But the star striker appears disappointed with the way he left the Allianz Arena as he claims there were “a lot of politics” from the German champions trying to explain to the fans why the sold him.

CRYSTAL PALACE have completed the signing of American defender Chris Richards from Bayern Munich.The centre-back, 22, joins after the Eagles agreed a deal worth an initial £8.5million with the German champions, with add-ons which could take the fee to £11million.

Richards, who has eight caps for the United States, has signed a five-year deal at Selhurst Park as boss Patrick Vieira looks to build on a successful first season.
The defender said: “I grew up watching the Premier League and grew up of course watching [Wilfried] Zaha, so it’ll be cool to spend some time on the field with them [the Palace players] and be a part of this historic club.

Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman reveals he is a BOLTON fan after growing up supporting club

KINGSLEY COMAN might play for one of the best clubs and the reigning World Cup winners – but he is proud to support a team in England’s third tier. The Bayern Munich winger says he is a fan of Ian Evatt’s Bolton Wanderers, who finished ninth in League One least season.

The 40-cap France star made the revelation when quizzed by ESPN about his allegiance to British sides.
When asked which team in the UK he supports, he replied with an eye-brow raise and a chuckle: “Bolton!”
And when pressed as to why he had picked the Trotters, he added: “Because I liked this team when I was young.”
Coman is 26 so it is likely his love for the Trotters was forged during their top-flight days between 2001 and 2012.

Tottenham boss Antonio Conte fumes at ‘disrespectful’ Bayern Munich after manager confirms Harry Kane transfer interest

ANTONIO CONTE has hit back at rumours linking Harry Kane with a move to Bayern Munich – accusing the German club of being “disrespectful”.Kane scored twice at Ibrox this afternoon to inspire Tottenham to a 2-1 comeback win over Rangers.

Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann has been vocal in his admiration of the England captain, saying yesterday Kane would “score a lot in the Bundesliga”.
Meanwhile Bayern Chief Executive Oliver Kahn revealed in the week it would be a “dream” to sign the Tottenham forward.
Conte though has been stern in his response to Bayern’s public flirtation with Kane.
He insisted talisman Kane remains key to his “project” at Tottenham, while aiming a dig at Nagelsmann for publicly expressing his interest.

When asked about Bayern’s comments after Spurs’ win over Rangers, Conte said: “Honestly I didn’t hear this. For sure I’m a coach who doesn’t talk about players from other teams. I don’t know why [this happened].
“The situation at Tottenham is very clear. The plan is very clear with the club. Harry is a part of the project. He is a very important part of the project and yeah only rumours.”
Conte slammed Bayern for the way they have gone about expressing their interest in Kane.
The 51-year-old Italian insisted he would never discuss players from another club to his own.
