A huge overhaul of Mikel Arteta’s playing squad begun last year and could see the club cashing in on Bellerin.
The right-back arrived as an academy starlet from Barcelona in 2011 and has gone on to make almost 250 appearances for the Gunners.
But, according to Spanish publication Sport, he is ready for a new challenge.
And Arsenal are described as willing to sell Bellerin, 26, if negotiations with PSG are successful.
Les Parisiens have reportedly enquired about the defender to his agent with the hope of reducing the £22m asking price.
The right-back spot has been identified as an area of improvement for Les Parisiens.
Roma loanee Alessandro Florenzi and Colin Dagba have been rotated in the position this season, although PSG are set to sign the Italian on a permanent basis for £8m.
Barcelona have long been rumoured to be interested in their former player but are well-stocked in that department with Sergino Dest and Sergi Roberto.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will be able to fall back on Calum Chambers and Cedric Soares if Bellerin leaves.
Chambers has made a strong comeback from a long-term knee injury to appear in four of the last six Premier League games.
Arteta is thought to be prioritising recruiting a left-back in the coming summer, to provide an alternative to Kieran Tierney.

Tottenham interested in transfer of £22million-rated Barcelona defender Emerson but face competition from PSG and Inter

TOTTENHAM are interested in signing Barcelona defender Emerson, according to reports. The 22-year-old Brazilian is currently on loan at LaLiga side Real Betis, where he has played 30 times this season.
Emerson has caught the eye of a number of top European clubsCredit: AFP

And according to Mundo Deportivo, his impressive displays at right-back have also attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan.
The Brazilian has been valued by Barcelona at around £22million, so the youngster will not come cheap if Spurs are to secure his services.
Emerson joined Barca from Brazilian side Atletico Mineiro in 2019 but is yet to receive his debut for the Catalan giants.
Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham side have been linked with a number of defenders they may look to sign this summer.
Among those is Southampton centre-back Jannick Vestergaard, who could join his former teammate Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in North London.
The 28-year-old is about to enter the final year of his contract at St Mary’s, so Saints may well be looking to cash in on him while they still can.
Another defender Spurs are said to be looking at is Real Madrid centre-half Eder Militao.
The Los Blancos youngster, 23, has featured 11 times for Zinedine Zidane’s side this season.

What every Tottenham player earns following Mourinho’s pay rant
And while the Lilywhites failed in their pursuit of him in the January window, they may well resume their interest when the window re-opens.
Spurs have struggled to establish a consistent partnership in central defence this season, with Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez, Eric Dier and Joe Rodon all featuring at various points.
Mourinho’s side have come under fire for their leaky back line, which has conceded 37 goals in 32 games and seen them drop from the top of the Premier League table down to seventh.

Lionel Messi contract talks ‘progressing adequately’, claims Barcelona president in transfer blow to Man City

BARCELONA president Joan Laporta is ‘convinced’ Lionel Messi will extend his contract, with talks ‘progressing adequately’. The Argentine has two months left on his current Nou Camp deal, with Manchester City and PSG among those monitoring his situation.

But after Laporta was appointed Barca’s new president in March, he vowed to persuade Messi to commit his future to the club.
And the Spanish lawyer believes he is on track to keeping his word.
Laporta told Deportes Cuatro: “Everything is progressing adequately.
“I will do everything within the club’s capabilities to get him to stay. That’s what we’re doing. Messi is motivated.
“He is an extraordinary person and I am convinced that he will want to continue at Barca.”
Messi, 33, stunned his boyhood club last summer after he handed in a transfer request to leave.
The forward tried to activate a clause in his contract with permitted him to quit on a free transfer at the end of the season.
But Barca bosses argued it expired in June, two months before the request to go.

To avoid a drawn out legal battle, Messi remained at Barca and has since 23 goals in 28 matches.
New leadership under Laporta has sparked hope among the Nou Camp faithful that their hero will reconsider leaving.
Inter Milan have also been linked with the LaLiga legend, but City and PSG are best placed to match his wages, worth a reported £123million per year with all the bonuses included.

Real Madrid on verge of snapping up wonderkid Victor Munoz, 17, from under Barcelona’s nose in transfer swoop

REAL MADRID are closing in on beating rivals Barcelona to the signing of teenage star Victor Munoz, according to reports. The 17-year-old has been on the radar of both Spanish giants as they chase him for a deal in the coming months.
Munoz is an extremely highly-rated talent
And while he has been strongly linked to the Nou Camp, AS believe he is on his way to Madrid to become a Real player.
Munoz has previous with Barcelona as he was at their La Masia academy before leaving because he did not feel satisfied there.
The winger now plays for CF Damm, a team based in the Catalonia region of Spain which is dedicated to bringing through young players.
Barca’s financial offer to Munoz is said to be more lucrative than Real’s proposition.
However, Madrid’s promise to enroll him in La Fábrica de Valdebebas – the youth academy at Real’s training complex – is thought to have turned his head.
If he does sign for the 13-time European champions, he would begin playing for the Juvenil A team in the Honor Division.
Munoz has largely featured for Damm on the right wing but is also able to play on the left-hand side.
Both Levante and Espanyol are also said to be monitoring the teenager, but the likelihood of him turning down Barca and Real is slim.

Barcelona could launch Harry Kane transfer bid if Dortmund refuse to lower top target Erling Haaland’s £154m price tag

Agent Mino Raiola and father Alf-Inge Haaland have flown in for talks with both Real Madrid and Barcelona.
But Haaland’s club will seek a fee topping £150million if they are to sell him this summer, with the 20-year-old’s £68m release clause activating next year.
That could turn Barcelona to a Plan B, according to Spanish outlet Sport, who name Kane and Lautaro Martinez as such options.
SunSport revealed last week that Tottenham will refuse to sell their star striker to a Premier League rival.
A move abroad is considered slightly more palatable, although the fee of £175m would have to be negotiated down.
These latest reports suggest that Barcelona will have to be inventive with player-plus-cash deals if they are to sign a star name this summer.

Targets such as Georginio Wijnaldum, Memphis Depay, Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia will all soon be available as free agents.
In contrast, Inter Milan star Martinez, like Kane, could command a nine-figure fee.
Previously thought to be a major target for the LaLiga giants, the Argentine is set to sign a new contract that would bolster his existing £98 buyout fee.
Martinez, 23, is the lowest-scoring of the three stars on Barcelona’s radar, although Inter are looking good to lift the Serie A title.
His 16-goal tally sits behind Kane (29) and Haaland (33).

The manager stated recently that speculation over the 27-year-old’s future is of no interest to him.
Mourinho, 58, said: “He is such a professional, committed with the team, performing well.
“I’ve nothing to speak with him about. He has three years of his contract remaining.
“Unless he wants to speak with me about it… and until now he never approached me in relation to anything.”

Romelu Lukaku ‘available for £102m’ as Chelsea, Man City and Barcelona eye transfer for Inter Milan star

INTER MILAN value Romelu Lukaku at £102million, with Barcelona considering him as an alternative to Erling Haaland, reports say. Lukaku, who arrived from Manchester United for £73million in 2019, has scored 19 goals in 26 league games this season, as Inter top Serie A.

Corriere dello Sport says Romelu Lukaku is valued at £102m
But behind the scenes, the club are battling financial losses, which could force the them into transfer sales in the summer.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Lukaku has been handed a £102m price tag, should he be sold.
Feloow forward Lautaro Martinez, 23, is another with an uncertain future, as Inter look to balance their books.
Barca, Chelsea, and Manchester City have all been linked with Lukaku and Borussia Dortmund star Haaland.
But Lukaku, 27, is a far more affordable options, with Haaland, 20, valued at £150m.
The Norwegian’s release clause in 2022 allows him to leave for only £65m, but it does not guarantee he will stay.
If Barca – also facing debts of £1BILLION – cannot afford Haaland this summer or miss out, Lukaku is their second choice.
Current manager Ronald Koeman worked with the Belgian at Everton, and would like to bring him to the Nou Camp, Mundo Deportivo report.

City are also on the hunt for a new striker, following the news club legend Sergio Aguero, 32, will leave at the end of the season.
And Chelsea – where Lukaku was signed to from 2011–2014 – are also rumoured to be looking for another goal scorer.
But Italian press suggest Lukaku would opt against moving back to the Premier League.
It comes following speculation Haaland is also favouring Barca or Real Madrid over England’s elite.

Erling Haaland’s dad hid in airport TOILET for 30 minutes in failed bid to keep Barcelona transfer talks secret

ERLING HAALAND’S dad reportedly hid in a TOILET for 30 minutes to try and keep transfer talks with Barcelona a secret. The Borussia Dortmund striker’s father Alf Inge was spotted at Barcelona El-Prat Airport on Thursday morning with agent Mino Raiola.
Talks between Haaland’s representatives and Barca were hoping to be kept secret

But according to AS, the German’s transfer talks were supposed to go undetected.
The plan was for Raiola to exit the airport, drag the cameras away and allow Alf-Inge to leave without hassle.
But that never materialised as the ex-Manchester City defender was caught by the press, leading to wild speculation his son may be on his way to the Nou Camp.
However, Alf-Inge and Raiola also reportedly flew to Madrid for talks with Real over a potential deal.
And there are also said to be three other clubs in the running to sign the Norwegian sensation.
Man City, Manchester United and Chelsea are all said to be in the running for the 20-year-old prodigy.
It is thought Dortmund will be asking for a price in the region of £150million if he is to move this summer.
His release clause of £65m comes into play at the end of next season, but clubs hoping to wait 12 months in order to get him for a cut price may lose out if he is signed this year.

Haaland has netted a remarkable 33 goals in 31 games for Dortmund so far this season.
He has been heavily linked with Man City due to the connection his family have – given his dad played for them between 2000 and 2003.

Manchester City have been heavily linked with a move for the six-time Ballon d’Or winner where the Argentine international would reunite with Pep Guardiola.
And Paris Saint-Germain have also been credited with an interest, with the Ligue 1 side banning their squad from talking about the potential transfer.
But Barca icon Rivaldo recently revealed that Messi is close to agreeing a new deal following positive talks with the board.
And Eurosport have confirmed that Messi has been in contact with club president Laporta.
They state that the four-time Champions League winner is open to extending his stay in Catalonia, but only if his requests are fulfilled.
One of the demands that Messi is seeking is Barcelona to make a marquee signing at the end of the season.
And the club could be ready to bring Borussia Dortmund marksman Erling Haaland to Spain after they held talks with the player’s dad and agent.
Messi is also keen for Barca to have renewed trust in youth, where he wants Ansu Fati, Pedri and Ilaix Moriba to be allowed to develop.
