-Doping Association tests for female fertility drug clomifene.
The Brit has maintained his innocence of intentionally doping since.
Benn was provisionally suspended in March by UK Anti-Doping but the National Anti-Doping Panel lifted the suspension in July after a hearing.
Both Ukad and the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) have appealed that decision, meaning Benn does not currently hold a UK boxing licence, forcing him to fight abroad. More

LEGENDARY boxing trainer Teddy Atlas has revealed his “wild” prediction for Anthony Joshua’s fight with Otto Wallin. AJ returns in a must-win against Wallin in Saudi Arabia tomorrow night.

A super-fight with Deontay Wilder lays in wait next year if the American gets past Joseph Parker and Joshua beats Wallin.
But Teddy Atlas – who first coached Mike Tyson as an amateur – has backed Wallin to flip the script.
He said on his podcast: “I’m gonna go with a real wild pick here. I’m gonna go with Wallin as a huge upset.
“I know I that I should pick Joshua, that’s the easier pick.”

Joshua, 34, and Wilder, 38, are in line for a blockbuster back in the desert next March should they return victorious.
But Wallin, 32, and Parker, 31, are looking to upset the heavyweight applecart.
Although Atlas warned controversy could strike on the scorecards.
He said: “I know if both men are standing at the end of the fight then Joshua gets it whether he deserves it or not.

“I know that there’s also a risk that Joshua can knock out Wallin. Joshua is the bigger punch here, he might land a nice concise counterpunch which he has the ability to do and knock out Wallin.
“But I’m going to take a shot here and go with Wallin winning a decision at the end of the day.
“It’s either going to be that or Joshua winning a controversial decision, getting a gift.”

On the very same card, Wilder will go head-to-head with Kiwi Joseph Parker.
Fans can’t wait to watch the stacked bill in Saudi Arabia – but they all want to see AJ and the Bronze Bomber go at it in the ring once and for all.
SunSport has all the latest on the huge heavyweight showdown expected for 2024.
When is Anthony Joshua vs Deontay Wilder and where is the fight expected to take place?
ESPN journalist Mike Coppinger has reported that a deal is in place for Joshua and Wilder to meet on Saturday, March 9th 2024.
    READ MORE IN BOXING
However, both fighters must win their respective bouts in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, December 23rd, for the fight to take place on that date.
Like the upcoming ‘Day of Reckoning’, the huge heavyweight clash is expected to take place in Saudi Arabia.
An official location has not yet been identified, but the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh would be considered.
What TV channel is Anthony Joshua vs Deontay Wilder expected to be on and can it be live streamed?
In June 2022, Anthony Joshua signed a deal with DAZN, which sees all of his fights broadcast exclusively on the streaming platform.

Due to Joshua’s deal with DAZN, it’s highly likely that should the Wilder fight go ahead in 2024, they will have the rights to broadcast the bout.
What has Eddie Hearn said about Joshua vs Wilder?
Anthony Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn told Sky Sports: “Things can move very quickly.
“To lock in a fighters’ plans for 10 to 12 months is a really good position for him, especially if it comes with the lucrativeness of a Wilder fight in the Middle East. So two fights is definitely being discussed.
“March is probably the time we can strike for that mega-fight obviously for the financial rewards that you’d look for for a fight with that kind of risk and danger.
“I think there’s a lot of things that need to happen. Of course they both need to win (on December 23rd). They both need to come out unscathed really. If there are any niggles or any injuries or any cuts, it’s very difficult to go back into a March fight.
“It’s going to be a very quick turnaround if we were to go on that date but of course if AJ doesn’t win, if Wilder doesn’t win, it’s all irrelevant anyway.” More
