      Joshua, 32, was beaten by the Ukrainian, 35, in September and subsequently lost his belts and place in the heavyweight picture.
      But Garcia is now a part of the team attempting to put a plan in place to gain revenge and once again regain the unified titles.
      And the esteemed coach is confident Joshua is the man to rule over the whole division as the most gifted among his rivals.

      Joshua has left long-time coach Rob McCracken, the man who led him to Olympic gold and double unified belts.
      It ends a decade long relationship which started in AJ’s elite amateur days – which was when Garcia first took notice of the Brit.
      He said: “Before I was even hired you could have asked me, ‘Who do you think is the best, most talented heavyweight?’
      “And I’d have always said Anthony Joshua. Since the first time I met him, I knew who he was because he won a gold medal.
      “But [Evgeny] Gradovich was fighting in London and Anthony Joshua fought on that same card when he was just a beginner.
      “He was obviously a superstar coming up with the gold medal, but I didn’t know who he was.
      “When I saw him going up to the weigh-ins, the way he looked right away I could feel that, even though I didn’t know who he was, he was special.”

      De La Hoya, 49, was answering questions from fans on Inside Boxing Live with Dan Canobbio this week.
      The Golden Boy was asked if he would run for President in 2024 after he claimed he would run against Donald Trump in 2020.
      But De La Hoya laughed: “No more presidential run.”
      And he added: “There might be some opportunities in Vegas to run for mayor. Imagine that?
      “It’ll be interesting to see if I can make a run for mayor in Las Vegas.”
      The boxer turned promoter is building a home in Las Vegas, the centre of the boxing world.
      De La Hoya has been campaigning to make a megafight between Ryan Garcia and Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis.
      And he also recently said he’d offer ‘s*** loads of money’ to make the fight after Davis left Floyd Mayweather’s promotional team.

      De La Hoya told TMZ: “Tank, I know you had your last fight with Floyd Mayweather, and I respect Floyd Mayweather, and think he did a tremendous job with your career.
      “But, I’m ready to offer you a multi, multi, multi, multi million-dollar offer to fight Ryan Garcia.
      “It’ll be the biggest purse that Tank Davis has ever made.
      “We’re ready and willing to split broadcasters, meaning we can have this fight on Showtime PPV and The Zone PPV.

      But ‘Iron Mike’ revealed some of the stars that came to see him while he was incarcerated for just under three years.
      He appeared on REVOLT’s ‘Drink Champs’ and spoke to NORE and DJ EFN and a teaser clip for the full interview was dropped online.
      Tyson revealed the respect inmates had when late rapper Tupac Shakur went to visit.
      The 55-year-old said: “They respected (Tupac Shakur), soon as he came in the room, they started applauding.
      “When I was locked up, I had such a onslaught of visitors. I had everybody– BB King, James Brown, Whitney Houston, everybody came.
      “Florence Henderson, I can’t even name no more, just so many people came to visit me when I was away.”

      The former world heavyweight champion will be played by Trevante Rhodes – who previously starred in The Predator and Bird Box – in an eight-episode series.
      And the trailer showed there’s no subject off limits from Tyson’s storied life.
      The 77-second clip is set to the song ‘I’ve Gotta Be Me’ and features moments from the 55-year-old’s journey.
      They include when he bit Evander Holyfield’s ear in the ring in 1997 and when he served time in prison for a rape conviction in 1992.
      Tyson’s famous pet tiger also features in the short clip ahead of the series’ August 25 launch.
      Showrunner Karin Gist told Entertainment Weekly that the show will ‘dig deeper’ into Tyson’s life and ‘not meant to glorify’ it.
      Gist said: “We were never trying to say that Mike Tyson is a hero or Mike Tyson is a villain.
      “Our goal was to take a very complicated and controversial figure and try to get under the hood of what he was praised and vilified for while staying true to our North Star of no one person is one thing.

      Logan, 27, revealed he was set to take Mayweather, 45, to court in a bid to be paid what he is allegedly owed.
      And in a post marking a year since their bout, he once again took a swipe at the unbeaten icon.
