TYSON FURY has suffered a blow in his training camp to fight Dillian Whyte with his sparring partner suffering an injury. Promoter Bob Arum revealed unbeaten prospect Jared Anderson was due to fly out and join Fury’s camp.

But the American contender, also set to feature on the Wembley undercard, announced on Instagram he was injured.
Anderson, 22, posted: “To all my fans and supporters, I would like to personally apologise because I will no longer be able to fight on the Fury vs. Whyte undercard due to injury.
“I rushed this camp, and now I have to go into hiding. I will be back ten times stronger. Yours truly, The Real Big Baby.”
Anderson shot to recognition in Britain after being recruited for sparring ahead of Fury’s 2020 rematch with Deontay Wilder.

Wilder, 36, was beaten in seven rounds and again Anderson was brought in for sparring before the trilogy bout last October.
Fury, 33, won the fight and wanted to have the 11-0 prospect in his camp to replicate Whyte’s 6ft 4in frame.
Arum told reporters last week: “He leaves this weekend to go to England to spar with Tyson. Tyson says there’s nobody like him for sparring.
“We look at Jared, without any question, as a future heavyweight champion.”

Fury may not have got the chance to share rounds with Anderson but has been in the gym with David Adeleye, 25, and Martin Bakole, 28.
And ahead of his UK homecoming on April 23, Bakole’s coach Billy Nelson has been singing the Gypsy King’s praises.
Nelson said: “Martin’s really enjoying the sparring with Tyson Fury. It’s clear to see why he is the world’s number one.
“It’s an excellent spar between the two of them. Also there’s a mixture of sparring with David Adeleye.”

But then again Watford-born Ryan’s epic journey to signing for Joshua’s 258 Management agency and bagging a major sponsorship deal with O2 has been far from ordinary. 
The 25-year-old’s love for fighting began in her dad’s kick-boxing gym in Bushey aged just five.
Ryan cruised to every title in taekwondo and bagged a place on the Team GB squad, but switched to boxing to make ends meet. 
She started out at Barnet’s Finchley ABC gym in barnet where Joshua’s journey to stardom began and it was from there he took her under his wing.

Ahead of her pro debut on Saturday, Ryan told SunSport: “The family know him as we’re both from Watford.
“But how it really came about was starting out at Finchley ABC where they must have seen me there. 
“I won the Winter Box Cup in 2019. From the talent and skill I have it just came about and I grabbed the opportunity. 
“We’re in contact and he gives guidance. The best bit of advice he has given me is to know who you are and have that vision in boxing and what you want to do.

The Watford ace only stopped working full-time in February last year and the store’s manager Sandeep helped secure her first major sponsorship deal with the phone company. 
The super-flyweight said: “I look back on when I was full time and I don’t know how I did it, but the support I get from manager Sandeep is absolutely phenomenal. 
“If I need to change anything with my shifts he supports that.
“When I was full time I would always train in the evening because I could never get up early. 
“But now I work three days and train once a day and then when I’m not working I train twice a day.”
When Ryan swaps the shop floor for the bright lights of the Wembley Arena tonight as part of Boxxer and Sky Sports’ Fight Night there will be a number of superstars watching her. 
But what will mean most to Ryan is her colleagues in the crowd cheering her on and serving as a reminder of where it all began.

It has since been revealed Usyk is set to rematch Joshua having left Ukraine to train for it.
Meanwhile promoter Eddie Hearn offered Ruiz a fight with Derek Chisora, 37, but claimed Ortiz is a frontrunner.

Despite the chance to retire on an all-time high, the former IBF champion, 35, is lined up for a summer return.
Promoter Ben Shalom told SecondsOut: “Kell Brook wants to fight, so he’s probably going to fight in July in a big fight.”
In 2016 Eubank, 32, was replaced by Brook in a middleweight world title fight with Gennady Golovkin, 40.
He has held a grudge ever since and promoters Shalom and Kalle Sauerland have recently been in negotiations for them to settle it.
