      TYSON FURY joked Ed Sheeran was “p***ed off” with his record-breaking win at Wembley. Fury sold a historic 94,000 tickets before knocking out Dillian Whyte in April.

      The attendance broke records even set by music legend Sheeran, who was recently pictured hanging out with the Gypsy King.
      Fury told Queensberry Promotions: “I think it was an absolutely fantastic event and a great night of boxing, it could not have gone any better.
      “It went absolutely fantastically, we had the record breaking crowd there, in history for any event and Ed Sheeran was really p***ed off about that recently.
      “And then we had a a brilliant knockout to cap it all off, what a send-off.”

      Fury, 33, announced his retirement after landing a vicious right uppercut on Whyte, 34, in round six.
      But he remains linked with a comeback to challenge for the undisputed heavyweight crown.
      Anthony Joshua, 32, is set to rematch Oleksandr Usyk, 35, on August 20 in Saudi Arabia, with Fury primed to fight the winner.
      But the heavyweight hero will risk ruining the perfect farewell fight if he returns following victory after Whyte.

      Fury said: “It was definitely a dream come true, to box at home at Wembley, against another British opponent and defending the Ring Magazine and WBC heavyweight championships, on an epic April night with a 94,000 crowd there.

      “It had one of the best ring-walks in history, the biggest crowd and a great KPO and defence.

      Chisora is without a win two years but that is thanks to his love for risky – yet financially rewarding – fights.
      He lost to current unified champion Oleksandr Usyk, 35, in 2020 before consecutive points defeats to Joseph Parker, 30, last year.

      Fury said Paul had given boxing a fresh perspective, bringing new eyes to the sport while making a lot of noise.
      Asked about Tommy’s next fight, he said: “We’re looking at the Jake Paul situation but there’s a long way to go with it.
      “That’s still in negotiation and up in the air, the lawyers are dealing with it as we speak.”

      TMZ Sports report that Tyson, 55, will roast Flair, 73, in front of an audience.
      The event will take place in Nashville, Tennessee on July 29 with 1,000 fans present.
      Tyson and Flair are friends and business partners who will surely enjoy the opportunity to poke fan at one another.
      Flair has announced he is returning for ‘one last match’ next month, but he’ll have to survive a roasting round with Tyson first.
