Dier, 29, has fallen down the pecking order since the arrival of Ange Postecoglou.
The Englishman was linked to a summer exit but pleaded to stay and fight for his place on the Aussie’s squad.
He made 31 league appearances last season but is yet to play a single minute this term.
Summer signing Micky van de Ven has replaced Dier’s position and formed a solid bond with Cristian Romero in Spurs’ backline.

With the absence of European football for the North London club the first-choice pair have fewer games on hand.
Dier has made the match-day squad just three times this term and is yet to come off the bench.
According to German outlet Bild, Tuchel aims to recruit a centre-back in January with Chelsea’s Chalobah said to be his No1 target.
But it is now unlikely for the defender to make a move to Germany in the new year as Bayern bosses are against the transfer.

Now the German boss is looking at other defensive options and Dier is set to be on the cards, the report claims.
There will be good recommendations on Dier from newcomer and close pal Kane.
Kane left for the Bundesliga giants at the start of the new term and has had a tremendous start with ten goals.
Dier’s contract is set to expire next summer and Bayern may put in a pre-contract agreement to sign the defender for free next summer.
But with Tuchel’s side in an injury crisis with five players out on the sidelines, he could target a January move instead for a small fee. More

The former Chelsea youngster’s contract expires in 2026, with Bayern keen to extend it.

The Reds already had a midfield rebuild in the last window.
But a silky dribbler connecting the dots to attack could be the missing piece of Klopp’s new puzzle.
And Musiala could be keen on returning to England, having already won four titles and a Champions League in Bavaria.
He’s not the only Bayern player said to be in Liverpool’s sights, with the Anfield club also keeping tabs on former Man City winger Leroy Sane.

Should Musiala join Liverpool, he would surely transform their fortunes and help challenge for the Premier League once again.
The ace has had star backing too from new Bayern striker Harry Kane, with the England captain claiming Musiala is the player who has impressed him most at the Allianz Arena.
Kane said: “Jamal has been fantastic. There’s been a lot of talk about how good he is and how young he is.
“He’s been great to watch in training and in tight areas how he moves and how he plays forward. He’s been fantastic to play with so far.” More

Sheikh Jassim’s offer would have included cash to redevelop the facilities, fund an Old Trafford rebuild and clear the existing debt.
This clears the way for Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is set to buy a 25 per cent stake in the club for £1.4bn with the Glazer family still at the helm after the Qatari bid formally pulled out on Saturday.
Sheikh Jassim accused United’s owners of demanding an “outlandish” price to sell the club.
The Red Devils’ chiefs are set to sign off on Ratcliffe’s investment at a board meeting this coming week and the INEOS founder will have control over the football side of things.

According to Bild, that will cost Ten Hag some major transfer reinforcement.
That is because Sheikh Jassim was planning to bring Kylian Mbappe, Kingsley Coman and Eduardo Camavinga to Old Trafford.
Paris Saint-Germain superstar Mbappe will become a free agent in June and looks set to join Real Madrid.
However, the Qatari banker was planning to put his billions to good use and steal Mbappe from under Real’s nose.

The Sheikh was determined to do the same with the star striker’s France team-mates.
Coman and Camavinga have a contract with Bayern Munich and Real respectively until 2027.
Camavinga was previously targeted by United when he still played for Rennes.
And it now seems like the midfielder will play a key role in Los Blancos’ future with Toni Kroos and Luka Modric stepping aside due to their advanced age. More

Eberl shares the same agent as Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, which Liverpool chiefs hope will be a pulling factor.
However, this relationship may not be enough, with BILD reporting that German champions Bayern Munich are also interested in him.
The 50-year-old was sacked in September from his previous role at RB Leipzig.
This was owing to what the club called a lack of commitment to the role due to links with Bayern while he still held the position.

Liverpool CEO Billy Hogan is said to have already contacted Eberl with an offer.
It is hoped an agreement can be come to soon over his appointment.
This being said, Eberl is believed to have a close relationship with Bayern board member Uli Hoeness.
Eberl made his name at Borussia Monchengladbach, initially joining as an academy director after retiring from football in 2005.

He spent three years in the role before becoming the clubs director of sport, a position he would hold for well over a decade.
Eberl has been credited with helping to develop a number of Bundesliga talents Premier League fans will be familiar with, including Granit Xhaka, Marco Reus and Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
In December 2022 Eberl moved to RB Leipzig, lasting nine months before he was relieved of his duties. More

Unemployed former Arsenal ace linked with major transfer to Manchester United’s Champions League rivals

According to Bild, however, Bayern are considering Sokratis to re-inforce their defence amid an ongoing injury crisis.
The German champions’ starting centre-backs Matthijs de Ligt and Dayot Upamecano have both been sidelined.
De Ligt is dealing with a knee problem while Upamecano suffered a hamstring injury against Freiburg on Sunday.
And manager Thomas Tuchel could turn to Sokratis with whom he has a very good relationship.
    Read More on Arsenal
Tuchel and the centre-back worked together at Borussia Dortmund, where the player made 198 appearances during his five-year stint at the club before his move to Arsenal in 2018.
However, Bayern might wait until the end of the international break to fully assess De Ligt and Upamecano’s fitness.
The Bavarians will then decide whether to go after another central defender in the January transfer window.
But the ex-Chelsea boss will want both players available on December 12 when Bayern visit Old Trafford for their return fixture against Manchester United in the Champions League.

This comes after Tuchel’s side decided against reinstating Jerome Boateng to the squad.
Boateng has been training with the reserves ever since his departure from Lyon in June.
Sokratis, though, has had other offers as he was also approached by Real Betis.
The Spaniards wanted the 35-year-old to move to the Benito Villamarin and replace the injured Marc Bartra.
According to transfer insider Matteo Moretto, however, negotiations between the two parties fell through.
Sokratis spent three years at Arsenal where he registered six goals and two assists in 69 appearances.
The ex-Greece international also won the FA Cup in 2020 before his move to Olympiacos a year later.

Harry Kane vows to play until he’s 40 as £105million Bayern Munich star issues terrifying warning to rival defenders

HARRY KANE is England’s all-time top scorer and has clocked up over 500 club appearances. But, remarkably, the Three Lions skipper claims he is only HALFWAY through his career.

Striker Kane, who turned 30 in July, not only wants to be part of the bid for Euros glory on home soil in 2028 — but hopes to still be playing as he approaches 40.
Asked about Cristiano Ronaldo, 38, 36-year-old Lionel Messi and Robert Lewandowski, 35, still starring today, the Bayern Munich ace said: “The perception in football is you hit 30 and people think that is the end.
“But the way I am looking at it is that I almost have the second half of my career left.
“I played in the Spurs first team from 20 or 21, so I’ve had nine or ten years at the highest level and I’m hoping for another eight or nine years at the highest level again.

“It all depends. You see some players who want to make a change or have a different challenge.
“But, at the moment, I want to keep playing. With recovery, sports science and the way the game has adapted, you can play for longer.
“Look at all the players that you mentioned. That makes me believe and shows it is possible to play until your late 30s, and that is what I plan to do.”
Kane, who has 59 goals in 86 Lions appearances, is setting his sights on Friday’s home friendly with Australia, followed by Tuesday’s Euros qualifier against Italy at Wembley.

And worryingly for defenders both in Europe and the Bundesliga, Kane reckons he has not even peaked.
He said: “There is definitely room for improvement. I’ve been coming to a stage over the last year or two when it has been coming together.
“Having the experience, knowing your body, knowing the way you want to play, playing in high-pressure games.
“When you actually look at a lot of the top-level players — Ronaldo, Messi, Lewandowski, Zlatan Ibrahimovic — they have almost got better as they hit 30.
“In a lot of sports that happens as well. Everything is maybe settled in your personal life.
“You have got family, you have got kids — so that side is all settled.
“You are comfortable with your body, you are comfortable mentally where you are at and that just allows you to focus on the football.”
Kane is clearly enjoying life in Germany with nine goals and five assists in ten games. The only thing he has yet to crack is the language.
He said: “My German is average, to say the least. I’ve had four, five lessons but it’s not easy. Yet Bayern are pretty strong on it — they want you to learn as much as possible.”
As for his form since moving from Spurs for an initial £86million, Kane added: “I’ve been really happy.
Harry Kane reckons his best is yet to comeCredit: Getty
“I was bought for a lot of money and people expect you to just hit the ground running but it’s not always the case.
“So to have started the way that I have, I’m really proud.”
Kane’s side are currently third in the Bundesliga, although it was impossible yesterday not to ask him about the team currently top of the Premier League.
Unsurprisingly, Kane is desperate for his former club Spurs to stay there all season.
He added: “I have made it clear my whole career that I am a Tottenham fan and I would love to see Tottenham do well.
“There is no other team in the Premier League that I would want to win more than Tottenham.
“Also, I have to be respectful to Bayern Munich.
“Of course, the fans know I will always have a soft spot for Spurs — there is no question about that.

“But I have got to put all my attention on Bayern Munich to make us as successful as possible.
“So, I know that there will be questions, for sure, particularly when Tottenham are doing well. Of course, I hope they do as well as possible.” More

Kane, 30, had agreed personal terms with Bayern so was ready to make the move as soon as they had a bid accepted.
And according to Bayern honorary president Hoeness the successful offer was worth just £82m, he revealed to BR24.

However there is a catch with reports claiming the fee will rise to £104m with add-ons.
And if Kane maintains his current form Bayern could have to splash out the rest of the cash earlier than expected.

The striker has nine goals in ten games for the Bundesliga champions, who are unbeaten in the league this season.
He has settled in well and is reportedly considering moving into a luxury mansion worth £29m.
Kane penned a four-year deal to confirm his Spurs exit but the North Londoners are understood to have a buyback clause for the England captain.

Speaking to FAZ, he explained that Kane cost under £85million when he swapped London for Munich.
