Tielemans is on the Gunners’ radar, and according to the Mirror, the North Londoners are “convinced” they can pull a deal off.
The midfielder is available for just £25m this summer as he is entering the final year of his Foxes contract.
The Belgium international is said to still be keen on a move to Arsenal despite them narrowly missing out on Champions League football.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is said to have “doubts” over the potential signing of Bologna star Aaron Hickey.
That gives a major boost to other suitors, such as Brentford who are also hoping to land Hickey in the summer.
The Gunners want the left-back to cover for fellow Scot Kieran Tierney, whose injury problems continue to plague his career.

According to The Athletic, the left-back could be available for loan to aid his development.
The report states the Portuguese defender could be on the move in January to give time to impress in the Europa League group stage
Lacazette exit reminder
Arsenal have announced that Alexandre Lacazette will leave later this month when his contract expires.
An official statement read: “Alex Lacazette will be leaving us at the end of his current contract, which runs until June 30.”
