      OLYMPIC hero Mo Farah is part of this year’s I’m A Celeb line-up – and is proving a popular member of the castle.
      Farah said goodbye to the track in 2017 after four Olympic gold medals and six world championship wins, with wife Tania by his side.

      Who is Mo Farah’s wife Tania?

      Tania met the future Olympian when they were students at a west London university.
      She keeps a low profile, but told The Telegraph she misses Mo when he’s training away from home.
      She said: “It’s hard but it’s something that we’ve had to cope with since we first got together really.
      “Mo was going away a lot from day one, so I had to get used to that pretty quickly.”

      When did they get married?
      The couple married in 2010, celebrating with a lavish wedding in Richmond.
      Paula Radcliffe, Steve Cram and Jo Pavey were just some of the big names in attendance.
      Due to Farah’s training, they used to live in their adopted home of Portland, Oregon.
      Tania opened a “royal-theme”‘ luxury spa in Portland, named the British Manor Spa in May 2017.

      But they have since moved back to London – and Mo will go into this year’s I’m A Celeb following a period of isolation.

      An insider told The Sun: “Mo’s been a big fan of the show for years and was just waiting for the right time in his career to do it.
      “He obviously has an excellent level of fitness and mental focus so will be great at the Bushtucker Trials and will be a positive addition for keeping up team morale for campmates – especially as a lot of the celebs are worried how cold it will be.
      “It’s his first foray into reality TV so he’s a bit nervous about the challenges and will miss his family.”

      How many children do they have?
      The couple have a pair of twins – Aisha and Amani – born shortly after Farah’s twin triumph at London 2012, and a boy named Hussein in 2015.
      Tania has another daughter named Rhianna.
      Mo traditionally celebrates his victories trackside with step-daughter Rhianna and Tania.
      Speaking at the time of the twins’ birth, Tania said: “It’s like a fairy tale. We couldn’t ask for anything more.”

      Female British athletes hacked as nude pictures and videos are leaked on same evening as Man Utd cyber attack

      FOUR female British athletes have had explicit pictures and videos stolen from their phones and leaked online.
      The shocking incident occurred on the same night that Manchester United were hacked by ‘organised criminals’.

      The four unnamed female stars are considering their next move to get the intimate images and videos removed from the dark web.
      They are among hundreds of female sports stars and celebs who have been targeted by hackers.
      An agent of one of the victims told The Times: “It really is difficult to know what to do next.
      “The people who do this are sick.

      “We have seen some very unpleasant cases, even where people have been blackmailed over [stolen] material.
      “But it’s not easy to get a grip on the situation and go after them.
      “It can take years to pursue, just to get it taken down from the internet.
      “As a victim you have to decide if you want to go through it.”

      It has been described as an iCloud leak, but could have also occurred as a result of phishing.

      One of the British athletes had nearly 100 images stolen while another had more than 30 pictures and videos leaked.
      A spokesman for the National Cyber Security Centre described the attack as ‘utterly reprehensible’.
      They said: “Accessing and then leaked people’s personal data is utterly reprehensible, and we would urge everyone to take steps to secure their online accounts.
      “The NCSC recommends people turn on two-factor authentication where it’s available.
      “We also recommend a strong password made up of three random words to reduce the likelihood of being hacked, and important accounts should use a unique password.
      “The NCSC’s Cyber Aware website has actionable steps to stay secure.”
      Former golf professional Paige Spiranac has spoken out on the horrendous experience of having a nude photo leaked.
      Stunning sports journalist Diletta Leotta also blasted hackers who posted nude pictures of her online which they nicked from her iCloud.
      Manchester United have been hit by a cyber attack as hackers targeted the club’s IT systems.
      The Red Devils confirmed they were the victims of a “sophisticated operation by organised criminals”.

      Olympic champion Conseslus Kipruto charged with having sex with a minor and faces 20 years in jail

      OLYMPIC gold medallist Conseslus Kipruto has been charged with having sex with a minor in Kenya.
      Appearing in court on Monday, the 25-year-old pleaded not guilty to a charge of ‘defilement’.

      Kenyan sexual offence laws mean Kipruto is facing a jail sentence of up to 20 years.
      Local law defines a minor as anyone under the age of 18, with this potential term high because the girl involved in the allegations is 15.
      The charge sheet, as reported by Associated Press, states that Kipruto had sex with the girl on October 20 and 21.
      The steeplechase champion was arrested on November 11 and his case will reportedly be heard in May.

      A courthouse in the Great Rift Valley town of Kapsabet, a region of Kenya famous for its distance runners, heard Kipruto make his not guilty plea this week.
      He was granted a bail for a cash sum worth roughly £1,360.
      Police officers reportedly attempted to prevent photographers from taking pictures of Kipruto as he arrived in court, wearing a red sweatshirt with hood and coronavirus mask to cover his face.
      The Kenyan’s trial is expected to come just weeks before the Tokyo Olympics.

      Kipruto, who also works as a police officer, shot to fame with victory in the 2000-metre steeplechase in the 2011 World Youth Championships.
      In 2016, he won the 3000m steeplechase at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics before winning gold at both the 2017 and 2019 World Championships.
      He was forced to withdraw from a Diamond League meeting in Monaco earlier this year while suffering from coronavirus.

      Tokyo Olympics WILL have fans and family in attendance… if they have had coronavirus vaccine, says chief

      OLYMPICS chief Thomas Bach believes fans and families WILL be allowed to attend next summer’s rescheduled Tokyo Olympics.
      But the International Olympic Committee President expects athletes and spectators alike will need to have proof they have received a Covid-19 vaccine first.

      Bach was in Tokyo for the first time since the Games were postponed for 12 months in March.
      The IOC boss was confronted by anti-Games protesters but gave a vow the Olympics and Paralympics will go ahead.
      The IOC chief said he hopes that a “reasonable number” of spectators from Japan and the rest of the world will be able to witness the Games in person when they start on July 23.
      He said: “In order to protect the Japanese people and out of respect for the Japanese people, the IOC will undertake great effort so that as many people as possible – Olympic participants and visitors – will arrive here with a vaccine, if by then one is available,

      “We want to convince as many foreign participants as possible to accept a vaccine.
      “This makes us all very confident that we can have spectators in the stadia next year and that they will enjoy a safe environment.”
      Bach’s comments came on the day the outcome of the Moderna vaccine trials with 94 per cent efficiency were announced.
      The German insisted that Olympic competitors should not be placed ahead of “nurses and doctors and people who keep our society alive” in the vaccine queue.

      But he said the Olympic movement should be prepared to pay for some vaccinations of competitors.
      Bach added: “If after the health workers, a vaccine is available, the IOC would bear the cost so that participants can be offered a vaccine.”
      If fans are allowed to attend, they may be banned from cheering and speaking loudly in an attempt to limit the spread of coronavirus.
      The Tokyo 2020 CEO Toshiro Muto has refused to rule out the possibility of silencing crowds.
      Speaking to reporters he said: “There’s a possibility that we may ask the spectators to refrain from shouting and speaking in a loud voice.
      “When we think of the impact, we believe it is an item for consideration, to reduce the risk of airborne droplets.
      “But we haven’t reached a conclusion.”

      SPECTATORS at next summer’s Olympics in Tokyo may be told to keep quiet for fear of spreading coronavirus.
      Some evidence suggests the pandemic can be spread by shouting or talking in crowded spaces, an area of concern for sports welcoming rowdy fans back to stadiums.

      Measures are being put in place for the eventual start of the delayed Olympics, with July 2021 earmarked.
      And Tokyo 2020 CEO Toshiro Muto has refused to rule out the possibility of silencing crowds.
      He told reporters: “There’s a possibility that we may ask the spectators to refrain from shouting and speaking in a loud voice.
      “When we think of the impact, we believe it is an item for consideration, to reduce the risk of airborne droplets.

      “But we haven’t reached a conclusion.”
      Crowds have steadily returned to sporting events around the world although a second wave in Europe has ended pilot schemes in countries such as Germany and the United Kingdom.

      The potential for a vaccine or mass-testing to be in place by the summer will be seen as cause for optimism for the Olympics.
      But Tokyo organisers are not promising a return to normal for the Games, with fans arriving from abroad potentially having to quarantine before entering stadiums.

      In addition, thousands of seats may go unsold to enforce social distancing despite the financial strain surrounding Tokyo’s Olympics.
      Muto added: “Regarding spectators from overseas, whether they need to go through a 14-day quarantine or not, whether we can waive that or not will depend on the situation.

      Whether we are going to have full capacity or not, the decision has not been made yet.

      “There is a possibility this quarantine is waived if they meet certain conditions.
      “The spectators’ anxiety of not knowing if they can actually go to the games or not is understandable.

      “Whether we are going to have full capacity or not, the decision has not been made yet because various experiments are taking place.”

      Chris Smith dead at 43: Team GB star leaves behind wife and two kids after going for run in Scottish hills

      TEAM GB runner Chris Smith has tragically been confirmed dead after his body was found near a 3,700ft mountain.
      Emergency services were called on Tuesday evening after Smith, 43, did not return home from an afternoon run in the Perthshire hills.

      Tayside Mountain Rescue Team, police and a Coastguard helicopter were deployed to find Smith, who had been on holiday with wife Lindsay and two children.
      On Thursday morning, a search-and-rescue team discovered a body near the 3,700ft Meall Garbh, Glenlyon, pending formal identification.
      A statement on behalf of the family has since confirmed the death.
      It read: “On behalf of our entire family, we are devastated to let you know that Chris has lost his life in Glen Lyon.

      “He was doing what he loved having spent the previous days having the most special time with Lindsay, Cameron and Alastair.
      “We would like to thank everyone for the support they have given us, in particular the mountain rescue teams, emergency services, members of the public and Chris’s friends that joined the search.
      “We will always treasure his energy, spirit and love. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.”
      The Aberdeenshire-born runner competed in international mountain running events for Team GB.

      In the 2016 European Mountain Running Championships in Italy he helped secure Team GB a bronze medal.
      Smith lived in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, and was most recently a member of the Thames Valley Harriers.
      Tributes have flooded in for the much-loved athlete.
      A British Athletics statement on Friday morning added: “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Chris Smith, the Great Britain and Northern Ireland mountain runner.
      “Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.”
      Former Olympic sprinter Donna Fraser wrote online: “So sad… my condolences to his family.”

      “I have countless fond memories of Chris and am privileged to have shared poignant moments in both our running careers, that will forever make me smile.”
      Andrew Douglas added: “His longevity at the top level of the sport is something I really admire and should be of inspiration to all involved in mountain running. He’ll be sorely missed, one of life’s genuinely special people.”

      Fellow trail runner Gary Priestley tweeted yesterday: “It is with great sadness that I hear Chris Smith’s body has been found.
      “He was an absolute gentleman & a mountain running great as well as very strong on the cross!! Thoughts are with his family!! I’ll never forget the good times we shared. RIP my friend.”
