Barcelona are understood to have had two bids to bring her to the Nou Camp rejected.
Walsh’s inch-perfect pass set up Ella Toone’s opener in their historic 2-1 win over Germany in the July 31 Wembley final.
Her vision and deft passing have seen her become a sought-after player.
But asked about her future ahead of tonight’s Women’s World Cup qualifier with Luxembourg in Stoke, Walsh said: “I’m here to talk about the game. I’m not here to talk about what’s going on club-wise.”
Walsh heaped praise on England head coach Sarina Wiegman for bringing out the best in her.
The holding midfielder, whose family will be in the stands tonight, said: “I’ve found consistency, which I struggled with a little bit before Sarina came in.

“She has given me the confidence to just go out and play my game and it’s all about decisions and what we want to do on the ball.
“It’s not one way is the right way, it’s kind of what the player sees.
“I think it’s just about carrying on this consistency now and the form I found at the Euros.
“A personal goal of mine is to keep bringing that forward in games against the tougher opposition.”

Tonight’s duel between Wiegman’s Euros winners and Luxembourg will be the Lionesses’ first game on home soil since their contest triumph at Wembley in July.
And her players will be looking to run their opponents ragged.
With World Cup qualification wrapped up, England’s head coach is determined to turn the clash into a celebration in front of a sell-out Bet365 Stadium crowd.
The Lionesses gaffer is due to be presented with her Uefa Coach of the Year award ahead of the match.
And retired England icon Jill Scott is set to lead both teams out before kick-off.
The most recent game between the sides saw the Lionesses trounce Luxembourg 10-0 last September with the team currently 113 places below England in Fifa’s rankings.
Wiegman, 52, said: “This team is so eager to do well.
“We want to show that we can do that all time as we did, winning the Euros.

“The team just wants to train and do well and do well every day in every moment that we get.
“I expect again a very energetic team that really wants to share on one score lots of goals, and of course conceding none.”

Man Utd and Liverpool joined in Gavi transfer race by Bayern Munich with Barcelona star available for FREE in summer

MANCHESTER UNITED and Liverpool have been joined by Bayern Munich in the race to sign Barcelona midfielder Gavi, according to reports. The two Premier League giants have been heavily linked with a move for the 18-year-old prodigy.

It is a proposition too good to pass up as the Spaniard’s contract expires in the summer, so he will be available on a FREE at the end of the season.
And according to Bild, Bayern remain interested in trying to acquire his signature.
Barca president Joan Laporta recently confirmed an offer has been made to Gavi as they are keen to renew his contract.
But he is currently refusing to put pen to paper, something which is baffling the Catalan giants.

Speaking to L’Esportiu, Laporta said: “Gavi’s agent has the new contract proposal on the table for a long time but he has not accepted yet.
“We don’t understand… I don’t like the situation. I encourage them to accept it as soon as possible, because it also helps us plan.”
It has been reported that Gavi has a release clause of £41million, something Man Utd, Liverpool and Bayern could have chosen to trigger in the most recent window.
But with the player potentially available for nothing in 12 months time, the sensible option was to wait.

It is widely accepted that Barcelona see Gavi and fellow Spanish teenager Pedri as the future of their midfield.
But with Europe’s top clubs chasing him and Xavi’s men in a perilous financial situation, they may not have a choice but to let him leave the Nou Camp.
Gavi has made 51 appearances for Barcelona, scoring twice and assisting a further six goals.
The Spanish outfit have won three LaLiga games in a row after kicking off their campaign with a goalless draw at home to Rayo Vallecano.
They have already netted 11 times, thrashing Real Sociedad, Real Valladolid and Sevilla. More

Lewandowski, 34, joined Barca from Bayern Munich in a £42.5million transfer this summer after declaring his desire to quit the German champions.
He put pen to paper on a deal at the Nou Camp until 2026.
And now the finer details of the paperwork have been revealed by Cadena SER Catuluna.
Incredibly, the Poland star will get paid a net £8.6m in the current 2022-23 season – which works out as £165,000 per week after tax.

This will jump to £11.2m (£215,000 per week) next term and then £13.8m (£265,000 per week) in 2024-25 before dropping back to £11.2m in the final year, by which time he will be nearly 38.
Any club wanting to buy Lewandowski during the course of this deal would need to trigger his £430m release clause.
However, Barca have the option to terminate his contract early under special circumstances.
If Lewandowski plays less than 55 per cent of matches in the 2024-25 season, the club will be able to rip up his deal and release him.

There are also a series of bonuses in the contract including up to an extra £500,000 should he win LaLiga during his spell in Spain and £1.72m if he secures a league, Copa del Rey and Champions League treble.
However, there are no bonuses for only winning the Copa del Rey.
Lewandowski is the main striker in Xavi’s squad, especially after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s £12m transfer to Chelsea on deadline day.
And he has made a lightning start to life at the Nou Camp.
Lewandowski failed to score against Rayo Vallecano on the opening day but then struck doubles against Real Sociedad and Real Valladolid plus another goal against Sevilla to take his tally to five in four matches. More

The Spaniard, who lifted the European Championship twice and the World Cup for his country, won countless honours at the LaLiga giants.
He tasted Champions League success on four occasions as well as winning the domestic title nine times before his departure to join Japanese J-League club Vissel Kobe, who he now captains.
Iniesta has just returned to the Far East after enjoying his summer break, and as he shared a photo of he and his family arriving back in Japan, he also revealed his young boy is a City fan.

Speculation mounted back in 2018 that Iniesta would be reuniting with Guardiola at City after he announced that he was ending his 16-year stay at Barcelona.
However, his refusal to play against the Catalans ultimately scuppered any move.
He said: “Pep sent me messages yes, but there are some reports that I don’t understand.
“I won’t play against Barcelona. My time in elite football ends at Barca.”
Since arriving from Barcelona four years ago, Iniesta has chipped in with 26 goals in 126 games where he has been a key figure.
He has won both the Emperor’s Cup – the Japanese equivalent to the FA Cup – as well as the Japanese Super Cup where he scored in the penalty shootout victory against Yokohama F. Marinos.
Those trophies are the only pieces of silverware that Vissel Kobe have claimed in their 56-year history but his love affair could soon be about to change with the club sitting second bottom of the table with just nine games to go. More

The video shows the ex-Arsenal striker getting out of a taxi in the capital with his representatives.

But the extension depends on the player’s performances during the second year of his contract.

Going under the knife would see him return to action sooner than waiting for his jaw to heal naturally.

Frenkie de Jong saga finally over with Man Utd and Chelsea snubbed by Barcelona midfielder who ‘never wavered’ on choice

THE Frenkie de Jong transfer saga is finally over – with the Barcelona midfielder staying put. The Dutchman, 25, was a high priority on the transfer wish lists for Manchester United and Chelsea throughout the summer.

Barcelona were open to selling the ex-Ajax man with a fee of around £73million agreed with the Red Devils and a £350,000-a-week contract on the table.
However, De Jong snubbed United because he did not want to sign for the Europa League club while Chelsea, despite being able to offer Champions League football, were also unable to secure a deal.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, De Jong “never changed his mind” on his desire to stay at the Nou Camp.
The 44-cap Netherlands international joined Barca in 2019 for £65m and expressed his delight at playing for his dream club.

However, the LaLiga giants – who already owe him millions in deferred wages – slapped him with an ultimatum to either leave or take a major pay cut.
But despite the financial problems, Barcelona and De Jong appear to have repaired the damage to the relationship.
The star, under contract until 2026, has featured in all three league games so far this season – albeit starting just once.

Ross Barkley was released while Billy Gilmour is poised for a £9m transfer to Brighton, leaving Thomas Tuchel short on midfield options.

Martin Braithwaite brutally axed by Barcelona and shipped to Espanyol with striker’s bizarre spell at Nou Camp ended

BARCELONA have released Martin Braithwaite just hours before the transfer window slams shut. It means the 31-year-old’s unusual spell at the Catalan giants comes to an end as he joins cross-city rivals Espanyol.

The striker who is also capable of playing on the wing was initially brought to the club in February 2020 after they were allowed to sign a player outside the transfer window on emergency circumstances.
Ousmane Dembele picked up a long-term injury so an exception was made granting Barca a transfer and they purchased Braithwaite from LaLiga rivals Leganes for £15million.
The Danish international signed a four-year contract at the club and many deemed the transfer strange after he failed to impress at Middlesbrough before.
He went on to play 58 times for Barcelona scoring on ten occasions.

His manager Xavi has been desperate to get rid of him this summer but there was no takers.
Barcelona wanted him to mutually terminate his contract to help ease the pressure on them amid financial difficulties and so they could meet the salary limits set by LaLiga but Braithwaite refused.
Some claimed he held the club to ransom and he reportedly demanded a pay-off worth £4million to quit the team.
The stand-off continued with Braithwaite allegedly wanting his £98,000-a-week contract paid to him in full despite being deemed surplus to requirements.
