HALL OF FAME trainer Teddy Atlas has predicted Anthony Joshua will get beaten by Oleksandr Usyk AND Joe Joyce. Joshua lost to Usyk last September but the pair are set to rematch on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.

And Joyce – who has campaigned to fight AJ – is in line to face the winner as the WBO mandatory challenger.
Trainer Atlas said on his podcast: “Joe Joyce could wind up fighting the winner of Usyk and Joshua.
“I’ll tell you something I think he knocks out Joshua. How does that feel for you Brits? Put that in your pipe and smoke it.”
Atlas has a vast amount of experience training heavyweights, having been Mike Tyson’s first ever coach.

He also cornered former world champions Michael Moorer and Alexander Povetkin.
And Atlas has backed Usyk, 35, to beat Joshua, 32, once more.
He said: “I think Usyk’s gonna win. I can’t go against Usyk, how can I go against the guy, he gives you no reason to.
“He was an undefeated cruiserweight champ and unified all the titles, the best cruiserweight ever besides Holyfield, he’s an olympic gold medalist.

And while 19-0 Usyk is unbeaten, Joshua has twice suffered defeat, firstly to Andy Ruiz Jr in 2019, and came under fire for his reaction.
Atlas said: “I think that Joshua is too good a loser.
“He’s a classy guy, I’m not saying I want him to be a sore loser – that says the wrong things.
“I’m just saying that sometimes it looks like Joshua accepts losing a little too freely, like he did against Ruiz the first time in the Garden, almost like a guy who’s made too much money.
“Sometimes I just feel that it’s not important enough to him anymore.”

The two came face to face again while promoting the pay-per-view fight in the Middle East and London.
And Froch told Boxing Social: “It’s hard to take anything this early in the fight, they’re not fighting for a while.
“I just think Usyk’s extremely confident and he has every right to be because he’s extremely talented.
“AJ looks a little bit worried and he should be because he’s in against a fantastic talent.”

Joshua, 32, left long-time trainer Rob McCracken after defeat to Usyk, 35, and brought in esteemed US mastermind Robert Garcia.
McCracken also coached Froch, 45, who believes Garcia can make AJ a more aggressive heavyweight fighter.
He said: “Everyone’s already said it, but he’s the bigger stronger man so if he can he can use those attributes he can get the win.
“The first thing he needs to do before he gets in that ring is get his head sorted out.

OLEKSANDR USYK is training alongside Deontay Wilder’s coach Malik Scott for his rematch against Anthony Joshua. Scott cornered Wilder in the American’s epic trilogy bout against Tyson Fury last October, which ended in defeat.

The former heavyweight contender is also a former sparring partner of Usyk’s, who now coaches Gerald Washington.
It is believed Washington, 40, is sparring with Usyk, 35, currently, meaning Scott is helping oversee the sessions.
He posted on Instagram: “PSA: I’m here in Dubai, UAE, training camp working with Heavyweight champions Alexander Usyk, Gerald Washington and other future champions.”
Scott, 41, was widely praised for his work with Wilder, 36, helping reform the hard-hitter’s style.

Joshua, 32, was beaten last September but gets his immediate rematch on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.
But AJ has been warned he is “in trouble” with Usyk sharing brutal sparring rounds with Kazakh prospect Nursultan Amanzholov, 29.
Amanzholov’s manager Aamir Ali told Sky Sports: “He [Amanzholov] says there are days when Usyk goes to war with him.
“It’s not easy to hurt to Nursultan but he’s been on the receiving end a few times. 
“But a lot of his heavyweights have been sent back home, if they can’t stay in camp. They can’t keep up.
“He says [Usyk] is in tremendous shape for this camp.
“He said as soon as [Usyk] came back from Jeddah, from the press conference, the day he arrived back, he phoned up Nursultan who was sitting in his hotel and said to him, ‘I want you sparring today.’
