Personal terms are claimed to have already been agreed with the Ukraine international over a switch to the Emirates.
Mudryk himself fuelled speculation of a move to North London after “liking” a picture on Instagram which discussed a potential transfer to Arsenal.
But according to The Athletic, Brentford have renewed their interest in the forward having had a bid rejected last year to sign him in January.
Mudryk confirmed he had turned down a move to the Bees as he pledged his loyalty to Shakhtar.

But it is believed he would now welcome a move to England having expressed his desire to play in the Premier League at some point.
And it has been said that Brentford are ready to offer a club-record £26million for the exciting youngster.

Their current record transfer stands at £16m rising to £20m when they brought in forward Keane Lewis-Potter from Hull earlier this summer.
Though The Athletic have stated that despite Brentford and Shakhtar being in talks, a deal will be difficult to complete.

Meanwhile it remains to be seen whether Arsenal turn their interest in Leicester’s Youri Tielemans into a formal bid. More

The Gunners were tipped to go all out for Tielemans earlier in the window – with Manchester United and Liverpool also linked.
Mikel Arteta might be tempted to make a move, though, following injuries to Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny.
Magpies chief Howe has already spent more than £100m of the Saudi money so far this summer.
Of that, £60m was on record-buy Alexander Isak who has got his work permit sorted in time to face Liverpool.
Sven Botman, Matt Targett and Nick Pope also arrived to bolster the Newcastle defence.
It is reported Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa could be the ideal No6 Howe is looking for.
Like Tielemans, the Brazilian, 24, is into the final year of his deal but is also a target for Atletico Madrid. More

With no official bids currently on the table, the chances of sealing a deal before the 11pm curfew are looking increasingly slim.
But, with Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny set for a spell on the sidelines with injury, the Gunners could make a late swoop to bolster their midfield options.
SunSport have considered five midfield prospects that Arsenal could attempt to snatch up before the deadline.

Tielemans has been linked with a move to the Emirates since the transfer window opened in June.
The Belgium international recently made it clear that he wants to leave Leicester and with less than 12 months remaining on his current deal he has become available for a cut-price fee of just £20million.
Arsenal had reportedly been waiting for his previous £40m price tag to be slashed so now would be the perfect opportunity for club chiefs to table an offer.

    Ruben Neves

Another name on the long list of players Arsenal have been linked with is Neves.
The Wolves midfielder has been hailed one of the Premier League’s top talents since arriving at Molineux in 2017.
He plays an integral role in Bruno Lage’s squad, so a substantial fee would be needed to attempt to reach an agreement.
Arsenal have already struggled to negotiate a deal with the West Midlands side for top target Pedro Neto, who was valued at £45m, so Arteta may be deterred from going into business with them again.
Neves is claimed to be valued at a whopping £75m so the Gunners may be more inclined to opt for a more affordable player.
    Danilo
The Gunners have reportedly submitted a £20m bid for DaniloCredit: Getty
Arsenal reportedly lodged a late £20m offer for Palmeiras midfielder Danilo on Tuesday which was rejected.
The 21-year-old regularly takes up a more defensive role for the Brazilian side so he could be the perfect candidate to compensate for the absence of Elneny and Partey.
The Gunners may have to increase their offer to £21.5m if they want to prise him away from Palmeiras.

    Matt O’Riley

Celtic youngster Matt O’Riley is also on Arteta’s radar.
The English-born Denmark U21 international, who has been hailed a “proper player” by Kenny Dalglish, has impressed for the Scottish Premiership champions this season.
He claimed two assists during Celtic’s 9-0 thrashing of Dundee United on Sunday.
And his form has attracted interest from both the Gunners and Manchester United.
The Bhoys are understood to be expecting £20m for the centre midfielder – a fee of which Arsenal would likely be willing to match.
    Miralem Pjanic

Although Pjanic hasn’t been directly linked with a move to Arsenal, he could be an easy capture ahead of deadline day.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has fallen out-of-favour at Barcelona.
He spent last season on loan with Turkish Super Lig side Besiktas where he made 26 appearances across all competitions.
But, he is yet to feature for Xavi’s side this campaign.
Pjanic has two years remaining on his current contract, but cash-strapped Barcelona could allow him to leave for a reduced fee before the window shuts. More

Neither has featured in the first team squad this year after returning from loan spells last season.
Now Arsenal are trying to get them off their wage bill before the transfer window closes at 11pm tomorrow.
Bellerin, 27, is still hoping that Arsenal will allow him to leave on a free transfer rather than continue to pay his £110,000-a-week wages for the next nine months.
He is eager to return to Real Betis after last season’s successful loan spell but knows the Spanish minnows cannot afford any kind of transfer fee.

There is even a suggestion that he could agree to terminate his Arsenal contract without a pay-off to allow him to move as a free agent outside of the transfer window.
Maitland-Niles is also in limbo after returning to the club from a six-month loan spell with Jose Mourinho’s Roma.
The 25-year-old former England international has attracted attention from a number of Premier League clubs including Newcastle, Bournemouth and Southampton.
But none have yet matched Arsenal’s asking price in the region of £10million and the Gunners do not want to allow him to leave on loan in the final year of his contract.

Even concerns about a potential lack of cover in central midfield following the recent injuries to Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny are unlikely to open the door for Maitland-Niles’ return to the squad.
